Question for Lawyers when they get a chance:

Since SF would not know what questions the prosecution would even ask her then shouldnt the judge make SF get on the stand to respond?

Meaning even if she wants to take the 5th on every question then shouldnt she have to get on the witness stand to respond to each question since nobody knows what questions the prosecution would even ask her?

I have never heard that someone can claim the 5th in advance of any questions and be allowed not to even get on the stand.

The Arlo system that was referenced does have night vision capability but I will it admit it is less than stellar. You would still be able to make out PF's (or whomever) identity by height, build and general characteristics.

My daughter got sick and had to leave school which means I had to call out of work. Thankfully it’s a stomach bug and not a big deal. I’m so happy I can follow along today in real-time! You’re all doing great!

I can’t get over the bombshells so far. LE not finding blood evidence and having to go back after the family found it is not good. The cell phone evidence is amazing, I knew it had to be.
