My biggest takeaway from the news conference?? PF is being asked to sit down with investigators and answer questions. He has NOT done so.

And if he had anything to do with it, and if he is able to keep it together and to heed the advice of his legal counsel, he won't. Because as they are legally obligated to say right up front, everything you say can and will be used against you....

Warrant has been sealed, won't name PF a suspect or POI, multi-state investigation.

LOL. On a serious note, I think they are just protecting their investigation. Since PF is only communicating through his attorney, they have to nail down all the evidence they can to get an arrest warrant. imo

I get the feeling they are greatly anticipating sitting down and talking to this guy. Lots of questions need to be answered and I bet they will get all the information they need.

What a creep! Any thought of him not being involved is out the window. Not only is he not "cooperating" he doesn't care. If he did and had nothing to hide he would sit down with investigators and tell them what he knows. Basically everything he has said has been vetted by his attorney and there is no way to know if it's true or not. Seriously! Poor LE has had to fish for the information and verify it before they can even use it, such as the last time she was seen, the texts to him and her employer, etc...while the clock ticks on. I have a very bad feeling about this, she may never be found. IMO

Nevertheless, that's what I gathered. Clearly. You don't call out someone publicly to make a statement and you don't have probable cause to search their vehicles and residence unless they're a suspect.

I agree - stop the speculation that she left on her own to get away, or she is in a secret mental health facility. I expect us to find she was in perfect mental health and he wanted baby K to himself. IMO

I can think of numerous cases where LE knows who did it, but doesn’t have enough to get the ball across the goal line.

Knowing it and proving it are two different things.

If that’s what happened, I hope they get there soon. For the sake of that baby especially.

Yes, to see where PF's story deviates from what they already know about his whereabouts from 11/22 to present. You can be sure the FBI has a timeline on his actions, and times where he cannot be accounted for. His lawyer won't let him talk because of this (and many other things).
