The problem is the time of death is an assumption. Based on KK's testimony and then circumstantial evidence from cell phone data that puts PF and KK's cell phones together later on Nov 22 and Nov 23.

I think he could turn it around on KK that she came down and did it on the 24th except for the cell phone data- after he already said he only saw KB on Nov 22 to exchange custody why is her cell phone pinging with his??

So, I think KB checking herself in for depression in August must have been one of the precursors for PF starting to ask KK to kill her. I am unclear on if KB told CB about the incident with putting the gun to her head or if that was a PF tall tale. I will say, if it is true, their relationship was certainly volatile, but considering she spent the night before taking care of PF and doing his chores that certainly implies they had not broken up. MOO

The one thing I can't figure out is the timeline of Nov 22. He arrives around 1pm when KB and baby K are coming home from the store. I am guessing murder happens around this time. He goes to his family Thanksgiving dinner with baby K around 2:30. And then goes back to her house around 4. They also mentioned him going to the bank with the black tote in the back. Was this between 1 and 2:30?

Wait, I think the CBI Agent said that she did NOT check herself into the clinic. She did visit the clinic, which is a treatment/counseling center for anxiety and depression. [not drug or alcohol rehab]

I agree that if she had a bout of anxiety or depression, it certainly makes sense, considering her 'fiancé' and his mistress were actively trying to kill her, and her future MIL seemed to be onboard with the idea too.

I know. I really know. But I am mad as heck. How can any of us sleep? We never knew it would be this bad. What I feel though is that KK should be tried for murder as well because she cleaned up the area, planned to help him but then claims she couldn’t carry through with it. Then goes to Vegas? I am so emotional about it. And then the investigator mentions repeatedly that PF and KK said KB abused the baby. That didn’t have to even be brought up. The DA’s own investigator trashed the victim and we all know that was a lie.

You were one hundred percent right though.....KK is much worse than CW’s lover.

With respect to the child abuse accusations, he stated that there was absolutely no evidence to support it.

It was simply a tactic used by PF to convince KK that Kelsey was abusing their child, and that something had to be done about it.

No one was saying that it was true. It certainly isn’t.

Yes ... according to her testimony ... KBs house covered in blood was left as it was for almost two days until she arrived in her painters garb to clean up the mess that PF made ... if that’s not the mark of narcissistic and arrogant creatures ... I’m not sure what is ...

So much worse than we imagined. I'm looking for a tiny ray of hope. It's 2-3 or 4 months until KK's sentencing. It is my very deep hope that Murphy's Law hits her hard and she does something really stupid that will negate her deal and give the state of Colorado the freedom to give her sentence she deserves. Is that possible?

Oh, no you missed it. There was tinfoil on the cinnamon buns, KK removed it and discarded it because of a blood spatter. Explaining the uncovered cinnamon buns...
