But there was a lot of blood, suggesting a bloody murder, and there was the sweater PF told KK to retrieve. So...I think there is something to the sweater and bat story - I just think it's really a weird scenario and it breaks my heart for KB.

KK is a liar, we know that.

Most of what she told LE before her plea deal is proven to be false. Lies. Let's not forget this- it's pretty much the same thing done by any criminal hoping to avoid being caught.

After the plea deal is an entirely different scenario. KK and her lawyer believed the prosecutor had enough information to put her away for a long time, based on the evidence that was selected to be revealed to them.
However, if she told the truth and would testify against PF, the charges/sentence would be limited.

KK does not know all evidence that LE has on her at this point, so if she lies in her plea evidence, she better pick unprovable lies.

Now, after hearing the sordid details she gave LE about her own actions, why do we think would she lie? She admitted that she is monster in the eyes of the world. If there were lies in her plea information, that might move her down from Monster Level 17 to Monster Level 16. Doesn't change anything, except she risks losing her plea.

The idea of KK's lying before the plea deal and after the plea deal are separate issues altogether, in my opinion. The plea information was so grotesque and illogical, that I personally think she was being truthful.

Remembering that Cheryl made comment about Kelsey’s hair in the safeway cctv, unusual it was fixed. Iirc Kelsey came into town from work then helped PF w/cattle that morning. She goes home makes cinnimon rolls, talks to mom about recipe, goes to safeway. I have wondered if she took shower while pf took Baby K to walmart (candles)? Came back then killed her.
He could have put the bat in the home once she was in the shower.

I hope the trial reveals more to hone in on the case against PF. I think right now everyone is distracted by the new info on how involved KK was in KB's demise.
This is exactly why PF is not talking. He spouted out lie after lie prior to lawyering up. He hasn't said a word since and it is truly working in his favor.
All we have to dissect is everything KK said, which keeps
the focus off of silent PF and his culpability.

He’s doing exactly what a defendant is supposed to do, imo, following the advice of his attorney.

I agree!! Even if nothing was available to the naked eye, all they had to do was spray some luminol. The blood would have shown up. Seriously, I think the crime scene investigators really dropped the ball. JMO.

I think they are just like us, who would be dumb enough in broad daylight on camera on Thanksgiving with their child to murder someone? Frankly, it is incredulous.

Why do I have this hinky feeling that the defense is going to come up with something to show that she was totally lying. And then she will be no longer protected. And then she will no longer testify against him. Then the case will go nowhere.

LE has strong evidence that KK was not anywhere near KB home when she was killed. If they don't then I have lost all faith in the criminal justice system bc if they don't, any good DA will rip the case to shreds IMO. She was not the killer!

My first thought was that she was telling the truth, but then as more details come out such as her actually going to commit attempted murder on 3 seperate occasions, it’s really hard to believe she didn’t have a hand in the final, successful attempt. I suppose the fact he called her so soon afterwards and she was at home suggests he did this on his own, it’s only her words on how horrified she was at the scene though we don’t know if she was the one who encouraged him to do it.

I want to track down today who and where if I have time it was stated that PF said to KK (guessing police interview) over the phone 'just talk'.
without the full convo context it implies imo that he needed KK and just needed her reassurance about everything ….if that is the context he said it she has slipped up in showing her power over him and the closeness they share.
and I personally believe to be the case....and she couldn't help herself but to verbalise to the world something to show that PF NEEDED her.

In my mind, if someone called me to come clean up a murder scene, I would be terrified they would then kill me as I'm now a witness! 911 would be my next action!

There's too much about this 'story' that doesn't make sense. And as Judge Judy says, if it doesn't make sense, it's a lie. I believe lots of what was told by KK is a lie, and the only way LE would know is if PK speaks! But, in PK speaking, he's going in implicate himself. Thus KK feels secure in saying what she wants, believing PK is NOT going to implicate himself by pointing out the lies.

I think both PK and KK are criminals and need to be in prison for the rest of their lives! What I'm not certain about is the role each actually performed in this planning of the murder, the murder, and destroying the evidence afterwards.

Maybe KK is a type of nurse that carries drugs...whether legally or not, and had Adderall or some stimulant to stay awake so long without sleep. If it was adrenaline only, it would have wore off quickly. I don't know how the majority of people's bodies respond to an adrenaline rush, yet I don't believe it would last days.

I would love to see her go before Judge Judy. Haha. PF Too,and SF, MS,MG,C,Cline, MRand MRS. R. and any other cockroaches hiding in the woodwork.

How is KK going BACK to Nash Ranch?

Because she's a desperate, faded beauty queen. A divorced mom of two kids still dependent on her ex. She viewed PF, Im betting, as a prize. As a means to a better life.

Her appearance changed dramatically since she's known PF from what I've seen of images. I think she was afraid she wouldn't be able to find someone she felt was attractive enough.

There are plenty of terrible people out there willing to do bad things in order to get a guy or gal.

But she was not there. Unless she flew and flew back. Because I'm order for her to have been there:

1. Her ex husband with whom she lives and has to lie about her whereabouts to (maybe because of custody issues), would have had to be lying about her whereabouts on 11-22. Because surely he knew where she was and the FBI must've asked about that date as well. But nothing was stated in the arrest affidavit about her not being there in ID on the assumed date of the murder and it would've been had he said she wasn't there.

2. Her friend MG would have to be lying when she said she picked up the woman's Volkswagen on 11-23. I mean no way did she zoom down to CO and back by 11-23 only to borrow a car and rush back there. That doesn't make sense.

3. No way did the FBI fail to track KB's cell phone whereabouts on Thanksgiving. If she had been in CO they would've mentioned that. And since she didn't bother to hide her whereabouts via her phone on other dates it's unlikely she knew to do it on that date either.

KK is a vile human being, who is about to get off extremely light, considering her level of involvement.

We all hate her.

But to twist her involvement into a scenario that makes her present at Kelsey’s murder, requires one to ignore evidence, and play the game of “maybe, might have, could have, possibly did.”

Evidence shows she wasn’t in Colorado during the murder.

Evidence shows that PF lied about when he last saw Kelsey.

Footage shows PF entering Kelsey’s house after he last claimed to have seen her.

Cell phone data shows that the deception began after PF left the house.

Cell phone calls from PF to KK, back up her account that he called her after committing the murder himself.

I do think that KK is fully capable of committing murder.

She didn’t though.
