Locating that trough and analyzing the residue left behind would definitely prove the truth of that portion of KL's story. The District Attorney has to prove KB was burned at PF's house. They absolutely have to prove this.

He did apparently make an effort to clean up, using wet wipes no less.if that wicked man spent three hours in the condo and didn't clean up we can sadly guess what he was doing.
and quick doesn't fit the picture.![]()
IMO the reason behind the blind fold was so that she wouldn't see the bat coming at all and therefore wouldn't be able to scream and tip off any neighbors or anything. He also didn't need a ball bat.
I agree!! Even if nothing was available to the naked eye, all they had to do was spray some luminol. The blood would have shown up. Seriously, I think the crime scene investigators really dropped the ball. JMO.If they could see it, then CBI should have been able to see it, MOO. They’re trained investigators!
I wonder if he spent 3 or so hours in the house because he had to run his clothes through the washer and dryer after killing her??He did apparently make an effort to clean up, using wet wipes no less.
He also had to clean himself up, so he didn’t walk out of that house looking like he had just jumped into a pool of blood.
We also don’t know exactly when he killed her; it might have not been right away.
I don’t think the murder itself was a long drawn out process. But it also wasn’t instant.
I think it does matter but I can’t put my thoughts together right now to explain why. Ha! I’m getting tangled in my own thoughts. Blah.I’m not sure, and it doesn’t really matter.
The ball is in the prosecution’s court. If she lies, then the deal goes away.
The DA would be acutely aware that she had every reason to lie, and had already lied to the FBI at that point.
So the most important part of their job, was verifying what she told them.
They went on a field trip with her, and she directed them to evidence.
I assume everything she has said to be false.
And now he has time to concoct a story with her details, but showing how SHE is guilty, not him.I hope the trial reveals more to hone in on the case against PF. I think right now everyone is distracted by the new info on how involved KK was in KB's demise.
This is exactly why PF is not talking. He spouted out lie after lie prior to lawyering up. He hasn't said a word since and it is truly working in his favor.
All we have to dissect is everything KK said, which keeps the focus off of silent PF and his culpability.
Still thinking KK was there Thanksgiving and actually went thru with it the third time. I know her family said she was there but bloods thicker than water, well sometimes. It is the Wild West and , well I don't carry a gun. I get uneasy right away.
In my mind, if someone called me to come clean up a murder scene, I would be terrified they would then kill me as I'm now a witness! 911 would be my next action!
There's too much about this 'story' that doesn't make sense. And as Judge Judy says, if it doesn't make sense, it's a lie. I believe lots of what was told by KK is a lie, and the only way LE would know is if PK speaks! But, in PK speaking, he's going in implicate himself. Thus KK feels secure in saying what she wants, believing PK is NOT going to implicate himself by pointing out the lies.
I think both PK and KK are criminals and need to be in prison for the rest of their lives! What I'm not certain about is the role each actually performed in this planning of the murder, the murder, and destroying the evidence afterwards.
Maybe KK is a type of nurse that carries drugs...whether legally or not, and had Adderall or some stimulant to stay awake so long without sleep. If it was adrenaline only, it would have wore off quickly. I don't know how the majority of people's bodies respond to an adrenaline rush, yet I don't believe it would last days.
Won't he have to take the stand for that, and need Mommy to take the stand too?Agreed. Stay tuned for the showdown between PF & KK.

Lesson people, women offenders don't typically murder with bats. For this felon to admit she came to this house with a bat tells you all you need to know. She is not scared of anybody on planet Earth today, tomorrow, or forty years from now. If by any stretch, her description is valid of the home, she is not only NOT scared but has no soul. Remember, she offered up the idea of poisoning not PF.Once they used luminal (or whatever brand it's called), I think they found a lot of blood, not just trace. That's how they proceeded with a murder charge, imo.
I do wonder if she took pictures....
jmo
If I remember correctly, KK said she stole the coverall suit from the hospital. She has been away from there since when? Guess she was anticipating a need for one even back then...just in case.
Yep,and still in love with him. A bloody murderer, and she's still in love with him,as she throws him under the bus.KK 's behaviors are not consistent with fear of PF. She is in love. She visits him. She listens to him on and on and on about murder. She helpfully cleans up murder. She doesn't tell the police "OMG there's been a murder!" After cleaning up. Not fear. Much more like she cooperated in the planning, and just preferred not to do the actual murder, but was cool with keeping it a secret till the police came calling. Who does all that? No one , unless you are okay with murder. IMO.
I thought she said she had one from when she painted her house. Who wears a hazmat suit when they paint their house? LOLIf I remember correctly, KK said she stole the coverall suit from the hospital. She has been away from there since when? Guess she was anticipating a need for one even back then...just in case.
