Trust me, you can't get blood out of clothes that fast.

If at all. I've missed blood stains in clothing, and have done everything possible to get them out. And failed to do so.

That might prove a bit tricky when the DA's office just sent them 3,300 pages of info to sift through that implicates him as the killer.
This is when teamwork kicks in. I'm sure they will split up the doc between several readers and I'm quite certain they are forming a defense.

But, yes, they have a lot to cover! Any detail they don't address will be used against him, for sure.

I thought she said she had one from when she painted her house. Who wears a hazmat suit when they paint their house? LOL
You know I probably would. Very sensitive to paint smell, plus I'm messy. It would help keep it off my skin, and out of my hair.
It's one reason why I quilt, and don't paint as a hobby.

So what happened to his bloody clothes? Did he bring clothes with him to change into? Did he keep clothes at her place? KK mentions throwing away KB's bloody sweater, toys, the Bible...but no mention of his bloody clothes. What did he do with them, I wonder? Shoes, too.

jmo
It would be interesting to see the surveillance video of him when he picked up the baby and when he left the final time. Same clothing? Maybe he wore a blond wig? They have said whether there is one of him leaving.

her friend dobbed KK in for borrowing her car AND she sent her off with a LOADED gun and the gun came back minus a bullet and in wrong location.....
KK also had KBs gun in her possession and disposed of.
such a huge point but yet doesn't seem to have any or much relevance to the narrative.

That she did not clean up? That she did not go to Colorado? That she was not at the fire? You think all those things are false?
Figure of speech. I believe her version of events to be false. Kapua will remember with me on the Charli Scott murder. SC gave his version of the night and we all hung onto it and guess what, it was all lies rattled with slight truth. But all lies. Once you take yourself out of believing a liar things start to make a bit more sense. : )

Yes, initially. Then they did more examination.

jmo
And that examination found more blood in the bathroom. Not all over the house which is what KK claims. Blood confined to the bathroom could be blood which the killer washed off during the clean-up.

I believe I read they found some on the stone near the fire place, but correct me if I'm wrong

That would have been too risky. Besides, she already chickened out of beating her up twice before.

She was stalking Kelsey to KILL her, not beat her up.

She spoke with her mother on the phone twice on Thanksgiving. Do you think she would still make an unannounced visit? Her mother lives in Idaho, right?

Would she have told that to PF though?

And yes, my mom would totally feign she wasn't coming, including talking to me the day of, while en route to my house. Hence the whole "surprise" element.

Didn't KK purchase the bat in ID and bring it to CO on a previous trip? I could be off base (pun not intended, but I'll pretend it was, lol).

Anyone else remember that or have info handy?

jmo
I read that KK had purchased an aluminum bat and that KK said that PK had gotten a wooden bat.

The blood was confined to the bathroom? I read it was in the living room and in the kitchen too. On books, toys, Bible, cookie cutters, fridge, ceiling, walls, floor. Tooth with root in the living room.

If you have a link it was confined to the bathroom, please post because that is completely different than my understanding.

All she’s said she could have done herself. I’m curious as I respect your opinion, what evidence you think is compelling against him?

No she could not have. It was clear that KB was never seen from or legitimately heard from after she renetered her home on 11-22-18. PF was seen entering that home and leaving a couple hours later. He took the baby with him.

There is zero evidence that KK was in CO until 11-24. And zero evidence that she was at KB's home until that date. The evidence shows she didn't leave ID until 11-23.

PF didn't drug KB and keep her alive until his girlfriend could come finish the job two days later. That's fantastical. No one takes the risk of having a live but incapacitated person for that many days if they really want them dead. Too much opportunity to get caught.

Her account matches cell phone records, blood spatter evidence and witness accounts.

You have to pre-treat them ASAP and use cold water. In this case, I'm pretty sure that he just tossed the bloody clothes and changed.

Thanks. I thought I recalled something about KK and a bat. So there were two bats, and he used a wooden one.

Edit to add: we know of ONE bat at the murder scene. Just to clarify that. The other bat wasn't used, but KK had one.

Forgive me if I’m wrong. Info coming from every angle and I’ll be the first to admit if I’m wrong. Someone help me here. KK’s alibi is her father saying she was with him at Thanksgiving and that her phone pinged in Idaho? Her regular phone. Not one of the burner phones. What else? What time did she leave Thanksgiving Day from his house? What other info do we have on the 22nd and 23rd for her?
She exchanged her truck with MG for VW.

Her phone pinged the route as she drove all night.

She was seen on surveillance early am at Conoco in Florissant when she said she picked up the keys to kb condo. This from Agent testimony.

I imagine DA has proof of fuel stops on 800 mile trek, and we know she likes fast food. She had to void along the way and she’s no roadside squatter. There will be evidence. FBI was onboard then and knew she was lying early so they probably had this before her DA agreement.

The proof at trial placing kk in Colorado on 11/24 and not before will be irrefutable.

Those are things he would buy afterwards, not before.

This guy probably had no idea of how much a mess he would make, or specifically, where the blood would land.

That receipt will be telling though, no matter what he purchased.

I agree with this too. Having no prior experience with beating someone to death, he may have severely underestimated how bloody it would be. A horrible thought I can't get away from is the fact that there was blood in several rooms. Maybe she wasn't unconscious after the first blow and he had to chase her. And after that ordeal and moving the body, he decided KK had to get her butt down and clean it up.

Chills me to the bone to think of these two. I half-hope she is found to be lying and serves her full sentence, but that would most likely mean PF gets off or receives a lighter sentence. It's tough to know what to root for.

What if PF accuses KK of being the Mastermind and instigator of this murder as his defense? I wouldn't put it past her. She has been an RN for several years and is likely a lot more assertive than she makes out. I don't believe that someone who states all these details so matter of factly is as intimidated by PF as she says.
That is DEFINITELY going to BE his defense. Assuming that the defense can't find holes in the technology to make it possible that KK was there in WP herself on the 22nd.
