KK said she parked at a community center when she went there to do her clean up. Does anyone know if the community center is on the driveway side of KB's condo or the opposite side? Thanks in advance.

I think if KK knew where the remains were, she would have told LE...to keep her deal.
If anything to implicate PF further and save her own b*tt.

I know this is sexist, but IMO she is eviler than him. She is a woman and a mother. I find her too be a monster!

It does seem sexist. He spent how long fooling her into thinking they might have a future? He had a child with her. He beat her brains in while pretending she was going to guess candle scents. As her baby was nearby in another room.

I think of the innocence and vulnerability of KB. No family around. No friends nearby. Hopefully waiting and being strung along, thinking he really was her fiancée and they would make their family "official".

Probably being gaslighted. Having to go to a hospital for anxiety and depression as her dreams never materialized and she realized the trap of being away from friends and family in the state of a man who probably didn't love her, raising their child together. Likely not being accepted by his family. Definitely not his mother.

And yet she still hopes. She is alone on Thanskgiving morning with her baby. She gamely makes some cinnamon buns. Perhaps in an effort to be festive. Or hopeful that she will be invited to the family dinner.

But PF says they will celebrate together. So she at least won't be alone. She buys flowers, though, that afternoon. Still thinking she might have an opportunity to win over his recalcitrant mother, for whom I'm betting no woman is good enough for her baby boy.

He comes over. Asks her to play a fun game. She agrees. Allows herself to be blindfolded. Thinks it might be fun. And as she stands there with the father of her child nearby and her baby down the hall and waits for a scent that never comes, she suddenly experiences something very different. The man she hoped to marry and raise a family with just beat her head in with a blunt object. No candle scent. No fun. Just pain.

PF did that. Not KK. He did that to the mother of his child. To a woman who thought she was his fiancée.

The person who helped him clean up the scene and cover up the crime doesn't rise to the level of the evil of a person who betrayed the trust and took advantage of the vulnerability of the woman he knew and bore a child with.

I do think sexism is partially to blame for the steadfast determination to find KK guilty of murder.

I am not certain her butt has been saved.

This is in the affidavit:
View attachment 170792

Unless he came and went any more than that, he was in there for just over two hours. That's a long time. Wonder what was going on all that time. Maybe they argued before he flipped out and killed her. But he brought a bat, so KK says, so he came prepared.

We don't know if he knew about the neighbor's security but it almost looks like after they exchanged baby K that he went to Walmart to be seen, on camera, to show he was elsewhere, besides Kelsey's.

I don’t know what specific evidence is justifying the landfill search.

My guess, is that it’s not any additional information provided by KK.

Burning a body like that, requires many hours of constant, intense heat.

KK’s account, all but says that she left for Idaho before the process was done.

That rings true, based on when the burning started, and when she arrived home in Idaho.

Her account of what PF said he would do to the remains, was pretty vague.

As she wasn’t there when he dumped them, I’m not sure she knows specifically what he did.

I think something else, or a combination of things, has led them to that landfill.

I picture LE having PF under surveillance soon after they heard from KB's mother about the blood evidence.

Who knows what they saw him do?

Unfortunately, I think he disposed of Kelsey’s remains immediately, and that would mean that she was long gone before he was ever on law enforcement’s radar.

It’s possible that they saw him do incriminating things, but I’m not sure if they are the basis of this landfill search.

poor KB...prob bought stuff to make dip "incase something happens-..prob meaning incase she goes to PF/SFs house for dinner. She wouldn't want to show up empty handed...like gitana said, "still she hopes."
poor KB..super thoughtful right up to it. Too bad multiple people were not more thoughtful towards her.

Uh well he stopped to eat a cinnamon roll......

I think KK will fight the publicity on this for the rest of her life.

The trial (if no PF plea) will happen in a couple of years while, in the meantime, every evidentiary hearing will make headlines.

After the trial there will surely be a book (oh, I miss Ann Rule!) and then every murder/forensics show will have a crack at the case.

KK will be a sure enough faded rodeo queen by the time this plays out.

I hope her mama has an extra room.

Funny you mention her mama because I was wondering WTF she has told her parents about what she's done.

Just when I thought I couldn't feel more sad for Kelsey, you have broken my heart anew, gitana.

Remembering that this was a vulnerable, depressed young mother away from family on a holiday is heartbreaking.

Her hope for more magnifies the pain.

It was unclear from the phone interview of the neighbor exactly when the FBI set up surveillance from the neighbors property, watching the Frazee residence.

I wonder why she did not simply throw KB's phone in the gorge with the keys? It stopped pinging there so she must have shut it off or destroyed it at the gorge before returning to her house to burn it in the front yard. Why bother taking the evidence back to her house?
Maybe she thought the trail she left for LE so far was not enough.

Oh, that's another pathetic element.

Imagine her mom at the beauty shop and the grocery store. Sad.

I know. I try not to think of her futile hopefulness because it's so sad.

I could not drive across that bridge!

I really feel like KK took the after fire remains. Why else hang around for the fire? So many places to toss some charred bones where they'd never be found. Why would PF risk something like the dump or landfill? KK told LE she refused to take the body so they had a fire, instead, and then she took the bones. MOO
I agree because there was no other reason for PF to hide the body and wait two days to dispose of the bones if KK wasn't taking the remains with her.

I think that may have been the primary reason she drove down there. In fact, KK might be lying about cleaning up the townhouse. Maybe PF killed KB and also cleaned up after he went to Walmart and returned to the townhouse.

Greely was overnight on earlier trip iirc.

Thank you for the clarification.

And I'm behind a few pages, so someone may have already cleared this up for me.

On Tippy's timeline, Greeley was stated as a stop on Nov 23-Nov 24 trip from Idaho to WP. I did go look at the affidavit, but it is has a lot less detail than the hearing did, and Greeley is not mentioned. I read tweets as the hearing unfolded, and remember KK saying she stayed in Greeley, but I don't remember the context, so I'll need to go find the circumstances of that stay.

Well we can say with certainty, that any surveillance of PF, wouldn’t have begun until early December.

KB’s remains were probably dumped a good week before that report was filed by Kelsey’s mother.

Wow, that’s farther than I imagined ... it also appears like KK took a chance walking that far as she could have passed several cameras on her way. Perhaps we’ll learn more during the trial ... it seems like LE has many more cards to deal, including more surveillance results.
