Ha! True.

If you chose a murder weapon like a baseball bat in the first place, then everything afterwards makes a lot of sense.

Stupid killers don’t suddenly get smarter after the murder is committed.

And, MG, I'm thinking he was moving around, swinging that bat like a wild man in the condo.

Either KB was running from room to room or he was just slinging the bat willy-nilly after he killed her.

How else was there blood "everywhere", even on the bathroom ceiling and in the kitchen?

Or maybe local LE actually feels a duty to try to return the remains to the Berreth family of their loved one? Sure it would boost their case, but I'm not convinced thats their sole purpose....I think they already have plenty of evidence MOO
BBM

Absolutely, they do. Commander Adams just said today that it would be a slow, methodical search so they don't miss anything, because they owe that to Kelsey and her family.
MOO

We think they burned it where the dark black ring appears in the lower corral, quite a ways below the front porch of the house, beyond the dug up sewer area. The second photo is a Google Earth screenshot from quite a while ago, showing the tank in the positionj of the dark ring. IMO

If the mother of PF was politely asking what he was up to with the tote bag in the fire pit, an ex-girlfriend by his side, chances are his mother was hollering? What exactly does KK mean when she claims that the mother of PF saw that / what they were burning? What did she say, and what did they say back?

I'd say bad reporting. Here is what I have:

3/04 at 8:30 am Patrick Frazee, Motions Hrg (Consumptive Testing)
3/11 at 1:30 pm Patrick Frazee, Scheduling Conf (Wrongful Death)
4/4 at 8:30 a.m. Patrick Frazee, Disposition Hrg (Custody)
4/8/ at 8:30 a.m. Patrick Frazee, Arraignment (Plea)
6/24 at 11 a.m. Krystal Kenney, possibly by phone
Figures most news is as true as kk is when it comes to this case. Thanks pommy

PF found the one-in-a-million woman who was willing to do some of his evil dirty work. Just amazing, IMHO.
Exactly. He couldn't have done it without her. That's a fact.

I so agree on these trip timelines, they boggle the mind...

The only thing about him having something to hold over her head, why could he not still use it against her now? He is in jail with high bond but he could still talk... Just thoughts...
I think she beat him to the punch...she put it all out there before he could. We know he cannot say she was there for the actual murder...cats out of the bag.

Its right up there with creating a bloody murder scene...telling your accomplice they "have a mess to clean up"....knowing she wont get there for 2 days! Just left it there like that...2 days...Crazy as hell.
Yup. From what we heard in regards to him attempting to clean with wet wipes, this genius likely did attempt to clean the scene, but gave up.

I’m sure he was used to his mommy cleaning up his mess, but he couldn’t exactly enlist her here.

So he used KK to do it.

Anything could have happened over those two days, and leaving her house looking like a slaughterhouse, was as stupid as it was brazen.

Thank you! I made a mistake thinking that CL was PF. Now I understand that KK and PF were only together at the time of her divorce and until the time that Kelsey was murdered.

I don't really understand why they made a deal with her. There is ample evidence against PF that police did not have to give KK a pass to convict him or her
Not sure except that Baby K needed rescuing.

Inspector Slater of the CBI identified the black tote in the bed of PF's red Toyota truck, when he went through the Ent Drive Thru Credit Union machines to withdraw some cash, early in the afternoon. It helped establish their theory that he picked up the baby, went to WalMart with the baby, returned to KB's condo and killed her, then removed the body. They have tracked his phone and KB's phone together moving to a point west of Cripple Creek where cell service coverage ceases. That service void includes the Nash ranch, where KKL directed law officers to the haystack where she watched him retrieve the tote. IMO

That's awfully cold. She knew that he wanted her dead, she went to a barn with him to retrieve her dead body and then she cleaned up the crime scene.

Yeah. I’m inclined to believe that she attempted to flee the blows, as horrible as that is to think about.

If she was laying on the ground and he continued to swing the bat, you’d have cast off blood splatter, and impact splatter.

But it probably wouldn’t be everywhere.

It’s impossible to say for sure, but from the picture that KK painted, in inclined to believe the former is true.

As much as I don’t want to.

Since we established many, many threads ago, that it is not against the law to know about someone planning a crime and doing nothing about it.. Does the same go for knowing after and saying nothing? Will SF face any kind of charges do you think?

Can she truly claim that she didn't know until afterward, especially since she turned down poisoning Kelsey's coffee and other murder stunts suggested by PF to KK? She knew that PF wanted to kill Kelsey. Knowledge that Kelsey could be murder by her husband cannot be an "after the fact" thing.

Wonder what he would've done if she refused to come clean up the mess?

jmo
It’s a guess, but I’d say he would have attempted to clean the house with some sort of small sponge and a bar of soap, or simply burned the house down.

I was referring to SF, PF's mom perhaps knowing after the fact since she witnessed the burning of KBs body.
