Arrived at Patrick's to pick up key to Kelsey's townhouse, after driving for six hours- 7:30 am?
drives 25 more minutes to Kelsey's townhouse
Cleans 3-4 hours
drives to Sonic to get something to eat
drives to Patrick's, to which from there, they take off to Nash ranch
Helps get Kelsey's body down from hay stacked in loft
drives back to Patrick's
Sets up a fire, watches as remains and tote are burned
eats pizza
Then leaves to drive back home?

No rest for the wicked!

Do you know what the deal is with PF having access to the barn and forklift out there? Is it some kind of co-op for ranchers?

The ranchers who have US Forest Service High Altitude Grazing Leases do co-op their reponsibilities, and PF's lease is somewhere above Nash Ranch. They could be co-oping the hay, but I don't know that for a fact. As I pointed out in a previous post on this thread, the barn does not appear to be in sight of any residences. IMO

Well, she would have been accustomed to 10 or 12-hour shifts (I don't know what her shifts were) as a nurse, right? Or no? And, she did have a nap.

I think they'll see her for the liar she is but the evidence will back up her testimony against PF and he'll be convicted. I'm not seeing any "reasonable doubt", here, no matter what they think of her.

What makes this case all the much more sad:
my interpretation only!

It seems to me PF wooed KB they started up a relationship, he was the classic wolf in sheeps clothing.

PF made her promises that he knew he wouldn't keep, Their own ranch out in the country he would make big money etc.

Perfect house perfect family and so on.

He gets her pregnant, she asks for a commitment and rightfully so.

He lies and says its going to happen I just have to make more money, prices on livestock are low etc. just give me more time.

I think his lies finally caught up to him, and KB started asking questions he couldn't lie his way out of.

PF's true colors start to show through and he realizes that he can't lead her on forever bc she wasn't buying his bs anymore.

PF decided that control of his child was worth more than her life, bc how dare she call him out on his lies.

PF starts to look for away to eliminate her and save face and protect his property(his child).

That my friends is a true scocialpath/pyschopath and the heart of this sad reality.

I think thats pretty close to what this whole case boils down to IMO

Especially even more tragic, as I think KB was worth more than a million PF's

ETA: I think KK was a mere convenience to pf, somebody that he knew was obsessed with him and would do anything to be with him.

This is my first post and I have lurked these forums for years. I’m finally posting because I’m reading so many why would KK drive 8 hours to clean up posts so I want to throw my opinion in.
In my opinion, she was the smarter of the two and supportive of the murder from the start. She cleverly left Easter eggs to keep herself out of jail should she feel like she was going down for it though.
For instance, she didn’t share with her sister or closest friends she was involved in a murder plot but she did purposely tell someone who worked for an attorney if I remember correctly, well before the actual Murder took place. To me this was her idea of establishing that she was a poor soul who didn’t know what to do. These people didn’t really know the people involved so less chance they would go right to the police and attorneys tend to be tight lipped due to attorney privilege but she knew she could go back and say she was seeking help and that privilege would be broken. She visited multiple times delivering coffee and lying about who she was to gain access and develop a relationship. Pf just called and said you have a mess to clean up and she wasn’t frantic. She knew to go get a hazmat suit from the hospital, shoe covers etc. She had thought this out. Maybe she even got the hazmat suit before the Murder even took place because she wasn’t at work when he called. This was probably her “job” in the crime. Cleanup. She purposely left blood in several spots that she could identify later. Now she says she wanted him to get caught, but why not leave more obvious things like the tooth if she really wanted it known he did it? She helped burn the body and destroy evidence. It wasn’t until she felt like the police were onto the phone that she turned on PF. She is literally getting away with a murder rap and I’m sure the LE know, but without a body at least they could get one conviction with her plea deal. She wasn’t manipulated and either was he! They both wanted her dead. Period.
She was just smart enough to set it up like she was another PF victim. So to answer the why. She wanted to.
They deserve each other.

Investigator Greg Slater of the CBI stated that Verizon originally tracked the two phones moved together from Woodland Park toward Cripple Creek. I think our Tweeters in the colurtroom missed what he actually said, which was "toward The Cripple Creek Turnoff". US 24 literally divides at the town of Divide, with the Colorado State Highway 61 to Cripple Creek veering off left and US24 continuing straight westward. As they turned southward following State Highway 11, then State Highway 102 to State Highway 85 south to the Dave Nash Ranch. I'm assuming the hay barn is reached by taking the second turnoff to the left.
The residential buildings of the ranch appear to be way down State Highway 85, the last turnoff to the left before the highway deadends in a gravel pit. On Google Earth, if you look northwest of those residential buildings, there is a straight strip of once graded land heading diagonally northwest. That strip is actually an FAA listed airfield ......Nash Ranch Airport. IMO

A gravel pit??? That may be another thought here. Gravel pits are deep!

No, that was Krystal's best friend, who worked for two lawyers. The two lawyers called the FBI after Patrick was arrested and also did an interview about this.

A case is always stronger with a body, there is no doubt about it.

But few cases with a body, have additional evidence that is so compelling.

The prosecution didn’t drop first degree charges on PF based on a whim, they did it because they know they can win.

I do believe they will.

Any prosecutor who "knows" they will win a case probably shouldn't be a prosecutor because they are too smug. In reality, no prosecutor knows what the jury decision is going to be.

The prosecution filed first degree charges on Casey Anthony and they had a body. How did that work out? O.J. Simpson?

The woman who claimed to be his sister is not. She doesn't even live close to where his sister lives. His father is dead. That could be why you haven't seen any signs of him. The brother was described as estranged, but he was not then. Perhaps now he is. IMO

I think this might rule out the thought of KK being pregnant now, but who knows at this point.

Just hope that the person saying the prayer says a quick "Grace" and everyone mumbles "Amen" after.

Although, she might not have known he was going to do that on Thanksgiving. Otherwise, I am sure she would have had to make another trip to check on their horse again, or maybe borrow a horse trailer again for her aunt.

“So Mrs. Kenney, after spending four hours cleaning up Kelsey’s teeth and blood, you stopped by Sonic for a meal? What did you order?

And after watching the defendant allegedly burn Kelsey’s remains in a fire, you took a nap and ate pizza?!”

Sounds pretty cold to me.
