Yup. According to the affidavit, KK began cooperating and was interviewed on December 20.

Later that night, law enforcement returned to the Berreth residence.

A bunch of us thought someone had to be talking, and that person is now confirmed to be KK.

They were there because of her.

PF was arrested the following day.

I also think something in that earlier dump run by PF to Waste Mgnt. with his two compadres tied back somehow to either PF or KK and KK spilled the beans.

I would think in this case they could just use common sense. Blood on the walls, the door hinges, the stone around the fireplace, the ceiling, the stuffed animals, and blood that had seeped through hard wood floors would most likely be the result of a violent attack. Imo

Yah I don’t think anybody would be able to plant .....umm any other sort of blood in that manner....at least not realistically moo

It just really goes against the grain of not wanting to be caught for a major crime. It just seems to be a lot of shock value... blood on toys, the Bible, (planting blood). He was worried about yelling so he blindfolds her then she runs throughout the house anyway?

Please forgive me if this has been mentioned already, I'm a little behind all the entries. I wonder if PF told CB that KB put the gun to her head when they talked about their finances. Did that ever happen? Or was he setting the stage for her to believe that KB committed suicide? I wonder also if he never really took her gun, so never really gave it back. In other words KB never put gun to her head and he never took her gun. But he sent texts from "KB" to her mom. Pointing out in a text that she had put a gun to her head from her to her mom is really dire. Also, saying you got your gun back in a text to your mom seems odd. I just don't know timing of the texts. If the text about putting gun to head happened months ago then I guess I think it could be KB, but if it came around the time we know she was murdered and then another text came through she had her gun back and felt safe then maybe it was PF setting up a potential suicide scenerio? I'm sorry for the long post and especially if it's been covered. Also, can someone tell me more about KB going in for mental health treatment? I wonder if PF made her feel unwell mentally? Did he push her to a point where she had a breakdown? Was he behind her anxiety and stress?

At best, they had a long-distance relationship. If KK was enamored of PF, her feelings were clearly not based in reality. She may have fantasized their relationship, and with him 800 miles away, that was easy to do. What I don't get is how PF asking her to kill KB didn't cool her ardor.

ETA: It makes me wonder if there wasn't something other than romance binding them.

I don't know if KB was that enamored; hospitals are a hotbed of relationships. I can completely believe two psychopaths sharing a sexual fantasy involving death.

I keep thinking that if KK could do all this to KB knowing a child will be left with no mommy then she must be one cold hearted person. I feel sorry for her own kids growing up with a mom that can lie, cheat and kill in MOO.
I pray everyday for the CB and her family to get to keep Baby K and for her to have nothing but love and kindness poured on her life.

Yah I just hadn't seen it and the only clip of PF I had seen was his short standoffish interaction with the Denver7 reporter. So when I saw a little more of his personality I just found it interesting. I thought the way he talked about it his dogs had a bit of detachment like ahh shes ok she does her job. Just got the feeling he probably felt the same about women. Wasn't trying to derail the thread or anything

Yeah, I can't stand his voice. I don't in a million years see him perceived as being charming or whatever that guy said about him. Imo

I don't believe there are msm documented things that we can really get very deep into on the subject.

I will say I think its plausible that there were tentions between PF and his family with KB over her pregnancy

Things that would push anybody to feel the need to talk to a professional.

Imo its not crazy to imagine that there were emeshed family traits so to speak going on at the Franch

I don't think she would have been capable of even getting up, let alone running throughout the house. One hard blow to the head and she would likely be unconscious. I think he tracked the blood through the house. KK said there were bloody footprints. Imo
