I agree it's silly but not unheard of. There was a case around 2007 of a female astronaut who wore a diaper while she drove many miles to kill her romantic rival. Fortunately the plot was foiled.

Oh, yeah, I know about the crazy astronaut but I'm talking about rock concerts. I just can't imagine anyone wearing a diaper to one, lol.

THIS.

She knew nearly irrelevant details such as PF put the container near Kelsey's Toyota before lifting to his truck? Please. I found that very strange that he would relate such a detail. If he did and also told her of the candle ruse (which I don't believe), he's gonna be vague about what he did with the remains? Nope, not buying it.
In addition, PF would have no trouble lifting the tote with KB right into the bed of the pickup truck. He's a rancher, not a woman. It's a very suspicious detail from KK. ;)

Not necessarily. He's strong, but if he didn't leave the tailgate down before he brought the tote out, it's going to be an awkward high lift. I find it plausible that he would set it down briefly to drop the tailgate.

Maybe you quoted the wrong message? I was talking about pf, and his family having thanksgiving at the Franch, or at least they were all there together per Slater and May, without KB. I was referring to what may or may not have been discussed btwn the frazees moo

I'm sorry. I think I was confused with with the part about explaining KB's whereabouts, as though she had been expected there for TG dinner. Or, I replied to the wrong post.

I don't believe SF2 said that PF arrived shortly after 2:30. I think he just said after. I think the call from PF to SF1 around 4:30pmish was PF saying "I'm on my way/sorry for the delay/thanks for holding dinner" etc and he didn't get to Florissant until probably 5pm.
LE Adams testimony 2/19:

Sam Kraemer‏ @SamKraemerTV2m2 minutes ago
Adams is looking back at reports for verification. He says it doesn’t say exactly when Patrick Frazee arrived for Thanksgiving. Shaun says he got there around 2:30 p.m., and that Patrick arrived a little later. @KOAA#KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee#KrystalKenney

Thanks @SandyQLS . Like so much else in this case, we'll have to wait to see if the media's phrasing was exact, and if it was, what SF2's definition of "a little later" is...

The idea of PF going back and forth more than once that day sounds crazy, especially since Thanksgiving dinner isn't typically an "eat and run" affair, but weirder things have happened.

Yes, but how does KK know this detail? PF told her this detail?

Fair point but it still seems like an oddly specific and irrelevant detail to relate to KK when he was describing the murder.

Earring reference in Paragraph 76 in AA

I notice it claims the Mace container in KB’s purse was burned also. Wouldn’t that create a dangerous vaporization of pepper spray?

No worries I was just confused

I'm wondering if that reply wasn't intentionally subjective. Yes, it says there was accelerant in the charred clumps of debris, but it doesn't directly say there was/wasn't traces of human DNA also.

I think that arson investigation has a specific (maybe even on-site, fast, non-lab?) test for accellerant... anyone know? ... but DNA testing would be more protracted.

KKL probably didn't drive that route, either. My guess is that she drove I84 to Salt Lake City, then I40 to it's end at Bear Mountain junction just outside Rocky Mountain National Park (picking up aunt K en route), Colorado Highway 14 to Loveland and US34 in to Greeley. Then KKL would most likely have driven US85 from Greeley to Denver, which merges into I76, then taking I70 in Arvada (Sheridan Boulevard) to US 285 at the Bear Valley Shopping Center exit, then to Colorado Highway 126 (Pine Valley Road) to Deckers, and Colorado Highway 67 to US 24 in central Woodland Park, then to Starbucks for the Latte Machiatto, and back to KB's.
She was looking for a horse trailer with her aunt, the weather was nice and the roads were good, and there was much less construction. Bungling an Ambien slip was a very short side trip. IMO
Dave, to my point that still is a whole lot of going East to spend the night in Greely to go back West to Woodland Park.

Edited for additional information: After looking at your route Dave, I just question if KKL would have traveled 1-40 considering it's a smaller highway that skirts along some of the ski resorts (Winter Park & Steamboat Springs) steep elevation and winding mountain passes. If she were coming in from that side, the West, I would think KK would have zig zaged over to Breckenridge by way of HWY 9 South to Fariplay where it hooks up to 285, that spits you right out onto HWY 24, which is the main road going East to West through Teller County (Cripple Creek, Woodland Park, Divide, etc) this would be a familiar route to her, IMO. Like I previously said, I personally would have driven South of SLC on HWY 15 all the way to I-70, through Grand Junction (this is a much flatter drive) and then the above route that I stated. Unless she had plans to stay with someone in Greeley, I see zero reason to travel that far East for the night. Maybe she missed her turn?

Just for the record, I do not believe PF's phone call to mom was about dinner. The fact it was around the same time he talked to KK makes me think the subject matter to both of them was similar. How do we know either it was to mom and the brother did not answer the phone? It could have been to a landline or a cell, we have no idea. I know at my folks, any of us will pick up the phone when we are there.

I also find it interesting that bleach and a mop was taken from the Franch and had blood on them. Tests are not back yet, but it it is interesting as is the timing of finding blood on them.

I do not know why they would be there unless they were "bringing them back" and if that is the case, it brings up new thoughts to me. One would think they would burn the mop along with everything else at minimum... Did someone insist they be returned because they had been taken from there?

Just thoughts, not much that has not been talked about already and we cannot discuss interviews that various other sources scored nor interpreting the case as some attorneys and more have done either. MSM needs to step up their game, they could be doing the same...

I also note the mop and bleach were mentioned as just examples of evidentiary items found, I wonder what else may have been found, I also wonder why a second search warrant was needed to take them and how quickly it was obtained after the first.

All just speculation and jmo.

I think when I said “common decency”, it wasn’t the words I was trying to convey. I know she was forced to tell what she “knows”, because she was faced with the evidence that shot her story to pieces. I’m just happy she told, whether it’s lies or not.. we at least know Kelsey was murdered.

I pray that her baby is gonna grow up normal, after this tragedy, and that the f’s never get to see her again. They don’t deserve it after what they have done.<modsnip>

And just to tag onto your post:

I agree I think there are many other things of evidentiary value that was probably found. I mean we only know of a small portion. I’m guessing this guy left evidence in everything he did and everywhere he went.

Moo

I am hoping so, both from the KB house and the Franch. Some time had passed beforehand though and clearly they needed KK and the deal so I do wonder how much they have. Naturally :) Time will tell.

True. But why would that be part of the story?

If KK had done the killing, PF could have eliminated both of his problems and he could have played it like, "she just went into a jealous rage when she found out about my fiancée." I wonder if that was his plan. MOO

I find it chilling to think that he had zero regard for either of these women. why didn't he just stay on the ranch with the gate locked? a lot of people violate custody and child support orders (neither of which were initiated)... it is bad but everyone is still alive
