Like a big white cooler, they are bigger than the totes.

The white"crate" was seen in the back of PF's red truck caught on the furniture store camera, driving in the direction of KB's condo, LE stated this in their paperwork. I thought the white "crate" could be big, but apparently it was a milk crate, as seen on footage when LE was at the ranch. jmo

Gaah! Even in PF's fake response to KB's fake text asking if he even still loved her, he can't help but to puff himself up by saying how "he's stuck by her through all this etc" <paraphrasing>. This defendant is a true psychopath IMO. When I think things can't get any more bizarre, they do.:(

Further, I think he was setting up evidence to back up his false claims of erratic behavior on KB's part (drinking, drugs, rehab, etc, all heard second hand but all from his stories). I wonder if KB felt trapped and was depressed bc she couldn't see her way clear of the dysfunctional father of her child.

The whole scenario with PF and RS going to the bank seems like some kind of diversionary tactic. Why walk into the bank and ask questions when you could see anything from that time period online?
I don't think it was "diversionary" as much as it was a defense tactic. PF knew he would soon be investigated, and I believe they even used the words with the banker that they were building a "timeline." MOO

Only one electric issue -- the bill(s) taken from ranchette per warrants.

The other thing is a doorknob notice at KB's from Black Hills Energy. They are probably the gas provider rather than electric. Doorhanger would not have been a shutoff notice -- she'd only been gone a few days at that point! We don't know what it said but could have been a wide range of things.

Just didn't want the shutoff notice idea to grow legs...

True, we have no way of knowing what the notice was. Good point.

Did KK think PF had killed in the past?
Well she apparently claimed that she thought he had killed before. But I think that is pretty unreliable because its self-serving. She offered that as justification for being afraid of him and thus "had" to follow his plan. Honestly, I doubt he killed before. Based upon this botched killing, I don't think he could have gotten away with a prior killing.

True... In my own experience I think it was back in 2008 my nephew turned 16 and he wanted a cell phone for his birthday. So I went to add him to my cell plan and get him a phone. At that time they had a special for 3 lines so they talked me into a voip "home" phone and by doing that the cost was cheaper than just the 2 lines. Back on point, we started getting collection call on that voip # from sprint for a Michelle. Before you know it those collection calls starting coming to my cell# and even after telling them a million times no Michelle here. To add to this, the voip came in handy for as my mother became more ill I moved her on to our farm in a care takers house same property as us. I just unplugged the voip and took it to that house for mom to use instead of adding another bill. Mom would get the calls for Michelle almost daily. And with her confusion she worried about Michelle getting the messages lol. Bless her heart, she passed a couple years ago this month. I literally got that same collection call about a week ago on my cell#. lol. Tha'ts 11 years later and I haven't had the voip on my account since Mom passed. I just googled that # and my own cell# and both came up as belonging to "Michelle" WTH
I'm very sorry for the loss of your Mom -- and of course she was worried for "Michelle!" I can tell she was a lovely person. :)

I work for an electric utility. With the newer smart meters, we can see consumption patterns in a household down to minutes. So for example, if my
Funny they did not put a disclaimer out along with the document. Definitely a wild coincidence. Right name, right case, right time, right date, right state. And then LE releases it.

Wild is right... Unfortunate woman then... She is/was in LE so I wonder what she thinks of them getting it wrong...
I don't think LE got it wrong, they checked it out to get to the bottom of it. That's why it's in the search warrant.
Rule in, Rule out.
They checked it out, Ruled her out.
It's a very unfortunate coincidence.
Poor woman, I hope someone has a show Maybe Dr.Phil,or Dateline can have her on to tell her story.

Black Hills Energy, I have never heard of them, many in the area use IREA, but maybe WP uses different companies for their utilizes. They are based out of SD, kinda far in my estimation to be servicing a Colorado Mountain town. I am curious what the reason the power company was there, with RS checking out the LE pressor and showing up two other times with PF in WP, just curious if it was one of his friends checking on if there were in fact camera's in the area. Seems PF was not smart enough to notice them! I know way out there, but this whole thing is way out there! All JMO
Black Hills is my power provider. They bought up a bunch of smaller outfits several years ago all the way from SD, Wyoming, Nebraska, Colorado. I didn't realize they got that far south, but it doesn't really surprise me.

So, I am not gun expert. However, if one looks at the returns on the warrants of the SF property, pretty much all sounds as if it comes from inside the house.

Is it odd to find two bullet casings in a home? Assuming they were of course in the home, everything else and the warrant seems to be for the home...
Having a couple of empty casings in a home is not odd at all for a ranch/farm or anyone that does any kind of shooting. What interests me is that LE seems very interested in KB's gun and associated ammunition. I think there may be something else going on that LE suspects.

Saving teeth for stem cells seems like a good idea to me, but somehow I don't see the Frazee family being the *let's save our teeth for stem cells if needed* kind of family. And maybe I shouldn't say this, but I have a feeling that because there were 2 separate envelopes (or bags) of teeth, KB wasn't the first one to be plummeted in the head by PF. MOO
All the talk of "teeth" reminds me of news report I saw a couple years ago following the search for missing Dylan Redwine that Colorado was home to some of the best cadaver dogs & training in the country.

I found it interesting that dogs were trained to find human teeth apart from the victims. It was also noted that they used old teeth and bones to train the dogs. Any reports if PF worked with cadaver dogs/training?

The problem is that LE put it in the search warrant affidavit, thus leading the judge to believe it was related. By itself, it wont be enough for the defense to challenge the warrant or exclude evidence (other than any Wizard of Oz recordings seized) but it likely will result in a verbal admonishment from the judge. And, if the defense can poke holes in other things in the SW affidavit, then there could be a problem. LE should NOT have included that for the warrant. That is just sloppy work.

I keep coming back to the medications for PF the night before the murder. KB's out there working with the livestock until all hours and then runs into town and back out to the ranch (not a close thing) to bring him medication. Kelsey was such a good person. Keeping up her end of the "partnership" with the overnight livestock care (did Patrick need an onerous task done at the livestock location and wanted one more work shift out of Kelsey? did Patrick think he could off her at the remote livestock location and chickened out?), taking care of Patrick's GI issues--no doubt brought on by his murderous intentions--then playing along with 'what's this scent.' I wonder if she was amazed that Patrick would partake in such a frivolous activity and was pleased with the kinda normal couple interaction right before he knocked her teeth out.

yes, she stated that during her interview with police and to her friend that worked in the law office.

Great idea!! That poor woman deserves some monetary compensation for her aggravation.

Where did you see the words building a timeline? I have read and read and didn’t see that at all.

ETA it doesn’t really matter what was said or why he said he did it. It was stupid and he got caught moo
