I've been reading the search warrants released recently and some very interesting reading in there... It's rare for us 'aliens' to be able to access govt sites.
Am working on getting my head around a timeline that I need to make from (18-120). Please correct me if I'm wrong, however - I figured that PF did indeed pick up baby around 12:30ish and toddled around Woodland going to the ATM 12:45-1pmish. Then there is a gap in confirmation of his movements until a Walmart cctv 3:13pm (if I read the warrant correctly). Phone records of calls from vicinity of KB's home to SF and KJK around 4:30pm. (am ignoring the unconfirmed sighting for the sake of clarity).

From this, I'm theorising - IMO - is it likely that PF could have returned with baby-in-basket and baseball bat some time between 1 and 3 to do a foul deed, before going out (to perhaps purchase a fresh supply of ?baby wipes) then returning to the scene of the crime to do whatever/cursory clean-up - 3;30-4.30pm.

Did anything come up about what he bought at Walmart in that photo of him in the baby section? Did he buy a black tote with silver handles as well? He looks awfully clean in that photo for it to be after a violent episode with blood splatter.

Colorado Judicial Branch

You left out the time frame of 1:24, when PF was at the condo. Seen surveillance.

It doesn't bother me to call her fat. I'm not fat shaming. I'm shaming her.
Fat shaming isn't about a person's character.

Funny, eh? So many of us really don't like her, but we LIKE her in a strange sort of way and would LOVE to see her interview some of these dimwits. I'd like her to start with the R's, then MS and MG, LS, CC, RS and then the grand finale with KK. Now that would be a show worth watching!!

Funny you mention that list of "dimwits" because I was just thinking about all of them and what a despicable bunch of creeps they all are. Specifically, I'd like to know what the locals now think of MS & the Rs. They've all heard the story by now and if most are halfway decent people they must be asking the same questions we do and should be equally appalled. I hope those a-holes can barely show their faces around town. I think of the absolute grief of Kelsey's brother when found out these people knew Kelsey's murder was being planned and did nothing. I still can't wrap my head around that and, I know, Kelsey's family never will, either.

There are ethics that bind journalists and they must remain objective. PF hasn't gone to trial yet. Andrea wasn't there to interrogate people, she was there to interview them. It was only a one-hour show and I'm sure a lot landed on the editing room floor, as they say.

I found the YouTuber's comment about the manager at Starbucks remembering KK and PF had coffee together to be very interesting. I now wonder if it was PF who waited in the car while KK carried it to KB's door.

JMO

I thought it was the sonic worker that remembered kk and PF not Starbucks. Moo

The taco hats in CO are not the kind of men and cowboys I see daily.

Yah but ya know he and KK worked on a "dude" ranch together one time... I missed that on dateline, one would think they just met while he was with KB. a ranchette, a rodeo circuit and taco hats... lol...

Did anybody watch 20/20 tonight titled Last Dance in Texas? It was a good example of the how and why the KB case could end in such tragedy . I followed this case in the newspaper as it unfolded and continues to unfold. The players have different lifestyles but have a lot in common in the ways and means department, also how this case could possibly go in the end. I hope KK was not watching.
I do believe PF will be found guilty in CO.
Now off to watch Dateline.
Edited for punctuation: Imagine that.

Yes, I saw it tonight too.

That 20/20 case tonight titled Last Dance in Texas is a perfect example case of how badly things can go wrong in a trial when the Prosecution makes a deal with the devil and relies on 1 main witness who is just as evil and a liar as the main person on trial.

I’m not worried about that here.

We learned a lot from those search warrants, and my biggest takeaway is that law enforcement has a ton of digital evidence that paints a grim picture.

KK’s role is to fill in the gaps, and tell the story that phone records themselves, cannot.

The jury doesn’t have to believe half the stuff she says, in order to convict him.

Hell, by the time this case goes to trial, the lab results themselves could bury this guy.

Search warrants reveal new details in Kelsey Berreth case | East Idaho News

[...]

The search warrants reveal that on the day Berreth disappeared, she left a Safeway grocery store in a red Chevrolet Silverado. A red Toyota Tacoma matching Frazee’s vehicle is seen on surveillance video turning north onto Fairview Street in Woodland Park. A minute later, Kelsey Berreth’s vehicle is seen turning north onto the same street.

Fairview Street intersects with Lake Avenue, the road of the townhome where Kelsey Berreth lived.

A few minutes later, the same red Toyota Tacoma is seen on the same surveillance camera heading toward the Ent Credit Union. Frazee made four transactions at the ATM, according to the warrants, and then went to Walmart in Woodland Park. He left the store after making a purchase around 1:13 p.m. Documents do not specify what he purchased at the store.

Ten minutes later, the camera on the home of one of Berreth’s neighbors captured a man. matching the description of Frazee, entering the front door of his fiancé’s townhome. The red Toyota Tacoma was seen on the surveillance camera near Fairview Street around the same time. Investigators note it appeared there was some kind of crate in the back of the truck.

At around 3:36 p.m., the man thought to be Frazee is seen again on the same camera at Berreth’s house.

“It is noted that around this time, Frazee’s phone records indicated that he called his mother and Krystal Lee,” according to a warrant.

[...]

On Dec. 6, the manager of the Ent Credit Union in Woodland Park told investigators Frazee and an unidentified man went to the credit union and requested a timeline of transactions from Nov. 22. According to the manager, there was no account history after the Walmart purchase until Nov. 26 at a Conoco gas station.

The manager noted the unknown man said, “Well, you might as well let her know it is about the missing person.” She said as the pair was leaving the credit union, the man said, “Forget us about being here,” according to a search warrant.

The manager of the credit union said the unidentified man was tall and with a medium to heavy build. She described him as having grey hair and possibly facial hair.

According to documents, a UPS driver was seen dropping off a package at Kelsey Berreth’s home on a neighbor’s surveillance camera on Dec. 1. Two days later, an elderly man with white hair and white facial hair was seen picking up the package. The man was later identified as a friend of Frazee who approached detectives at the end of a news conference on Dec. 10.

He told detectives Frazee needed a ride from Woodland Park to his home in Florissant, Colorado. He said to investigators he was Frazee’s “best friend,” and “father figure,” knowing Frazee for decades. He also told investigators Frazee directed him to drive to Lake Avenue.

“Upon arriving, (the friend) further reported he instructed Patrick to remain in the vehicle while he (the friend) went to the front door and retrieved the package,” according to documents.

The friend told the detectives he wanted Frazee to stay in the vehicle so he would not be seen on the neighbor’s surveillance cameras. He said to investigators Frazee was not involved in the disappearance of Berreth but law enforcement should look into a Southwest Airlines pilot who Berreth formally dated.

[...]

When Kenney arrived in Idaho on Nov. 25, a text message was sent from Berreth’s cellphone at 5:14 p.m. near Malad Gorge State Park. It is the last recorded location of Berreth’s phone, according to warrants.

At 5:21 p.m., a call from Frazee’s phone was made to Berreth but was not successful. At the time of the call, Frazee’s phone was in Colorado. Seven minutes later, Frazee received a phone call from an Idaho number traced back to a woman whom EastIdahoNews.com is not identifying because she has not been charged. The phone call was only 47 seconds and came from a house only 10 miles from the Malad Gorge State Park. Documents say Frazee was in “frequent” contact with the number.

Details of the woman’s relationship with Frazee are not mentioned in documents.

Good summary of things to look into

Did I misread it or was the phone number that KK was using the one that traced back to the woman (SR) who lives near the gorge? The frequent contact between PF and that number was with KK, right? Correct me if I'm mixed up. I was thinking either KK had someone esle's phone or the number was new to KK and had previously belonged to SR.

And it will become even more glaring how bad this plea deal is, imho. It makes me sick.

We’re never going to feel happy about this plea, and most of us won’t be able to stomach the idea that this woman gets to go on with her life, after failing to prevent the murder of an innocent mother.

But KK is still incredibly important, and has been incredibly important.

She’s the basis of many of those search warrants, and she’s the reason that PF is going to be leaving prison in a box.

It’s a frustrating reality, but likely a necessary one.

  • #973
If I was whoever KK is living with, I would be worried, I would be hiding my wifi password, my phones, my computer, my landline, my cell phones... Or that person may be the next involved... I would hide my car keys. I would hide my gun if I had one... Just saying... Good night to one and all :)

I agree as there still seems to be some miss understanding about why kk was so critical. It’s not so much about what she may or may not say.

It’s about the things that they were able to find and verify based on her statements.

Those are the critical things in this case that kk provided and were necessary IMO

I know her testimony is needed and that provide valuable information. However, I will never be convinced that her deal wasn't way too lenient. That judge better give her the three years and the 100K fine. that is the very LEAST they can do.

Just starting watching Dateline...sad to see her mom talking about her in the present tense.

I agree with this, Artis. They likely could have scared her into taking a deal that would have required at least some prison time.

She's a half-wit.

last I read she lives with her ex (dunno if that's right). If I were him I'd have a lawyer and be moving to terminate her parental rights. Oh, and, and have thrown her 🤬🤬🤬 out.

I agree we should be able to get a successful prosecution of PF, but I'm still a little worried because of the wildcard like happened in that 20/20 case tonight.

One or two stupid jury members that cant see the forest because of the trees.

Watching Dateline. Couldn’t help but get a giggle at 26:09 when the text popped up on the bottom of the screen saying “Have you ever done your own sleuthing on a case in your area?” (Well, since you ask, why yes, as a matter of fact I have (understatement LOL), many! And also in other states and even other countries :) )
