The entire show was a joke. They think viewers are stupid MOO.
Most people do not follow cases as closely as the WS group does, so they may not question a thing.

If she were in an inpatient treatment plan, she would have been in a facility. So no, she wasn't in an inpatient treatment plan. After what came out about PF's assault in the hospital and the baby being removed from the both of them until child services could determine he was safe, I'm wondering if there was mandatory counseling ordered as a term of condition or if the child advocate suggested to KB that she receive counseling based on what they had observed with PF.I’m ready for the flak I will receive over this.
Do we really know that KB was not in some sort of inpatient treatment plan? She could have been depressed in general or suffering from postpartum dep. (I know that’s been discussed here before). I realize he said she was in rehab for alcoholism and a few others have inferred she was “a cutter” (no links, just random comments I’ve read). I feel like he overstated any problems to others in order to develop a story that she ran away.
I’m not trying to be negative about KB and I doubt she would still have her job if there were serious concerns about her mental health. If she did indeed seek help for anything, that’s a positive.
I think she felt trapped and alone. His negative and manipulative personality could have easily thrown her into depression. KB very likely endured his outbursts long before the event at the hospital. She was alone in Colorado with a sociopathic boyfriend and his like-minded group.

She didn't go into rehab, she went to a mental health and counseling facility. The diagnosis, per her mom, was exhaustion. Sounds like the typical working post-partum mom who is so sleep deprived that she worries she's suffering from PPD. I remember a pt coming back to the OB floor 2 days after being released in tears and convinced she was going crazy. She hadn't slept in over 48 hrs, the child had colic and had been nursing every 2 hours, and she couldn't remember when she last ate or had even taken in any fluids. After giving her something to eat, letting her nap for a few hours and hooking her up to some IV fluids, she was back to normal. She was depressed, but it was situational and expected in the situation she was under. I would imagine KB, going back to work, taking care of a premie baby on her own, we know she wasn't getting any physical or emotional support from PF or his side of the family and I'm sure his cronies were all being told a line of bullcrap so they were acting odd around her and PF himself with his hair trigger temper had to be appeased or she would lose her child again....well that's all going to make someone a bit down.
I think they are just arrogant, and stupid enough to think everybody in town will comply, and go along with them. The whole scenario with PF and RS going to the bank seems like some kind of diversionary tactic. Why walk into the bank and ask questions when you could see anything from that time period online?
Thanks for the info. I’m a mom and I TOTALLY understand. It makes me mad that CC told everyone on public prime time TV (Dateline) that she went to rehab twice due to alcholosim, painting this picture of an unstable mother. Usually Dateline clears up the misconceptions and I’m disappointed that they didn’t clear this up. Truth be told, even if she did go to rehab twice for alcohol it’s irrelevant to the case.
Gee I wonder who that could be.I have pondered that night before as well. I can't imagine what issue with the cattle in the wee hours that there could have been that he needed KB to help him with. I really think maybe he had something planned to kill her out there, but something went wrong and he couldn't do it. Then had to improvise the next day.
Someone who is really, really, really.... Stupid and thinks they can get away with murder.Who goes through the effort to put a tooth in an envelope from a crime to keep? It is like the opposite of secrets. Tell everyone, ensure you are on camera, use an expired license plate, make sure to solicit multiple times, get the solicited to clean the crime scene, talk to the teller at the bank, tell her everything, lie about everything, get caught lying, write out a note of who can watch your child that you have no legal guardianship, leave off victim that is the guardian, sell victim's gun, use her phone, take it to a gorge, leave with it, burn in yard instead, on and on.
Another tidbit that I've considered:If she were in an inpatient treatment plan, she would have been in a facility. So no, she wasn't in an inpatient treatment plan. Willingly sucked in.He isn’t so smart and has surrounded himself with people who are like minded who have been sucked in.
According to The lovely R's (lawyers) she was in love with him since a tender age. As if she was fresh out of kindergarten, and didn't know any better.Maybe I missed it, but was it ever revealed what separated the Rodeo Queen and her Stallion back when they were "dating in college?" (PF was in college? I missed that, too.)
Why did she go on to marry CL, I wonder, if PF was the Stallion she's been in love with all these years. Such a soap opera / TeleNovela! MOO.
Chattle.Me either. I think she's a possession to him.
I once suffered from extreme exhaustion. The "catch all" of chronic fatigue is a vague diagnosis. KB went to a clinic for anxiety, depression and fatigue. I suffered these same symptoms. What I learned, eventually, is that I suffered from adrenal fatigue. Years of anxiety, fight and flight response by the adrenals, deplete them. It starts off slow and progressively gets worse over time. I can imagine what she was dealing with during this time of her life. Mother of an infant, working, commuting trying to hold it together and on top of that dealing with a narcissistic psychopath that leaves you not knowing whether you're coming or going. Poor thing. And here you have PF's flying monkeys repeating his disgusting lies. I take great pleasure in those that are "outing" him for the horrible creature he is.I believe chronic fatigue syndrome was mentioned. It was a question the defense asked one of the members of LE at the preliminary if I recall correctly.
Caw Caw C. Cline.I spoke too soon. Dateline did clear up the fact that she did not go to rehab for alcoholism but instead for possible depression/mental struggles.
I agree we should be able to get a successful prosecution of PF, but I'm still a little worried because of the wildcard like happened in that 20/20 case tonight.
One or two stupid jury members that cant see the forest because of the trees.

Agree, which is why I didn't even bother to watch it. I didn'tFor WSers, Dateline provided nothing new. My idea of a dream interview would be one with KK, PF or SF.
Just me dreaming and musing this Saturday morning.

You forgot to include Nancy Grace in your dream interview. She who we love to cringe at would do a bang up job on those three! JMOFor WSers, Dateline provided nothing new. My idea of a dream interview would be one with KK, PF or SF.
