So PF knew there was a cctv. Which means he knew he would be recorded and he made sure to be in the footage to set up timelines for when he picked up the baby or "exchanged" the baby. Now the whole bank thing makes sense. He hadn't figured on the bank video and what it might see that would be different from the video at KB's place. It also means he knew how to retrieve her body in such a way that it wouldn't be seen and he also made sure KK entered KB's home in such a way that she wouldn't be seen either.

Yes or perhaps he realized the video cameras after the murder and before having his BFF get the package.

Oh, really? I thought they were trying to figure out if the baby could be seen and if that would conflict with his story about what time he picked her up. But I guess that wouldn't make sense since LE believes the exchange did take place in the alley.
Was it the bank video that shows the container in the car? Which video showed what looked like a white container in the car? I thought previously they saw a black tote. I'm getting confused with all the different surveillance cameras!

You don't follow that if two people have a baby together and get married, they would change their baby's last name to their's? I'm saying KB's family thought they were getting married and they bought little K a personalized item that would be a forever keepsake so they put her "new" last name initial on it. IMO.

I still don't think that's what happened though -- partly because we're not talking about the name on the ornament but rather the name on the package. At least that's what I thought we were referring to. Also because I don't think it was assumed they would marry with that much certainty. The more we read the more it seemed the family (CB at least) had their doubts about PF. Maybe CB2 and his partner weren't as tuned in to the personal issues. In addition, baby was not given the F name initially, intentionally, and we are not [yet] privy to the reason why. But I trust the reason was compelling.

However, I don't have a better explanation to offer.

Still blown away at how stupid these people are.
Go to bank. Try to find out what they have on camera. Mention missing girl. Then tell bank employee forget we were even here.
Because that's not in the least suspicious,or eyebrow raising.
The investigators must be getting a good laugh, over that.
They deserve it too, as do the Berreths.

Bringing this forward from late last night/early morning. What are your thoughts?

I noticed on Page 11 of the search warrant (criminal action 18-111 page 11 of 30) that Patrick was seen at Walmart on 11/22 at 13:00 hrs and according to his ENT credit union records he has a Walmart transaction at 15:13, also on the 22nd. Was he at Walmart twice on the 22nd, could the transaction have taken approx 2hrs to post after he paid, or is there an error in the time of transaction listed in SW?

The theory of one of KK's burner phone maybe got assigned the same phone number that used to be assigned to a person named SR seems plausible because on Page 20 of the arrest warrant, it says:
""Open Source database checks of that number reveal it to be ASSOCIATED with....."

So that is how they got SR name, address, and map is by open source database checking similar to what you found too. It doesnt say in the arrest warrant that they were placing the pinging of the phone at that address. Just that they looked up the address tied to SR.

We all know a phone number usually is assigned to just one person so maybe that is what happened in that KK may have been assigned SR's old number on KK's new burner phone. This would explain how when KK saw PF calling KB's phone (which she had most likely), that she turned around and called PF on her burner phone.

To clarify a previous comment. I still dont believe in the other coincidence about the other text and wizard of oz reference. LOL

But this one maybe explainable that KK may have had a burner phone and maybe SR was innocently dragged into the arrest warrant due to her number still being associated to the burner phone number.

Now my head is spinning like the rest of us.

Included in the documents released on Wednesday is a search warrant of Frazee’s residence in Florissant, Colorado, and the findings of investigators. According to the records, Woodland Park police searched the property on December 14, and found “multiple bags containing adult molars in multiple rooms throughout the residence” that Patrick shared with his mother Sheila Frazee.

But in SW111, 12-6-2018, Dispatcher NA reviewed the William's Log Furniture video and observed the red Tacoma truck with a "white box" in the bed at 12:36 going north up N Fairview, going south on N Fairview at 12:44, and at 13:25 going north up N Fairview "with some sort of crane" in the bed.

The bank ATM video is 12:44 - 12:50, per SW111, 12-6-18, reported by bank manager PK on 12-5-18.

PF was allegedly also on KB's neighbor's surv. camera at 13:24 (AA) or 13:36 (Prelim).

PF in Walmart 12:54 - 13:17.

That's where the "white box" comes from.

One coincidence is one thing, but here we have the name, the time, and the date. Too many coincidences for me. And from all I have read, they come out and say it is not his mother, but they have not come out and said there is no connection to this case, nor any relation.

My mind remains open on this one...

I was “paying very close attention” to all the players involved in this case, as soon as that first press confence was over.

I checked out all of their social media.

I saw the post in question, and ultimately saw this woman’s explanation for it (She was simply watching the Wizard of Oz).

She has absolutely no connection to the other people who share her name.

Other people share my first and last name, live close to me, and aren’t related in any way.

Just like this

There were several things in the court documents that I had questions about and several things that were repeated, a bit differently each time. Maybe it was my comprehension but I don’t think so.

Yes! I think this is exactly the situation. I feel better now. I was even more sickened thinking yet another person was involved in this mess, or that some innocent friend got dragged into things just by lending her phone to KK.

I agree. In crimes like this I am less likely to believe in coincidences and this is one coincidence I choose not to believe in.

I'm with you guys....I saw a pundit on cable who's a contributing former prosecutor and she once said "Yeah, we don't believe in coincidence." It's the timing that gets me....The call to SF from PF from KB's condo was literally almost seconds near to the time of the SMF FB post. That said, someone on here said the SMF woman has been contacted and has explained her post. But the timing, it just doesn't GET any more weird.

Maybe Frazees name was not listed on the birth certificate partly due to his actions at the hospital after the baby was born. Imo
