Did he fool all of the players involved in this into believing he was innocent and they became part of his plan. This is what sociopaths do. Are the others innocent? There seem to be so many other players in this that I’m starting to wonder how good this young man was at manipulating others. Could he really be evil incarnate? I’ve just never heard of a case like this and so many involved that look like suspects in some way aside from the actual suspect himself.

No inside info, but there are interviews out there for a few that I hope will speak at trial.

I think she did whatever he said I believe she did poison it .. Kelsey just didn’t drink it. I’m still not sure kk didn’t play more of a role in this heinous crime. I keep waiting for proof of where she was on 11/22 and still haven’t gotten it. Why can’t they just say kk was in Idaho on 11/22 we have her phone pings here?? Not one report as to where she was on 11/22

Because that preliminary hearing was about proving to a judge that there was enough evidence to proceed with a case against PF.

It was simply about meeting that burden.

Now at trial, they will absolutely have to show where KK was at the time, as it’s likely that the defense is going to try and implicate her in this.

So we are going to have to wait, unfortunately.

One of the documents released (I don’t recall which) states that there was no location information in her google account that day if I recall. I could be mistaken.

Yeah, that simply means that the apps on her phone weren’t tracking her precise location.

Fortunately, that doesn’t prevent phone pings.

So Google didn’t know where she was, but the cell towers still told law enforcement.

Yup. But my guess is that the phone data isn’t going to support that.

Plus, we know that PF entered the house after he last said, and left with Kelsey’s phone.

So it cripples the defense’s ability to push the timeline out, and put KK in the area at the time of Kelsey’s murder.

If KK was in Idaho at the time, then only PF can be the killer.

I still think they’ll try and point the finger at her, but I don’t know how.

Yep it was all about where PF was, what PF did and why PF likely did it. There will be a place and time to prove where KK was and PF preliminary hearing was not that time IMO
