So he difinitely knew he was following thru with his plans, pecans were not on his receipt.
Murder was on the menu instead.

KK allegedly brought her hazmat wear & supplies with her from home, and also used KB's supplies found in the home.
I want to say some reporting stated some supplies were taken from the hospital she worked at. I don’t have a link to support it though.

So, do we have pings placing her in Idaho those days? My memory sucks. Lol. Why would she delete those days specifically?
I don't think we've been told where her phone pinged off when PF called her and told her to get things cleaned up. We were told that he called an Idaho number and that Idaho number called him back.

Ouch! Good catch!!!

PF called her right after he killed Kelsey, and KK knew what her role was.

It was at that point, that she began making arrangements for her trip.

That apparently included covering her tracks.

I’m definitely open to the idea that she knew Kelsey was going to be killed that weekend, if she didn’t know the exact date.

I just can’t wrap my head around her being available at any date to travel that distance (she’s got kids too), (b) of she was so afraid of PF why she lied to police about knowing him (bc if ever there was a time to be safe) (c) why go to the Sonic you’ve been regularly seen at with PF (unless she was waiting for further instructions) (d) The crime scene clean up gear. Like you, I’m open bc we are sleuthing stuff. I just think any jury will look at her like a jail house snitch.
I’m hopeful bc your posts are so demonstratively emphatic that her testimony won’t be a bad thing.

Red nosed old coots who owned a bar should think twice about who they accuse of needing alcohol rehab....:rolleyes: I get really upset as well when a murdered victim is revictimized. Not one word about poor child, poor Kelsey no matter who he thinks did it...
Up on Cripple Creek she sends me, if I spring a leak she mends me.
I don't have to speak, she defends me
A drunkards dream if I ever did see one.
lyrics from the song- Cripple Creek by The Band
I think they speak well of the citizens we have seen and heard so far.

I’ve followed lots of cases over the years.

The star witnesses are almost always horrible people.

Murderers, rapists, proven liars.

Juries believe them if what they say is substantiated by evidence.

If the jury chooses to discount most of what KK has to say, fine.

There’s more than enough supporting evidence to bury him.

If the prosecution can put KK in Idaho, PF is done.

ETA: In the highly unlikely event that the prosecution cannot definitively put KK in Idaho, it doesn’t mean that PF walks.

We know he was there, we know he lied about being there, and we know that he left with Kelsey’s phone.

Those pieces won’t go anywhere.

Sorry if I missed it, but was there a photo of the receipt posted?

So true, Massy! His ignorance is boundless, matchless, limitless...infinite, even!

It would take countless hours to catalogue all of PF's imbecilic actions from start to finish, but honestly, it would be well worth it just to be able to review and be thoroughly gobsmacked by the level of sheer idiocy he displayed at every single turn.

PF's moronicity* is unparalleled.

*Moronicity is not a word, which is why I've coined the term for purposes of describing PF.

JMO.

Chuck Norris counted to infinity … twice! PF's ignorance has him beat?

Yep he should of bought pecans, just another of his stupid oversights. The man knows diddly about CYA.

I recall KK alleged (what most likely was taken from her employer) supplies she had at home from recent house painting project. MOO

And that is the big donut/elephant in this forum... can they prove (as needed) hypocritical oath (sorry had to use it-bc your comment was awesome) girl wasn’t there? Bc that’s all that matters imo

I thought I understood the 11/22 timeline and the comings and goings from KB's home and the reasons for them. I had thought PF murdered Kelsey between when he returned to her condo from his alibi-making appearance at Walmart and before he phoned KKL and SF, around 4:00 - 4:30. I thought he stayed at KB's during all that interval. But after reading Gardner's timeline (thank you!) I'm now perplexed about the "3:13 PM Walmart" transaction that is listed. Does that mean that he made a SECOND trip to Walmart that afternoon, or that is when his earlier trip posted to his bank account? I thought store transaction time stamps indicated the time of the purchase, but maybe not? If there was a SECOND trip to Walmart, what was that for? That certainly couldn't have been to bolster his untrue timeline of lies, I wouldn't think. If there was a second trip, did he commit the murder before it, or after it? Can anyone explain his 3:13 Walmart transaction? TIA.

Her being there doesn’t mean that he’s not the killer.

They know he lied. They know he was there. They know he left with her phone.

Everything connects to one person.

PF.

I am absolutely positive that there is solid evidence that backs up her alibi.

Law enforcement doesn’t take liars on their word.

Odd isn't it? Kind of like a booty call, slave girl, not welcome on the property. But no, yet, go figure she is welcome for a body burning fire....
Every account from KK reference picking up and dropping off at the gate. Keys, pipes, etc.

LOL! Those lyrics run through my head every time I read a post about Cripple Creek. I thought I was probably the only one with that "affliction." Thanks for sharing!

I have to respectfully disagree here. All that matters is that a mother of a young child was brutally murdered.
