Red nosed old coots who owned a bar should think twice about who they accuse of needing alcohol rehab....:rolleyes: I get really upset as well when a murdered victim is revictimized. Not one word about poor child, poor Kelsey no matter who he thinks did it...

I know. It ticks me off. I almost didn’t come back to WS after the Jodi Arias case and what her lynch mob did to Travis. I came here bc I was seeking justice for someone I could never help. I got so deep and so involved I wound up on TV bc I was “chasing” a serial killer and my parents’ neighbors told them about it. I come back bc this site has amazing posters. Truly badass people who dig through information and are so dedicated to the victims. When I got involved back in the day it was bc someone was actively killing women. When you meet meet the family members of the victims it changes you. It makes you want to help. I mentioned I’m from Amarillo and my father was a pathologist, I’m also unfortunately am intimately familiar with the story behind the movie Bernie. I know the other side. Know the Nugent family bc Rod was the guy who hired my dad. His mom was the one murdered by Bernie. Damn I’m a magnet for true crime stuff. I also recognize I should never have a podcast bc I’m too long winded

I know from the court blog there are some things that still need to be nailed down/explained in the timeline. For example, can anyone explain the apparent transforming properties of the item in PF's truck bed? According to the prelim testimony (link below) the black tote was seen on camera in the back of PF's truck when he was at the bank ATM (between 12:44 and 12:50).

However, at 12:44 his truck is seen on camera passing William's Log Furniture with a "white box" in the bed. He shows up at the bank less than a minute after passing the furniture store and the sometime between 12:44 and 12:50 the black tote is seen in the bed of his truck on the ATM camera (most likely as he pulled away IMO). Then PF goes to Walmart and after leaving Walmart on his way toward KB's again at approx 1:25 pm his truck is seen on the same Furniture store video system as before only now it looks like "some kind of crate" is in the bed of his truck. We know he didn't buy a white box, nor a black tote nor a crate at Walmart after the bank. And no time to buy the tote between KB's house and the bank at 12:44.

So what is going on here?
Tricky camera lighting?
Different people describing the same thing in the bed of his truck?
Was the tote inside a white box or covered by a white sheet at first, unwrapped between KB's home and the bank but then repackaged again at some point between Walmart and passing the furniture store on the way to KB's so that it looked like "a crate"?

Any other ideas?

:confused:o_O

Oh wow. I missed that.

I figured he’d want that package picked up just so no one was suspicious in regards to KB not picking it up.

I wonder when he realized?

Hopefully it caused full fledged panic.
I've no doubt his initial reason for delaying the pick up was because CB asked him to pick it up for her. He replied that he was busy in Westcliffe, and it would have to wait....

State gives him another still of that neighbor’s surveillance. He says it shows Berreth, Kaylee, Frazee & her flowers out front of Kelsey’s door around 1 p.m.

After taking a look around the web, I cannot find a still shot of that.
Has it been released ?
Maybe a frame from a news video clip ?

Odd isn't it? Kind of like a booty call, slave girl, not welcome on the property. But no, yet, go figure she is welcome for a body burning fire....

I actually meant KB when she drives the stomach meds back at what... 3:30 a.m.? Because it seems no one goes in that Private Property, but PF is sick... does SF know she is bringing TUMS to PF?

Until he picked that package up, or his good friend picked it up, he had no idea what date that package was sent and had been sitting at the house. When he got the call from her mother, I wonder if he tried to even contact KKL to ask if it was at the front door when she was there. He had no idea if it had been delivered before she was supposed to have disappeared?

Not until *cough cough* later, when he went back with his friend/ father figure/ gray hair man to pick up the package and had talked to his brother. He knew that day for sure!

Yup.

It hasn’t been released. It was simply shown to the judge in the preliminary hearing.

There were a few photos that were described, but we aren’t allowed to see them.

In the ranch aerial photos from the initial search (someone reposted them here a day or two ago), we can see what looks like a square white 5-gal bucket in the bed of the red truck. IF that's the "white box" it's quite small.

It seems possible that "crate" and "tote" are both referring to the same thing, though that would irk me because I think a "crate" has mesh-like walls, not solid.

I originally saw tweets referring to some kind of "crane" in the back of the truck. I'm going to assume that was a typo for "crate" but I hope it's been confirmed somewhere.

Depending on the size and rigidity of the tote, one idea I had (along with my idea just posted that the tote was already at Kelsey's) was that the tote was carried inside the cab of the truck while empty.

Those of us with pickups know that anything lightweight can fly out of a truck bed as it moves. So you either put it inside the cab, or you weight it down (like by putting a 5-gal bucket of tools inside).

Well sometime between Thanksgiving 11/22, and 12/3 at 8:02AM he must have found out because that's the date and time that RS showed up to collect UPS package left on KB's door step. According to RS, he didn't want PF to be captured on the neighbors surveillance camera, and had him wait in RS's vehicle while RS collected the package!

Yup, good ole RS had to go immediately into PF defense mode-- probably even before his pumpkin pie came out of the oven.

maybe KK was the one who saw the camera and told PF. If there really is no video of her, she might have noticed it.

No. In fact the Court also delayed the release of search warrants because both sides (Pros/Def) agree that they do not want any exhibits released to the public.

That was an exhibit from the preliminary hearing. The judge declared and ordered that none of the evidence that was presented as exhibits at that time would be released. So they are nowhere on the internet

Yeah, that's kind of ironic. He was asked by CB just the night before to pick up the package, then his friend tells him not to get out of the car so he wouldn't be seen there. That doesn't look suspicious at all.

I love this. I can identify with longwinded. It is one of my flaws and I have admitted to it more than once :)

This is so interesting, everything you have said. I can look from another viewpoint and also say if one has lost a loved one to a crime it gives a different perspective as well. From the crime, to the grief, to the court process, etc. if one has been through it. It is in no way like a loss of someone due to a natural death or an accident. Been through both and they are entirely different and nothing alike.

I did not follow the Arias case but have heard a lot about it.

I enjoy your posts by the way.

KK in PF's presence apparently refused to take the body. Yet she was scared of him. Hmm. He then insisted she had to take the phone and gun because she would not take the body. She did that though because she was scared of him, but not so scared she took the body or too scared to refuse. Okay, whatever. That is truly believable . She drove towards him because she was scared of him, to do clean-up. Hmm. Yet refused him when in Reno.

All are entitled to their own opinion but there is no way the total truth has been told here even though some think she would never lie with a plea deal.

I disagree. She would lie about whatever she felt they could never prove on a he said/she said. She had serious legal counsel by then and had destroyed many pieces of evidence. He said/she said is pretty much a large percentage of what this case is...

They are both as guilty as sin.

In my opinion.

Also she loved like 800 miles from him. Took a hippocractic oath to do no harm as a nurse. Yet after three times (allegedly) of being asked by PF to kill KB she tells the police nothing. Upon learning (nurses know they are duty bound to report abuse) that allegedly KB used a curling iron on a baby’s hands (Which we know isn’t true) she says nothing, a woman who after cleaning up a horrific crime scene (her words) went to Sonic. So afraid was she for the lives of herself and children that instead of leaving said crime scene and fleeing she stuck around. She isn’t going to sway a jury. We all know this because we hate her. Any smart person would. The prosecution has to show not just by pings or testimony that she wasn’t there when KB was killed. It is imperative and common sense at this point.

Yes, he worked hard so the neighbors and the community did not see his face. Another reason why he was not at the presser on the 10th. He did not want anyone to recognize his face that they may have seen recently?

Yeah, she apparently took the hypocritical oath, as opposed to the Hippocratic Oath.

Honest mistake.

The jury will believe her if the evidence corroborates what she has to say.

She can fill in the gaps, and explain the context of text messages, phone calls, and location data.

She has identified the murder scene, storage site, and burn location.

They don’t have to like her, and they won’t. But if these people just follow the evidence, then I’m not worried.

There is no shortage of it.

The timeline begins with a proven lie, and ends with a flurry of them.

And we don’t know the least of it.
