As much as I detest KK, I can’t believe the DA would’ve given her that deal if she couldn’t prove she was in Idaho on Nov 22.

Also that incident at the birth has slightly changed my perspective on PF and this entire crime.

Are there two Nash Ranch locations? One in Park Co and one in Fremont Co?

They certainly would not have made this deal, if they felt she was in Colorado.

They would have looked at her under a microscope, as that’s what you do with liars.

To me, that birth incident wasn’t surprising. If you can beat your fiancé to death, vile behavior is going to manifest itself in other areas.

I thought that I read that this is a stolen identity used for a burner phone. I believe that KK used this woman's information. That way, the phone couldn't be traced back to her.

Anyone can buy a month-to-month phone with cash and phone minute cards. You then go online and complete the name, etc., when you activate the phone.

If this is true, I hope that the lady whose identity KK stole (SR) sues KK for identity theft.

You’re right but the flaw in my original perception of him was that he was easily manipulated and could be pushed by outside influences into killing her. I no longer feel that way.

The one I saw referenced Guffey, CO

Yes, it was a flaw in my original perception of him. I previously thought of him as someone who was easily manipulated and could be pushed by outside influences into killing her. Now I’m learning how evil he was on his own.

Thank you I was hoping you'd say that!

This is one of the most confusing of many confusing things. We really need testimony from SF and SF2 about who was at the ranchette and when on Thanksgiving.

We also seem to know next to nothing at this point about what PF was up to on the 23rd, before KK got there. IIRC, he visited RS (or his cellphone did) on the 23rd.

Both RS and the Nash Ranch barn where KB was allegedly stored are apparently in cellphone 'dead zones' and I expect the defense to point that out at trial.

I don't know who owns Nash Ranch, but PF had keys to the barn.

Re. the bolded section : ^^^ Yes,that'll happen... when pigs fly !

SF has pled the fifth, and it's doubtful SF2 will reveal anything further than the time he claimed to have arrived for dinner.
It's as if the entire family and town are in CYA mode for this dim wit PF.

The almighty Google has this to say about the 5th Amendment :
One provision of the Fifth Amendment requires that felonies be tried only upon indictment by a grand jury.
If SF is indicted, she would have to testify about what she knew before and after the murder, correct ?
The only way I can imagine that scenario is if LE could take a look at her phone/texts and convos with PF.
And without evidence of SF's wrongdoing --the authorities cannot subpoena her phone ?
Maybe someone else could chime in .

Susie Runzer. Not sure of spelling. Debateable whether a stolen phone, borrowed phone, former number, etc. Yet it came back to the very same area KK was in at the gorge. PF tried to call KB's number if I have it right (and KK had had the phone) and moments later he was called by this Susie Runzer number just a few miles away from where KK was by pings.

Amazing.

The circle of people who may have had knowledge of Kelsey's murder just keeps widening.

PF seems to be an unlikely person for so many people to want to protect him !
To cover for him, and possibly face prison --for an abusive man who once 'joked' about murdering a nurse who placed his baby in the nicu.
I sure as hell wouldn't.

I think the circle of people willing to cover him is beginning to become smaller even as we speak. I feel confident that the DA can prove it was PF who killed KB on 22nd in her townhome.

KK is a she devil incarnate for her help and complicity in this, but I believe PF drove this agenda and KK rode along.

incident at birth?

The incident in the hospital when baby k was born where he was so verbally abusive towards a nurse that they called Social Services per the Search Warrant application.

the fake accounts that tried to claim KB was a drug addict disappeared very quick in the early threads here. New accounts made just to say that then never logged in since. Pretty F'd up. I wouldnt be surprised if his mom wasnt on here as one of them

I don’t remember seeing it anywhere in the search warrants, but did LE request the phone records of Ma F? Can they request those prior to trial?

I am curious if there was a landline at the ranchette and if any calls were placed from it to anyone while PF was there....specifically RS.... or if any calls were made to RS from Ma’s cell phone?

My other question and I know we can’t sleuth him, is....was RS possibly at Thanksgiving dinner at the ranchette?

Curious about how close he is with the fam.
When PF originally got trained as a farrier, he was listed
on an E.L.P.O. Farriers site and he listed his phone number,
which was a LANDLINE registered to SF. I tracked it.

Here's a theory with zero evidence...thick as thieves.
The people I have known in the past that would keep others secrets were involved in similar crimes usually drug dealing.
He attracted others ok with murder as bizarre as they may seem...birds of a feather flock together. Something binds them but what?
