I agree. Am I wrong or did the cell records show that PF headed that direction late evening or night on the 22nd?

11/22 10 pm PF was tracked by phone headed toward RS's
place in Guffey. It's in the warrant for PF's phone.

SF has pled the fifth, and it's doubtful SF2 will reveal anything further than the time he claimed to have arrived for dinner.
It's as if the entire family and town are in CYA mode for this dim wit PF.

The almighty Google has this to say about the 5th Amendment :
One provision of the Fifth Amendment requires that felonies be tried only upon indictment by a grand jury.
If SF is indicted, she would have to testify about what she knew before and after the murder, correct ?
The only way I can imagine that scenario is if LE could take a look at her phone/texts and convos with PF.
And without evidence of SF's wrongdoing --the authorities cannot subpoena her phone ?
Maybe someone else could chime in .

The circle of people who may have had knowledge of Kelsey's murder just keeps widening.

PF seems to be an unlikely person for so many people to want to protect him !
To cover for him, and possibly face prison --for an abusive man who once 'joked' about murdering a nurse who placed his baby in the nicu.
I sure as hell wouldn't.

yes isn't every alleged "fact" in this case just amazing? either he has amazing qualities to get people to do these things or they are all scared to death of him... yet their actions show otherwise... WHO are these people? jmo...

When PF originally got trained as a farrier, he was listed
on an E.L.P.O. Farriers site and he listed his phone number,
which was a LANDLINE registered to SF. I tracked it.

Interesting, hopefully if that line still exists LE has or will get those records.

Yes, law enforcement can absolutely obtain location data from a destroyed burner phone.

All phones have phone numbers, and require cell towers to transmit phone calls and texts.

The mistake was using this phone to contact PF, which provided a link. KK also knew this number, and would be required to provide it to law enforcement.

This data can all be tracked.

Burner or not, her location will be known.

It’s gotta be highly insulting to LE I’m sure to hear the public say that KK was the murderer.

There is no logic to be made for the prosecution to offer a deal like this to KK if LE hadn’t already verified that she was not present when KB was murdered.

Additionally I don’t care what the jury thinks of kk. The biggest benefit she has provided to the prosecution is hard evidence against PF.

Exactly. You can’t hate someone into being a murderer.

Just because someone is capable of murder, doesn’t mean that they are one.

At this point, all the evidence would have to be wrong, and KK would have had to have figured out a way to teleport herself to the crime scene.

The CBI and FBI would have to be completely incompetent, and the DA would have to be corrupt or negligent.

It all points directly at him.

One can throw out what KK has to say, and just focus on the phone records, camera footage, lies, dog hits, DNA evidence, and witness statements.

Here's a theory with zero evidence...thick as thieves.
The people I have known in the past that would keep others secrets were involved in similar crimes usually drug dealing.
He attracted others ok with murder as bizarre as they may seem...birds of a feather flock together. Something binds them but what?

I don't think the baby was ever in the nicu. She was not premature. She just needed a couple of hours of extra medical attention and PF had a fit because he wasn't able to control the situation, imo.
He argued with the nurse that the first two or three hours were important for bonding and became so abusive they had to call Social Services.

It could have been as simple as the apgar scores were low and they kept the baby in the nursery for a few moments. I agree, he flipped out for no reason and that initiated a social services call. And trust me, OB nurses see lots of emotional reactions, for a nurse to have called social services this had to be really bad.

Questioning and speculating is not anti-LE and that seems to be hinted at in each and every case. Most are speculating on the level of her involvement, not whether he did it. Most people also make a point of saying they are speculating or it is their opinion, they do not state it as a "fact". They are questioning the liars and the game players, not LE.

I quite honestly think quite a bit higher of LE, I personally think they are going to end up with both players in their net in the end. Yet this post sounds as if anyone who speculates is anti-LE. That is quite simply not true. It certainly is not of me.

I agree and it would have had to of been more than just a little 'tiff' thrown by PF to warrant removal of the baby from the room and questions/interrogation of some degree about PF's behavior. Just not the type of event one would expect of a new dad in the hospital after the birth of a child. Nope, not cool at all.

Baby K born 3 weeks premature;

Baby taken to nicu/other;

PF enraged;

Social services contacted;

Hospital would not return baby to KB room until social services confirmed KB was not subject of domestic abuse by PF.

ETA: baby removed from room as typical, normal for the circumstances. No information if removal was for a moment, hour, day. Regardless, PF reacted badly. MOO

I don't think SS ignored this incident. The baby was withheld from both PF and KB so Children's and Family Services could investigate after the nurses reported the incident, per the documents released, IIRC.

Someone mentioned a while back that the tote could have already been in KB's home, after thinking about that, am I remembering correctly that KKL had to pick up scattered toys? My grands have toy bins here with me and several have cracks in them where they have leaned on them, this could be a very good possibility.

No problem, we are saying the same thing and opinions vary is all. I personally do not know how anyone knows either what LE has beyond what we have all see unless they are an insider. I would not be so sure how much LE believes each and everything she said. That is what they have to work with and are doing so. I also fully doubt this investigation is over or done, tied and wrapped up with a bow.

They are still at the landfill and still investigating. IMO. They continue working on it.

I seriously doubt that some results are even in yet.

The story CB told said baby K was 3 weeks premature, but I don't think it specifically said she was in the NICU
