I think I read about the sweet potato casserole in one place, and then later saw the text about the pecans in a different place. So it's easy to miss a few details here and there. Imo

That is for darned sure. In this case particularly but in another as well, I find when I go back and reread documents, I pick up something more each time. And if a lot of time has went on and one has some hindsight, it can really be worth it. I cannot face any docs today though. lol.

No kidding. What is wrong with her? She made good money then too. I have no sympathy whatsoever for her but she clearly needs to be diagnosed--there is something really wrong with her. I guess just because one can make good judgment calls maybe in a job does not mean they can in life... Wow.

I haven't heard anything about her work habits and how well she did her job, so I can't say if she made good/bad judgement calls while at work. Frankly, some of her personal ones stink, IMO.

You're right, something ain't right with her.

I only remember seeing the one text and some board discussion. I'll see if I can find the text (if no one else posts it first).

Thanks.

Now, I'm actually shocked that she stuck that out, earned a BSN, got her RN license, and then threw it away for PF.
She was also the president of her class in high school and in the National Honors Society. All things that indicate that she was a leader and well-liked.
Many think that the people who know her will support her no matter what her involvement, but I think there would be plenty who are now condemning her. Not everyone from the community can be without morals! There must be some who now feel she may not have been quite the wonderful person they thought she was. People don't just suddenly change. At least not to the extent that they are suddenly capable of being involved with a murder.
I think from now on she will be watching her back. Her life as she knew it is over. Imo

I suppose she could start a crime scene cleanup company. She does have some experience there. But all profits should go to Baby Girl.

I am unsure as well with judgment calls. I just know some of those that know her said not only was she a nurse but she was a really "good" nurse. Ha.

As to her personal choices? Oh yes. A lovely young woman dead. A child without her mother. Affected her own children. Her job. Her friends. Her relatives most likely. A felony record. Notoriety. A story that is so out there with bats, rods and coffee that just add to that notoriety. And all for what? A cowboy with a bad haircut who lives with mommy???? It is no mystery why we just cannot fathom it all.

Yes, I think she needs a thorough diagnosis.

I've tried to make out the timeline the afternoon of Thanksgiving day. It seems to me that he spent at least a couple hours there. That is at odds with my image of him coming in, getting down to business (ie, the 'candle game'), and killing KB.

It just doesn't seem to me that it should have taken a couple hours, and we know that he didn't really do any cleanup.

I would really like to know what PF told RS, because it seems obvious that he convinced RS almost immediately that he was going to be 'railroaded'. He and RS were at the bank establishing a 'timeline' and RS was keeping PF out of sight of the condo cameras at a time when no one officially knew KB was missing.

The business with the package pickup was really bizarre. CB is concerned because she can't contact KB. PF officially knows nothing. CB has asked PF to pick up the package. He is with RS. Why on earth would RS think PF needed to avoid any cameras at PF's fiancee's house when both PF and RS are there to pick up a package at the request of KB's mother?
I didn't catch that before, that the bank thing happened before anybody knew she was missing. That right there does not look good!

Maybe PF’s (likely feigned) illness the night before Thanksgiving let him provide doubt to KB about what the plans would be, based on how his stomach troubles were progressing Thanksgiving Day... :(
I think the object of his all night Thanksgiving eve escapade was to have an excuse for KB missing dinner. She was too exhausted to go to dinner, so he brought baby so she could rest. No one will check on her because she is sleeping.

KB texted PF about the pecans at 12:41 on 11/22, per search warrant 18-111 page 25.
Ok, thanks. So it must have been after she got home? I'm still confused about what time PF claimed to pick up the baby in the alley. According to him he ran into her there, and took the baby to Wal-Mart and the bank? Then went back to her house at around 1:30? Without the pecans I assume. Imo

Yeah, maybe that would earn her a few points. After she serves her time of course.

Great questions.

We do not know that they relate to the murder scene but the mop and bleach at ma's bother me. Do we truly know PF attempted no clean-up? He still had time and more than a day before KK could allegedly get there. Or did KK borrow a mop and bleach from ma?

The package bothers me as well. There was no reason at that time to avoid the home by PF. Yet they again are seen on the bank camera, this time with RS I would assume when doing their trip to the bank, no avoidance of that. Yet they avoid him picking up the package.

He had a reason, CB had asked him to pick up the package. Maybe she wanted him to bring it in or show he still had keys? Maybe he worried it was a set-up of some type? I would have to guess if one has committed a murder and has any common sense there has to be a bit of paranoia...

Just thoughts...
As for the twifer or cleaning products that have blood on them, including a little bit of blood that was on a sheet...PF was a rancher. Ranchers have sevetal options for pregnancy testing their herds. They can hire a veterinarian to ultrasound or physically palpate each cow---or you can draw blood and do it yourself... My point....there can be other reasons "something" may have blood on it.

Found it, College of Southern Idaho, ADN. The queen quest
You were right, she is an ADN not an RN. CSI doesn't have a BSN program, and that is where she went to school and graduated from.

More important is why did RS want PF not to be seen on camera if they THOUGHT she had run off. No one knew at that time KB was dead, but they knew, both of them did. I think that is what PF's phone info was indicating late on the night of 11/22 with PF's phone showing up at RS location.
Awesome post!
But what is this about phone location showing PF at RS late on November 22nd????

I picture them all sitting around the table discussing how to proceed. SF, RS and PF having a family chat about how to dispose of KB.

@MsBetsy
The Sweet potatoes and pecans text is on page 25 of this document: https://www.courts.state.co.us/userfiles/file/Court_Probation/04th_Judicial_District/Teller/caseofinterest/2018CR330/002/18-111 Search Warrant.pdf

Now that I look at it I think this was KB texting because of the timing.

12:41 "I bought some sweet potatoes in case you wanted sweet potato casserole but I forgot to get pecans so if you want some you should get some"

I believe that is the last text she ever sent.

MOO.
Yes, I'm wondering how long after the baby exchange (or before) did she send it, and why wouldn't she just have told him when she saw him, if they exchanged the baby when he said they did.

Ooh, you're good! Thanks! I wasn't sure and didn't want to assume one way or the other.

So she didn't throw away time spent in a 4-yr. BSN program, just her RN license. She's still a big dummy and she's not right IMO.

Or he planned on killing her that night, but for some reason didn't go through with it until later on in the day. Imo

Not sure why CC is retelling PF's lies on national TV, BIG mistake.

PF's actions on the day of baby K's birth gave DHS enough evidence to open a case against HIM. Sure we only have CB's repeating it, but a few of the nurses may be asked to testify, their testimony is not going to be third party, neither is the case number with all the information in it.

Curious if PF is gutsy enough to take this to trial, knowing the real him will be exposed.

Was CC the elected one to talk up PF and trash KB with nothing but PF's words to him third hand? Is he the favored because his initials match those of Cripple Creek? Lol but not.

I first thought of him as probably just some good hearted but somewhat backwards old school redneck. Not anymore. They don't go on Dateline. They would scoff at the thought.

He for some reason reminds me of Cliff Kleven on Cheers. You know, he has it on good authority that Kelsey was in rehab for alcohol.... He knows this because... And that because.... And is the authority on this because... And he looks the part as well.

Just my opinion. I dislike people who say nasty things about murdered victims with no real basis except the words of the arrested perp who murdered the victim...
