I’ve followed lots of cases over the years.

The star witnesses are almost always horrible people.

Murderers, rapists, proven liars.

Juries believe them if what they say is substantiated by evidence.

If the jury chooses to discount most of what KK has to say, fine.

There’s more than enough supporting evidence to bury him.

If the prosecution can put KK in Idaho, PF is done.

ETA: In the highly unlikely event that the prosecution cannot definitively put KK in Idaho, it doesn’t mean that PF walks.

We know he was there, we know he lied about being there, and we know that he left with Kelsey’s phone.

Those pieces won’t go anywhere.

I agree CCTV and phone pings alone would have nailed him, plus at some point the LE would of gone back to KB for a detailed luminol look see. We may not of had the gory details like KK provided and what was done with the body
( if it was burned) I am on the fence with that still, but KK allowed LE to arrest him before he absconded with babyK .

Going greusome here (daughter of a pathologist so unfortunately I don’t have the same feelings about dead bodies) not trying to be insensitive here...(also the tote/crate distinction bothers me) if her remains were in a tote I can’t imagine she was just zipped up in some bag whole. If so, rigor mortis sets in. KB was a tiny girl but over 100 pounds and not easy to carry no matter how strapping and deranged and strong PF was. KK is either lying or must have thought KBs body was in the bag. I don’t know. Maybe I’m a moron. Or she was dismembered and KK helped with that. It wouldn’t be the first case like that. I am absolutely positive that there is solid evidence that backs up her alibi.

MOO, but I’m almost certain that one of the released documents — either the AA, one of the SW’s, or one of the media’s Twitter streams — mentions that KKL’s trade for the Jetta took place in a supermarket parking lot. If so, there’s probably video evidence of her and M(?) exchanging vehicles. Or was that captured at the tail end of her return trip? If it’s from the front end of her trip there’s no way she could have been in WP on the 22nd. Not without a time machine.

Regardless, KKL was somewhere on Thanksgiving Day. And LE knows exactly where. She ate turkey with someone and there are likely many eyewitnesses to verify her whereabouts. If there aren’t there will be plenty of other evidence that reveals her location. Let’s not forget that even if you delete your Google Location history FB is still logging your location all the way. And the SW to FB asks specifically for that data amongst all the rest. The same for any number of other apps. And the VZW SW asks for all app downloads and Play Store activity along with everything else. Oh, they know EXACTLY where she was on Thanksgiving Day. And when.

She and the prosecution are damn lucky that 800 miles separated KK’s home in Idaho, and Woodland Park.

It cripples the defense in any effort to put her in WP, if they can verify her location over certain time periods.

A 12 hour drive is a 12 hour drive. Ish.

I'm glad it was you that brought it up as I've not been able to type those words (dismembered) but the forensic evidence found in the bathroom (???) are so disturbing for a tiny lady allegedly bludgeoned in her living room. MOO

Maybe did some laundry as well if his clothing is covered in blood that would take some time at least an hour or so.

I would think he placed his bloody clothes, in with the body inside the tote, showered and changed into another set of clothes.

I no longer think she was dismembered.

I think the evidence indicates that he took her body with him on the day he killed her.

He just didn’t have the time, and I don’t think it was necessary to removing her from the house in that tote.
