Show of hands...how many here have hazmat wear hanging in their closet right now?
Not Me, although I do have rubber gloves and face masks.
Country folks just use plastic bags and duct tape to cover their feet when needed. Hazmat suit? Hmmm that would be a no. I think she borrowed that from her workplace.

I don’t think that’s been revealed yet. BUT...

Twin Falls is about 12 hours from Woodland Park and we know KKL was in Woodland Park on the morning and the afternoon of the 24th when she sent the message to MG asking, falsely, to stay at her house that night. So the vehicle exchange surely took place on the 23rd and, logically, at the same Wal-Mart. It’s just not mentioned in the SW because that swap is less relevant than the return swap where the gun was found to be -1 round.

This again leads to the conclusion that KKL was in TF on the 22nd. Otherwise she’d need to have made that 12 hour run four times in four days. Ain’t no way. They have pings, they have at least one, and probably more, eyewitnesses, and they probably have video confirming this. Plus they probably have location data from the apps that, unlike Google Location, she likely failed to clear.

As for the minus one round, here’s my theory: PF wanted KKL “fully invested” in the events. As a matter of principle, she was required to put a round into KB’s body. Maybe on the hay bales so the hay could catch the spent bullet. This lead to a hole in the tote and something for the dogs to hit on. It also puts a scent on PF’s truck bed. (Which is additional unrevealed evidence in LE’s possession. I’m pretty sure we have not seen the returns on the search warrant for PF’s vehicles yet, only KB’s. If this is true, I expect KB has also admitted to that as well. But it can’t make her any more vile than she already is.)

All of the above is 100% MOO and my speculation entirely.

FWIW, I do not think that a tote would have to actually leak for there to be enough scent for a cadaver dog to pick up the smell. totes are not usually air tight and an untrained dog's sense of smell 10,000 to 100,000 times more sensitive than a human's

SW111 bottom of page 11 to top of page 12.

Dec 7 - Cpl Currin spoke to the homeowner at 251 E Lake Ave. (That's the unit across from KB's door, at lower elevation and offset, 251 door also on side.) Neighbor has the free Arlo 7-day system. Cpl Currin states there was no video before 11/29. He reviewed her video, saw the package delivery 12/1 at 1520, and the elderly man (now we know it was RS) on 12/3 at 0801.

This statement in the SW begs the question where did they get the images of PF on 11/22:

- PF at KB' door with KB, baby & flowers approximately 1PM
- PF entering 1:24 per AA (1:36 per Prelim testimony)
- PF at KB residence 3:36

A poster, I don't remember who, tried to suggest another camera may exist across the alley or across the street.
Someone in another thread stated-- if you were to walk out KB's door and look to the right you would see a house across the street. This is the house with video. The night they took put pieces out of. KB's house---there were pics. All from that same house.

So tote is like oversized beer cooler/rubber box? Makes more sens. May the discoloration on the hay was manure?
IMO it was the difference in the temp of the contents of the tote - decomposition . IMO the tote was warmer than the hay and the air temp and it formed condensation between the two, plus the weight of the tote plus the 100 lb + contents would make a discoloration between the two.

What caused the dog to hit the discolored area?

There would still be enough of a scent emitted from the plastic tote, as even with a lid they are not air tight.

That sent would stay absorbed into the hay long after the tote was removed imo

It takes very little scent for a cadaver dog to hit on. Moo

Yes it was from the hospital she said and she brought them home to paint, along with hair nets, gloves etc. Not sure I buy that story. Maybe the cover up outfit, but I don't know a woman who would put her hair up in an hairnet to paint, its just not attractive. I would rather get some paint in my hair...

I am no expert but a few weeks ago someone on here responded who seemed to know to this kind of speculation that by the time they were on to KK, etc. and had PF's phone and had any hint of burners that this window was lost. It might explain the lack of warrants regarding other numbers. Or no returns. Not sure which is true. I also do not know how they would get burner to burner numbers if never provided and disposed of nor ever used to call any other number. They stated that the window of time was too late for a cell tower dump. I do not remember who it was. So just offering what I read, I cannot say whether it is fact. jmo.

In my experience with "burner" phones, which is both TracFone phones and an iPhone using TracFone service, which is what I've used for 17 years (because I'm thrifty, not a criminal), I've had to register them either online or using a home landline, even when buying just a small number of minutes. I don't believe you could / can register from a pay phone. So, I think if someone (using a TracFone) was a person of interest, LE would be able to find out if s/he had a TracFone account and the number of the phone through the computer or landline that was used to activate it. I suppose there are ways to activate a "burner" anonymously. However, I hope I don't ever need to find out. MOO.

I wonder if it has been established where KK stayed at night while in Colorado? At the Franch? At a motel? I suspect she stayed at the ranch.
Also, how could she see any discoloration on the hay if the tote was placed so high up PF had to use a loader to place it up there? Maybe they used the ladder to get the tote down and she saw discolored hay then? If the tote was leaking, the truck bed was likely tested. As others have stated, discolored hay might only mean it was on the "bad hay" stack the tote was placed.
That KK could get her happy meal at Sonic after cleaning up the crime scene points to her own level of depravity.
Only my musings, MOO and etc..
Did KK speak of the discoloration? I am thinking this was stated by LE when describing the hits by cadaver dogs .

And if you forget it until the next day it has a very bad aroma.

Girl's got a whole lot of hair. I picture one of those giant elasticized things operating room nurses use rather than a hair "net" like those worn by people in food service.

I find it intriguing that such a small, country town has two signature songs. I wonder if it has enough hotel rooms for all of the media who will swarm down for the trial, if, indeed, they are going to
Nothing crazy about it. The facts or facts along with the "lack of them" lend to it. To me on 11/22 there is someone else involved... Whether that is at the house, watching the baby in the truck, handing her off, helping with KB, etc.

I think he is evil enough to have the baby in that house while he did this but hmm, she is in a playpen at one year old, he beats, puts her mother in a tote, showers, changes, uses baby wipes to try to clean up, then hauls the tote AND the baby to the truck (by the way he gets no blood on him hauling the tote...??? Okay, so I guess he could have showered and changed after but then that means he put the tote in the truck and left it unwatched while he showered and changed. So either she went into the tote immediately and perfectly and no blood was gotten on him by the tote when hauling it? Or no blood after. Then runs to ma's for dinner with the baby and the body and so far as we know to date, totally clean? Neither seen on video, him with the baby or the tote nor both leaving the home... Along with the bat, clothing, etc. Give me a break! And a jury is to buy this?? Did he shower the tote off after stuffing poor KB in it? I mean blood went all over the home so I am sure when he put her in it it must have as well... No expert but I just do not buy it--I sure hope they have answers to all of these things...

I don't know about a playpen as much but my children were climbing out of their cribs at one year old. a playpen they probably would have tried to just dive over the mesh side and if it is a combo like/crib playpen, no problem. KK had just received a baby gate from a neighbor so this baby was getting around. If he had her out and about well that is another bunch of questions...

I have my suspicions of who was with the baby... She cannot place herself there or the deal may be off. There were negotiations and I would be sure the good side would have had conditions as well--as in as long as you were not the murderer nor present, the deal will stand. I mean for those sticking up for the deal, the prosecution and agencies are smart too right? Would they have not put conditions in as well? Just as she and her attorney did?

jmo and speculation. these are all questions i would have as a juror.
PF bought baby formula at Walmart, LE took a baby bottle nipple for DNA testing, that points to her still taking a bottle. IMO if she was in the condo as KK says PF tells her then it is possible he put her in the playpen with a bottle and she took a nap .

If the bat and the candle scent test are true, I believe KK gave him the idea of blindfolding KB and ask her to play this sick game. Somehow I don't believe this wacko, psycho of a man thought up that scenario. I hope she has told LE some lies making her sweet deal vanish. I wish for her and him to never see the light of day!

You can wash and dry clothes in a 2 hour time period.
He most likely had a change of clothes at KB, and since the majority of his clothes are grey t- shirts and jeans no one would notice. Why would he wash his clothes when you have a bloodbath in the condo? ( if that is true) I am thinking he gathered up all his stuff in her condo to carrry out his theory they had broken up. I do wonder if he took his shoes off and set them in the room with baby K. Then maybe not as KK stated there were bloody foot prints throughout he condo. If she stated footprints instead of boot prints that would answer that question. I just get the eerie feeling he put Baby K down and was having a romantic moment with Kelsey, removing her sweater for her and then said oh wait I want to try something, leave your sweater over your head, then he went for the bat that was nearby and just started pounding

I'll say one thing I think we can probably all agree on:

Boy what I wouldn't give to have been a fly on the wall when KK and her lawyer met with investigators and investigators laid out all the evidence they had of her and PF relationship and the pings from her and KB's phones....MOO
I bet the tears were rolling, lots of snubbing. All this after her eyes bugged out and her mouth fell open.

I'll go you one better - I'd like to have been a fly on the wall when PF found out what KK told LE - and the deal she got.
Those wrinkles on his forehead spread clear to his hairline I bet. I wish a fly named Marie Laveau would having been screaming - Another Man Done Gone !!!!

That is gruesome, but makes sense in terms of trying to make it harder to ID a body.

Would make sense that one tooth flew when he yanked them out.

I hope he didn’t do that to poor KB, but we can’t rule anything out.

Especially if they confirm the teeth found at the ranchette are KB’s.
If he did everything he told KK he did plus pull KB's teeth out , then he needs his teeth pulled out while conscience and then burned at the stake.MOO

Well KK mentioned he had to push the forks on the tractor in to accommodate the tote, he could of tried lifting it with them in the wrong place, got the tote in a bind maybe even dropped it and that would of possibly cracked it , being black the crack would have gone unnoticed.
