I ask myself, how is a person able to be in such murderous rage, if this person hours/even minutes before the violent act communicated well with his victim, about something to eat for example. One can't conserve a rage until the time for murder is finally given, because the circumstances just fit - I think. Though a lot of rage would be the prerequisite for a gruesome murder with a baseball bat, IMO.

I would go with they were arguing somewhat and not smelling candles. KB may have asked him about fixing his fav casserole trying to smooth his mood. I also cannot process how you go from 0-100 in just a split second. I do not think he told KK the exact truth or anything close to it , moments before he murdered KB. They may have gotten into a physical fight and he was beating the hell out of her and then finished it with the bat. That would make more sense there being blood everywhere. IMO PF would not reveal to KK he was an abuser.

It can't be (I think), that his rage came out of a sudden and had to do with something, PF and KB talked about at noon. After all, PF had asked KKL already, what she would be doing on TG. So, his "rage" was planned to unload on TG.
If PF did the beating without "rage", he is more a monster than possible at all, IMO. A sadist to the power of ten. MOO

What thread and who is JS?
The Jussie Smollett case.

Many of us here on KB's thread have expressed relief and appreciation for the fact that KB's case is being prosecuted by a DA of integrity, Dan May, as opposed to the likes of the prosecutor in that other case.

I'm confident that in KB's case, at the end of the day, when the verdict is read out in court, PF will stand mute and it will be Lady Justice who gets the last word: "GUILTY!"

Miscarriage of justice because of privilege is a crime in and of itself. I do not think we will see that here concerning PF.
Mods encourage scroll n roll if there is bickering going on, I do appreciate that the mods put a end to it quickly.

Yeah, I figured that out. If anyone here is defending that lying, manipulating fraud, they need their head examined.

Glad you're back!
We're all waiting patiently as we anticipate a positive result from the landfill search.
April 5th can't come soon enough.

We can all keep each other sane until then.

JMO.
Thank you Gordian. I love reading your posts and being here where we all want the same thing: PF put away for life. I am hoping the 5th will be televised.

That’s it....more a monster than possible.

BBM:

I agree that this was calculated rage.
I think PF hated KB.

I also think PF gets off on exerting physical control and dominance over others, likely d/t to his inability to demonstrate any mastery over other aspects of his life.
Inflicting pain and suffering would be one way for PF to feel like he had power and control in a situation.

Killing would be another.

Brute force was the one, single advantage PF had over KB.
He used it.

When he called KK and stated, "You have a mess to clean up," I suspect he was bragging.
I don't think he experienced any feelings of regret, guilt, remorse, revulsion, etc., either during or after the murder.
Quite the opposite, in fact.
I think he felt pretty good about himself.

After the total surprise at the "KK-spilled-it" hearing, maybe we're in for another and PF will plead guilty.

One tiny find in that landfill and even he will believe he's a done deal.

We're two out of three now that Watts and Patterson are pretty much tucked away for life.

Hallelujah!

Any word yet? I just feel they will find her remains there at some point and I would sure like for it to be before the 5th.

I don’t think we’re going to be that lucky here.

The evidence is incredibly strong, but PF is a man with nothing to lose.

Watts likely did it to save face, and perhaps because of fear of the death penalty (even though any fear was misguided).

They had Patterson dead to rights, to include a living victim, and confession.

PF is most likely looking at life in prison, or life in prison.

Unless the DA does something surprising, there isn’t an incentive to deal.

He lawyered up early, kept his mouth shut, and seems like the fighting type.

Atleast at trial, he won’t have a baseball bat.

The prosecution sure will though.
