I’ve said this before, but I think it’s pretty clear:

Remove KK from this, Kelsey is dead.

Remove PF from this, Kelsey is alive.

He drove this plot, he had the motive, and that’s why he swung the bat.

KK was merely a willing participant.

BBM:

Perfectly expressed, MG!

I liken this post to a brilliantly cut diamond: it is a thing of sheer beauty.

We need to forward this to DA Dan, because he needs to say these exact words to the jury.

JMO.

BBM:

Great post!

PF had no genuine feelings or attachment to KK whatsoever. None. Nada. Zero. Zilch. Zippo.
He just needed a side piece who could put plenty of elbow grease into her scrubbing duties.
Reminds me of that Neil Young song: "A Man Needs A Maid."

Knowing what we know about KK's character, which is to say, her total, utter lack of character, if ever a woman deserved to be so completely used and disrespected by a man, it is KK.

PF treated KK exactly the way she deserved to be treated.
That is some sort of justice.
More than she'll ever see meted out by the court.
Gotta' love the irony.

The only "ever-after" scenario PF wanted was with Ma F. at the ranch.
Instead, he's about to enjoy a real-life "happily-never-after" ending in the hoosegow.

"Way to go, Slick."
What a moron.

JMO.
Amen. And just when I stop thinking about the hoosegow, you bring it up again, GK! But which is it...hoosegau or hoosegow?

Let's say the two got away with the murder. Would PF have the guts to dump KK afterwards? How often do partners in a serious crime separate? Wouldn't he prefer to keep her close and their secret contained?
That happens quite often.

They do separate, and that’s exactly what law enforcement waits for.

Recently, Denise Williams was sentenced to life in prison, for conspiring with her lover Brian Winchester to murder her husband.

They married 5 years after the murder.

In 2016, with their marriage on the rocks, Winchester kidnapped his wife at gunpoint.

She ran to the police, and Winchester was convicted of kidnapping.

He decided at that point, that he was going to spill the beans.

He got 20 years, she got life.

It's "hooseGOW." Apologies for the prior misspelling!

Yes, people like PF find a way of sniffing out willing participants who do terrible things for love.

He must have been so furious that he was unable to fire KK into enough of a rage to wild the bat herself and had to settle for a maid.

I prefer the more exotic "hoosegau"!! Or the Cajun "Hoosegeaux".

And check out my "wild" the bat. Yikes!

Is there any kind of update on how the search at the landfill is going?? I have renewed faith that they may find something, anything.

I was reading my personal FB page a bit ago and a friend of mine from OH posted a link that they found the body of Amber Evans. My friend apparently knew AE. I had never heard of her or her disappearance. I did find a link here on WS to her case. She had been missing since January and was found yesterday in a river. It gave me renewed hope for KB (AM and all others who are missing).

It is heartbreaking how many fall to the hands of those who supposedly loved them.

Hoping now that spring has sprung, there will be something, anything found re: KB.

It is so heartbreaking. Amber and Kelsey were such GOOD people. We need them in this world. And yet....here we are. SMDH.

All quiet on that front.

I don’t expect any word until they either find something, or the search ends.

If they do find something, it’s possible that it will take a while until they announce it, as it would likely require testing.

ITA ..... although after reading through the AE thread just now, there was a “ domestic dispute” with her boyfriend hours before (apparently they broke up)... suicide may be a possibility. So sad, we just lost two kids to suicide this week where I live due to survivors guilt after the mass shooting we had last year at MSD High. Heartbreaking.

But as I mentioned, it does renew my faith and hope, remains of KB may be found. The more time that goes on can make you feel defeated as far as hope goes... but then you read/hear something where someone was found months later.....

Fingers crossed.

Of course he would! Right off the edge of one of the beautiful mountains out there.

Oh, yes. That former boss would have been the guy that cared for the Cripple Creek donkeys.
Can you link that CC was a employer of KK in the past? I do not remember her being connected to CC.TIA

Yes, GK, there is hope and there is some measure of justice already.

As a mother I believe that, given a list of possible outcomes, Kelsey would have chosen her baby quickly getting into CB's arms over all the punishment in the world for PF.

As angry as I get about PF, KK, Mama and all those losers who failed to save Kelsey, I'm ever so thankful that there were fine, hard-working people in law enforcement and the DA's office who made the deals they had to make to get that sweet baby where she needed to be.

I believe they'll also exhaust all efforts to bring Kelsey's remains to her mother.

Some excellent posts here.... so easy to become discouraged, but there's ALWAYS hope, and baby K is safe where she should be !!!
Thanks, everyone.

‘Forget about us being here’: Accused killer Patrick Frazee grilled bank teller about ATM withdrawals, surveillance video during first days of Kelsey Berreth’s disappearance
[...]

Search warrants released earlier this month by the 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, related to the murder investigation, reference an interview with a bank teller who reportedly encountered Frazee and an unidentified man on December 5. According to the account presented in the search warrants, Frazee asked for a “timeline” of his bank transactions from November 22, the last day Berreth was seen alive. The teller, from a Woodland Park ENT Bank branch, told investigators that Frazee was seen on ATM surveillance video for six minutes beginning at 12:44 p.m. that day, when he made three deposits and one withdrawal. Frazee reportedly asked the teller if a baby and a baby seat, presumably in Frazee’s truck, were visible in the surveillance video. The teller reportedly told him that the baby and the carrier were captured.

The bank teller, who reported the encounter with Frazee and the unknown man on December 6, told investigators that the man said at one point during the interaction: “Well, you might as well let her know it is about the missing person.” When the two men left, the unidentified male reportedly said, “forget about us being here.”

Obviously, the writer of this article failed to read through the information released by the court.
Ha. Fricken Chris Spargo made his way in there.

In case I haven’t already made it clear, I am not a fan.

I’m thinking about starting a crowdfunding campaign to send him and Nick Van der Leek to a deserted island.

I thought it had the ring of your pal, Spargo's prose, MG.

Send them on a Norwegian cruise. I know where you can get one cheap.
