PF hat, boots, shoelaces

Swabs from door knobs

KB panties( remember the cadaver dogs hit on them ) could be menstral blood)

Blood on Cleaning bottles

Cinnamon roles
Yes, I like shoelaces! Never crossed my mind. I also wonder what PF did with all HIS bloody clothes and shoes. Someone upthread mentioned it looked like he was wearing sneakers in the Walmart video. KK doesn't mention packing them up or bloody clothes, just curtains, pillows, stuffed animal, etc. I wonder if he kept them for the "bonfire" or if he already dumped them somewhere? Is there a video of him throwing something in a dumpster locally on the 22nd or 23rd? Hmmmm.

I always believed PF threw his bloody clothing, items in with KB's body in whatever he used to transport her. I don't think he'd trust those things out of his sight, let alone depend on KK to dispose of them.

Re PF pleading guilty -- I can't see it, ever. He's too conceited, and still thinks he's smarter than all of them -- probably based on hiding (or destroying) her body and the incompetence of LE not being able to find it or any trace of her body.

He's so much smarter than all of them, ya know; he's probably already planning what he will do after he is judged NG by a jury as ignorant as LE and the prosecutor's office. To say noting of his opinion of what ever judge sits on the bench. I'm already seeing him smirk at the defense table. Up until the last day of the guilt trial.

Good point that sometimes a lack of phone activity will also tell us a story. So if both KK and PFs phones go silent for a few hours that day/time she arrived it would imply they may be together at a secret meeting place.

When I have more time I want to share some theories about KK's deal with LE. The main one I have is I think LE got duped a little bit by not realizing her level of involvement.

I've been researching how these sorts of deals are made and one thing that typically happens is the defendent does not spill their information until the deal is signed in ink. That is their big bargaining chip and so they dont give LE much of anything until the ink is dry with signatures.

I think what happened is mainly a couple things.

LE solely needs KK to help convict PF. That was their goal in using her for the deal so they asked her 1 important question before making the deal and before hearing all her "stories".

"Did you kill KB?"
Answer from KK "No"

Once LE heard that she did not kill KB then they felt confident they can make a deal because she was not the murderer. They would even have that in the wording that if LE finds out she did kill KB then the deal is off.

But what happened after the ink was signed is when the details came out about how much support she gave PF and helping clean up the crime scene, I think LE was about as floored as we were.

It doesnt change much for LE except to make them look really bad that they gave her such a good deal. But LE still gets what they need from KK. Someone to help put him away and they also got information that filled in a lot of the blanks.

Anyway thats my main theory on it.
I could be wrong but this would explain a lot to me of how things went down.

I think LE will unfortunately let KK slide if they find out on smaller lies. I think the contract is mainly on the big stuff. Like if she did actually have a hand in the killing part. That would be a deal breaker for sure. But some of the falsehoods I think LE will unfortunately let her slide because they still want what is owed to them from her. And that is to get up on that stand and point her finger at PF and say to the jury "Yup thats him". :)
I'm not sure lack of phone activity for certain periods is anything anyone can hang their hats on.

These two were all about some burner phones and they could have communicated on those at any time.

She used burners, but as far as I am aware, PF continued to use his personal phone.

This was another massive mistake on his part, as the burner communication would show up on his phone bill.

Of course, KK would have provided law enforcement with clarity on this.

Actually, there was an interesting case in Eastern Montana, solved because the killer thought that he would "outsmart" the cell phone tracking and records by leaving his cell phone at home when he killed and buried his GF. The case proved his guilt on the fact that it was basically the only 12 hour time frame that he had NOT checked his cell phone in five years.

I don't remember the case, but it was really interesting how he thought he "outsmarted" the cell phone tracking! Nope!

I'm sure I'm not the first (nor the last) to say it but perhaps the steel rod has KK's touch DNA on it.

If found at the ranchette and perhaps having PF and/or SF's fingerprints or DNA as well, it supports KK's story.

MOO

What ever happened to that rod? Has it been located?

Looking through the list of items that could be tested for DNA, pretty much every one of them would support KK’s witness statement. That’s why I wanted to list them, to see what fit and what didn’t.

About the only thing that would not support her story would be finding that rod, or the bat, or any weapon, with both KK’s DNA and KB’s blood on it. Not likely.

PF is toast.

KK left the rod at the gate of the ranchette after she bailed on the plan, right, MG?

Yup. She left it at the gate.

The prosecution believed that Sheila could shed light on that.

From Sam:

Quick, before recess. May says Sheila Frazee recovered a steal rod that will tie to more details about solicitation, witnessed the destruction of evidence by way of fire & burning. He’s pleading his case again for her testimony @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #ParrickFrazee #KrystalKenney

I thought I had read that about Mama Frazee but there are days when the facts all turn into black plastic balls in my brain (but they're DNA-filled balls!).

Thanks to all of you who can remember this stuff.

Thanks, Hatfield. I've been thinking the same kinds of things about SF and her relationship to her son, KB and Baby K.

I'm no psychologist and I wouldn't go so far as to say their situation reminds me of Norman Bates and his mother, but I do not think SF was going to tolerate any permanent woman in PF's life. She was not going to tolerate PF moving from the ranch, and she wasn't going to share the rule of her domain with any other woman.

But she would welcome a darling little baby girl with no strings (mother, money) attached.

One of the many things I've wondered about: the steel rod. I particularly wonder about that because it was one of the things the DA specifically wanted to ask SF about.

We don't know much about that rod at this point - other than once again, KK is our primary source. I thought she picked up and returned the rod to the gate. I can understand that perhaps SF came home, saw it and wondered how it got there.

But if that happened, who gave that information to LE? Certainly not PF or SF. Could PF have told KK that SF found the rod and asked about it?
As I recall, SF had to hand the rod over to the CBI/FBI.
That Caught my attention as to why would SF be the rod guardian.

Seriously, did KB really leave his stomach medicine at the gate? I hadn't seen that but I did miss a couple of threads around that time.

WTH kind of man has his gf baby momma with the baby, drive all the way to get his medicine and drive it back to him and leave it at the gate like a servant???? Gawd, this for some reason has just sent me over the edge! What an egomaniac, selfish, narcissistic a hole to have her out so late on TG eve with their little baby.

Poor KB, did she not see the real PF or was she hoping and wishing that things would work out because of baby K? I think she may have been determined to make it work because she had moved away from family, found her 'dream' job, and had a beautiful baby daughter. She seems like the type of person who would have given a relationship 150% and unfortunately PF took all 150% and gave 0% in return IMO. :(
We don't know if KB took him his meds in person or just left them on the porch, gate or in a tote.

This is OT and involves DNA in rape cases, but since we all are interested in evidentiary changes and the new things that come along, I thought y'all might want to read it and tuck it somewhere into your investigative tool boxes. Believe me, it can only help in the backlog of thousands of unexamined rape kits in the future and another good advancement in the forensic world.

Kentucky to become first state to use rapid DNA tests for rape kits, getting results faster

**Moderators, if this would be better moved to another area, feel free.

This sort of information has been used in the Karen Ristevski case as well. Borce turned his cell phone off during the time he was dumping Karen's body. He then returned and turned his cell on. When strange things fit the timing. I think it certainly points to guilt.

Flesh or brain matter
IMO, it's backspatter in KB's gun that they retrieved from the friend KK gave it to.
Time will tell...
If so, then KK lied about the cause of death, or did she?
Would she have given the murder weapon to a friend?
Damn straight! If she has a rock solid alibi, PF is doing LIFE! MOO

Had it been rather the henhouse, where the rod was found by SF?
(I read it here on the thread, no official source. Btw: I wondered , because I never had noticed it before.)

I'm also thinking, it's something in connection with one of the guns, a swab inside or outside of them. If the object was found in ID (not CO), it would make the most sense, IMO. Guns and knife handles are always mentioned re consumptive testing.

Kind of like turning off Google location before and after and around... :)

Here’s what PF should be planning:

Chasing other inmates around the prison yard, like his dogs.
Prison guards whistling at him, “Up, Down, Stay”.
“We Sure like this little b*tch”.

Welcome to your new life, Mr Frazee. You are just a number now - inmate #2018001543.
