The only victims in this- Kelsey, first and foremost, her daughter, Kelsey's family, and KK's children. I can't even imagine what KK's children suffer through every day, since she was caught by LE. I'll tell you this much- if my mother (or father) even partook in such a crime, I'd move as far away as possible and change my name. I'd be scared to death of her. That woman is psycho, too.
KK's second worst day....Oh, no! HazMat suit is at the cleaners & they're closed for the T'Giving week-end.KK’s worst day:

Noooo, because we don't talk about that!Did we ever find out whether she was "with child" then?
There you go. A bit of a contradiction, right? I'd have to guess DA Dan May got it right, or at least I hope soIs the decision whether to pursue the death penalty due 90 days or 9 weeks after PF arraignment?
These articles state 2 different timeframes. So, is the decision due by July 26 or by Aug 22?
“Patrick Frazee entered the plea Friday in the death of 29-year-old Kelsey Berreth, starting the clock on the 90-day deadline under Colorado law.”
The Latest: 90 days for death penalty decision for Frazee
“Death penalty decisions aren’t made until after arraignment by law in Colorado,” May said. “Once the defendant enters a not guilty plea we have nine weeks to decide whether this is a death penalty case or not.”

Noooo, because we don't talk about that!![]()
But, I recall someone commented that by the time PF goes to trial she'll be rocking her grand baby in front of the television
![]()
Hey Chili,I admit it, it was I. I couldn't help myself with the KK/grandbaby remark, I get quite frustrated with how slow the system is sometimes--well to be honest, most of the time... But it is what it is and we want no cause for appeal. This case is particularly slow.
I am sure my frustration is made quite clear by my occasional routine vent every so many weeks about same
All good for awhile now lol
Most likely anyhow...
For some reason a lullaby just popped into my head.(The thought of KK with a baby in her arms scares me for the child quite honestly, whether a grandbaby or otherwise
)
At least one half of the PF/KK duo sits in the slammer during the slow as molasses process... The other walks free though amongst people--frightening to say the least. Sorry to say I do not consider that protecting the public, she from all accounts based on what we know, is a total nut job... The only one that compares for me with her driving through how many states incognito in other vehicles, with burner phones, etc. and on a mission to kill the competition is the one that wore a diaper...
Rock on. Rock-a-bye. Rock and roll. Rock out.![]()
Hey Chili,
There’s another case right now on WS, the Dulos case in CT. Another raving mad idiot woman who helped her man disappear his wife and mother of his five children, or maybe did the deed herself. Anyway, the husband and his lover drove around for miles throwing bloodied clothes and items in trash cans. Cameras picked them up. Both of them together. This man and his lover are both quite wealthy. I’m anxious to see if she gets a sweetie of a deal there in CT too or if maybe the DA will have a stronger spine.
Justice for Kelsey.
KK reminds me of the lady in the board game CLUE!
1. KK drove 1300 miles to serve up Kelsey some poison drugged coffee. She delivered it but says it really was not drugged, I think she is a liar, I think it was drugged and Kelsey tossed it.
2. KK drove 1300 miles to whack Kelsey with a steel pipe to kill her , as she is getting out of her vehicle a dog barks and scares her. A dog bark scares KK , the thought of Kelsey dying violently does not.
3. KK drove 1300 miles to kill Kelsey with a baseball bat.
Drove into her driveway and changed her mind, KK met Kelsey on the road to the Frazee Ranch. Third times a charm we will never know why she did not wait for Kelsey that day. I doubt seriously conscience played a part in her decision.
KK is a certain kind of evil I cannot understand. No matter how many scenarios I think of , none justifies her actions of driving 1300 miles to kill a young Mother she did not even know 3 times. 3 times 3 times 3 times.......
Her final performance was prancing around the ranch like a show pony, leading FBI, CBI, LE to points of interest. Did she wear her rodeo queen banner? We will have to wait for the video footage. True , she delivered PF to LE for that we are thankful.
KK is her own kind of evil. IMO she will never be remorseful for the things she has done that contributed to Kelsey's death. She will emerge from prison ( if she serves any time) a bigger and better bad a-- B---- !
That is a scary thought.
Anybody for a game of Clue?
Agreed. The only victims in this- Kelsey, first and foremost, her daughter, Kelsey's family, and KK's children. Hi. I am wondering what we will find out on the 14th. Will that consumptive test have been completed? Will the results be leaked?
It seems no one has anything new to offer.
Would love to see some justice for KB.
I hope KK does not have custody!Agreed.
KK's children need to be very careful around their mother.
Or they could wind up like Kelsey.
Just the thought of that frightens me. I hope her ex booted her butt out of the house and changed the locks and got a heavy duty security system. If I were him, I'd be hiring a lawyer to keep her away from their children.I hope KK does not have custody!

I am ready for some action in this case.Patrick Frazee scheduled for hearings on child custody and evidence in murder case
SABBM:
WOODLAND PARK – Accused murderer Patrick Frazee is expected in court twice this week as his attorneys manage both the child custody case involving the daughter from his relationship with Kelsey Berreth, and discuss the use of evidence that would be destroyed in testing requested by prosecutors.
The custody hearing will take place in a Cripple Creek courtroom on Thursday.
Then on Friday, there’s the hearing on consumptive evidence testing, tests that would destroy an entire sample. As part of our coverage on the case, News5 asked Mark Pfoff, a former detective in the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office who worked on more than 50 homicide investigations, what that testing means.
“You’re usually looking at some form of body fluids, whether it’s blood or saliva or something like that,” Pfoff said.
