my fav also
I reckon this pic would traumatize her more than anything else going on!!

KK’s worst day:
Drive thru window at Sonic CLOSED

The only victims in this- Kelsey, first and foremost, her daughter, Kelsey's family, and KK's children. I can't even imagine what KK's children suffer through every day, since she was caught by LE. I'll tell you this much- if my mother (or father) even partook in such a crime, I'd move as far away as possible and change my name. I'd be scared to death of her. That woman is psycho, too.

Her children are without a doubt victims. I hope there is some influence in their lives that is not hers or anyone who has enabled or continues to enable her, whether family, ex, etc. Baby Berreth is out of Cripple Creek/Florissant, thank God. Imo.

ETA: The children in both cases I hope have someone other than these two or their cohorts or who are just plain clueless to the ways of these two in their lives to raise them.

ETA: I had better clarify--meaning if anyone would even think about putting Baby K with a Frazee relation. If KK and PF ever have one, wow, not sure about the influence and where that child could end up...

KK's second worst day....Oh, no! HazMat suit is at the cleaners & they're closed for the T'Giving week-end.

Did we ever find out whether she was "with child" then?
Noooo, because we don't talk about that! ;) But, I recall someone commented that by the time PF goes to trial she'll be rocking her grand baby in front of the television :p:D

Is the decision whether to pursue the death penalty due 90 days or 9 weeks after PF arraignment?
These articles state 2 different timeframes. So, is the decision due by July 26 or by Aug 22?

“Patrick Frazee entered the plea Friday in the death of 29-year-old Kelsey Berreth, starting the clock on the 90-day deadline under Colorado law.”
The Latest: 90 days for death penalty decision for Frazee

“Death penalty decisions aren’t made until after arraignment by law in Colorado,” May said. “Once the defendant enters a not guilty plea we have nine weeks to decide whether this is a death penalty case or not.”

There you go. A bit of a contradiction, right? I'd have to guess DA Dan May got it right, or at least I hope so :)

I admit it, it was I. I couldn't help myself with the KK/grandbaby remark, I get quite frustrated with how slow the system is sometimes--well to be honest, most of the time... But it is what it is and we want no cause for appeal. This case is particularly slow.

I am sure my frustration is made quite clear by my occasional routine vent every so many weeks about same :D

All good for awhile now lol

Most likely anyhow... ;)

For some reason a lullaby just popped into my head. :) (The thought of KK with a baby in her arms scares me for the child quite honestly, whether a grandbaby or otherwise )

At least one half of the PF/KK duo sits in the slammer during the slow as molasses process... The other walks free though amongst people--frightening to say the least. Sorry to say I do not consider that protecting the public, she from all accounts based on what we know, is a total nut job... The only one that compares for me with her driving through how many states incognito in other vehicles, with burner phones, etc. and on a mission to kill the competition is the one that wore a diaper...

Rock on. Rock-a-bye. Rock and roll. Rock out. :D

Hey Chili,
There’s another case right now on WS, the Dulos case in CT. Another raving mad idiot woman who helped her man disappear his wife and mother of his five children, or maybe did the deed herself. Anyway, the husband and his lover drove around for miles throwing bloodied clothes and items in trash cans. Cameras picked them up. Both of them together. This man and his lover are both quite wealthy. I’m anxious to see if she gets a sweetie of a deal there in CT too or if maybe the DA will have a stronger spine.

I saw the headline for that case but know no details. I will have to look at it. I cannot take another child case right now. Yes, cases and deals sure vary, I try to understand it. I have seen like 19 year olds go away, when making a deal and turning on another, and they give them little to no break like when they go with a buddy for a theft and the buddy ends up murdering someone and they had no clue it was to be anything but theft, or they are the driver. And they get major years, decades even or longer. They are treated just like the murderer. And then there is KK...

Perhaps though it depends if you have access to a big gun attorney, resources, someone to call, time to get rid of evidence, etc. Or by state can vary I guess. Yet she crossed state lines with evidence by her own admission? I have started looking at deals in various cases when I have had time because I don't understand it, they had time, murder has no statute of limitations but I guess if evidence has disappeared you deal with the very devil who helped dispose of it...

For sure am no expert but I can even think of how many charges by her own admission that were "let go" for a bare slap--no, I guess I mean tap--of her hand.

Frustrating for sure.

Jmo.

Justice for Kelsey.

KK reminds me of the lady in the board game CLUE!

1. KK drove 1300 miles to serve up Kelsey some poison drugged coffee. She delivered it but says it really was not drugged, I think she is a liar, I think it was drugged and Kelsey tossed it.

2. KK drove 1300 miles to whack Kelsey with a steel pipe to kill her , as she is getting out of her vehicle a dog barks and scares her. A dog bark scares KK , the thought of Kelsey dying violently does not.

3. KK drove 1300 miles to kill Kelsey with a baseball bat.
Drove into her driveway and changed her mind, KK met Kelsey on the road to the Frazee Ranch. Third times a charm we will never know why she did not wait for Kelsey that day. I doubt seriously conscience played a part in her decision.

KK is a certain kind of evil I cannot understand. No matter how many scenarios I think of , none justifies her actions of driving 1300 miles to kill a young Mother she did not even know 3 times. 3 times 3 times 3 times.......
Her final performance was prancing around the ranch like a show pony, leading FBI, CBI, LE to points of interest. Did she wear her rodeo queen banner? We will have to wait for the video footage. True , she delivered PF to LE for that we are thankful.

KK is her own kind of evil. IMO she will never be remorseful for the things she has done that contributed to Kelsey's death. She will emerge from prison ( if she serves any time) a bigger and better bad a-- B---- !
That is a scary thought.

Anybody for a game of Clue?

Great post.

Love the game and have not played it in some time. I miss Colonel Mustard and Professor Plum. Was there a candlestick as well? And a library??

Agree with everything you have said. Although if she goes to prison at all, which I have doubts about, not sure if she will emerge bigger and badder, she may meet some that can give Ms. Lack of Any Conscience or Decency a run for her money and maybe even instill a bit of fear in her... I can dream anyhow... I seriously doubt she is going there nor do I think most have any belief she will go there.

This fact will always be a fact, she could have stopped this, reported it and saved KB and left her baby with a mama. She had no desire to do so, she wanted this, maybe even sickly needed this.

Warped is the word that comes to mind. The nicest one anyhow...

Hi. I am wondering what we will find out on the 14th. Will that consumptive test have been completed? Will the results be leaked?
It seems no one has anything new to offer.

Would love to see some justice for KB.

Agreed.
KK's children need to be very careful around their mother.
Or they could wind up like Kelsey.

Just a guess but if and when it is ever completed, I expect we will not hear about it and it will likely be sealed as many things seem to be. It takes some getting used to what I guess are different laws in each state. Media laws vary. Acoustics vary lol. This is jmo though and a bit of what is meant to be light sarcasm in this opinion. :)

I also would love to see some justice for KB.

Just the thought of that frightens me. I hope her ex booted her butt out of the house and changed the locks and got a heavy duty security system. If I were him, I'd be hiring a lawyer to keep her away from their children.

Patrick Frazee scheduled for hearings on child custody and evidence in murder case

SABBM:
WOODLAND PARK – Accused murderer Patrick Frazee is expected in court twice this week as his attorneys manage both the child custody case involving the daughter from his relationship with Kelsey Berreth, and discuss the use of evidence that would be destroyed in testing requested by prosecutors.

The custody hearing will take place in a Cripple Creek courtroom on Thursday.

Then on Friday, there’s the hearing on consumptive evidence testing, tests that would destroy an entire sample. As part of our coverage on the case, News5 asked Mark Pfoff, a former detective in the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office who worked on more than 50 homicide investigations, what that testing means.

“You’re usually looking at some form of body fluids, whether it’s blood or saliva or something like that,” Pfoff said.

I am ready for some action in this case.

From the beginning I assumed it had to be PF. I never thought of a stranger abduction. Always heard that most murders are people we know. I still would find it easy to believe that KK had her hand in this from the beginning and played a huge role in the murder itself.

I get that the DA sometimes has to make a deal with the devil. That isn’t in question. It is the sweet, sweet deal he made with KK that doesn’t sit well with so many, including me.

Been reading on the Jennifer Dulos case and sounds like LE is attempting to give her a deal also and now there’s talk that she can prove she wasn’t there. That is so different from KK and all the ways I think she assisted PF, if indeed PF is convicted. I assume he will be. I cannot see him going to trial in October. Wouldn’t that be nice though?
