I think if it was him, he did drive to Idaho to ping her phone to support his alibi. I also think they won’t find her in Colorado. I think he would have taken her to Idaho to further support his alibi. I think he told the mother Kelsey broke up with him Thanksgiving and was going to Idaho and that’s why he didn’t report her missing. I bet the text from her phone to his is something about their supposed breakup. The mom isn’t buying the break up story. They need to look in Idaho I believe. But where!?!

I mean I can see this...but also she went missing 22nd, that ping happened 25th. did he just chill with a body for 2-3 days?

The child exchange has been misreported several times by MSM. WS Verified Insider @Kelsy's Aunt confirmed to WS that PF allegedly collected his daughter from KB's home. KB did not drive her child and drop her off anywhere.
Allegedly is the operative word here.

I think that he was a reluctant husband, not any financial problems, promising her that they would marry when cattle prices improved.
He may have been stalling. He may also have led her to believe they did have plans together for Thanksgiving. Imo

The ping in Idaho was three days later. If she was traveling, why was she going so slow?
I think it took someone a couple of days to come up with something.

  • #665
That was part of the alleged breakup discussion, and that it occurred on Thanksgiving. Another version states the day before. Who knows at this point?

Both things could be true. They may have begun the discussion the night before, and had the final resolution come on T-Day.

Has there been a single effort at search in her town? Or was not done due to the pinging phone so far away. No dogs, ground search, anything? I havent seen anything on news or online to indicate there has been any search, by LE or community. Anyone know?

Could have. Or maybe didn’t turn her phone on to ping until the 25th. He may have taken her there anytime 22-25th.

Those car seats fit in a stroller too.....
Yes definitely true. If you look at the video though, I see what looks like snow outside in the parking lot. It is the mountains of Colorado after all and pretty high elevation up from Colorado Springs. Would she want to push the baby in a stroller in the snow and cold? Wouldn't that take her a lot longer than she may have had if baby was being picked up or dropped off? As I recall on a previous post with a map, her home was not that close to Safeway...walkable yes, but not right nearby.

LE said she was at Safeway about noon and PF met her later that afternoon to exchange. They must have proof somehow.
LE has the time KB was at Safeway. LE said PF gave a statement relaying to them he met KB in the afternoon to exchange. Again, they are communicating what PF told them. They are not conveying that to the public as a verified fact.

This statement? This news release on December 12 that says "Statement by Kelsey's fiance PF, relaying this is the last day he sees Kelsey when he picks up their daughter, 1-year-old K. (Afternoon)

LE is conveying that this is the information that was relayed to them by PF.
Ok, so he told LE that he picked up his daughter but we don't know where.

They're searching PF's property.

Definitely possible. I was offering an explanation about why her mom may not have know about it.

This just adds to my question about why no contact from her to check on her child for 3 days, per him. Lets say for the sake of argument they did break up..she plans a trip and leaves the baby with him. Wouldn't your average mom call and check up to see if baby is ok? just doesnt add up.

I’m gone for the day and come back to LE digging on PF’s property. Not a good sign. I’m so sad it’s going this way. I felt it all along and still praying I am wrong. Seems LE has some facts we don’t have and they are moving fast.
I know! I went to a party and I can't catch up! I am also very sad that it's going this direction and would prefer to be proven wrong.

It's interesting that PF seems to have claimed KB was going to visit Soap Lake, WA. When I put Woodland Park to Soap Lake into Google maps, there are a couple routes suggested-- mainly a more Northern route that cuts through Montana and a more Southern route that crosses into Utah and Oregon. The Northrn route is the one given to me as the recommended route from Woodland Park. I also believe the North route would make more sense for Kelsey to take since she would also drive right by the Sandpoint area where her parents live. The Northern route, however, would NOT go anywhere near Goodling, ID. Someone driving from Woodland Park would have to choose the South route to end up having the phone ping there: Google Maps

By contrast, when I plug Florissant CO to Soap Lake WA into Google maps, then the recommended route is the South route which would drive near Gooding, ID (and nowhere near Kelsey's parents' home): Google Maps

This suggests to me that if someone decided to drive Kelsey's phone partway to Soap Lake Washington as a coverup, they might have started their journey in Florissant (where PF lives). Assuming, of course, someone was dumb enough to use their phone's Google mapping navigation or a vehicle GPS with a similar algorithm as Google for suggesting routes, this person will be found out as soon as their phone or car or computer is examined.

(It should be noted I looked up these Google map routes up with a laptop. I don't live in CO so I have no idea if someone plugging these routes into a phone app from the actual cities would get the same order of recommended routes. If anyone local wants to do an experiment with their phones or GPS, it would be interesting to compare the suggested routes).

MOO.

From that article:

Even more bafflingly, investigators say on the day the texts were sent, Ms Berreth's mobile phoned pinged off a tower in Gooding, Idaho - more than 1200km from where she was last seen and an area in which she has family.

and

The missing woman's mother believes her daughter is still alive "somewhere in Colorado.

"I think she wants to be found," Cheryl told Inside Edition.

"She's got no reason to be hiding, she's got to be desperately missing (her daughter)".

Color me confused. They were at the fiance's home looking for evidence of something, yet her Mom truly believes she is alive and still in Colorado?

I would be clinging to hope that my precious daughter was alive and waiting to be found too. Even if in my deepest gut, I felt her boyfriend did something bad, I'd still be clinging to that hopeful scenario for as long as I could. :(

I think it took someone a couple of days to come up with something.
And just because the phone may have been in Idaho, does not mean Kelsey was in Idaho. He could have already disposed of her, if in fact he is responsible for her being missing. And if PF drove all that way to text his own phone and her work from that location in order to mislead, wouldn't someone know he wasn't home for a day or two?

Wait a minute here.... what are you saying? Who are you and what fact do you have to support this major claim?

With a smile ... I only claim the obvious

It is well known that a 3rd party love interest is almost always present in over-heated domestic situations that spark deadly.

Many on Holidays

For each media sensationalized domestic that did not involve a 3rd party ... we all can count 10 that did.

Scott Peterson, OJ and the recent Chris Watts ... are all the same ... 3rd party love interest

It is hard to find a domestic murder that does not involve a 3rd party love interest (or alcohol or abuse)

It is just the math of it

Yes, I've seen that too! But the VI said she broke up with him and I think that's in another article. I wonder if Mommy Pommy is finished making dinner yet so she can find the other article.

Edited to delete who picked up baby. Not sure who dropped off or where
It's not clear to me why the VI would say and/or confirm here that KB broke up with PF, and allegedly heading to WA for a visit, yet KB's mother Cheryl tell NBC News this week that they were a loving couple, without a wedding date.

Perhaps PF alone was the the source of the alleged Thanksgiving break up, and the KB trip to WA-- which VI is repeating? Yes, clear as pea soup...!
