That is an excellent analysis

And good advice for LE

If LE believed the crime took place at her townhouse, they would have sealed it.
I can't find the original post, but I find the scenario quite plausible

It may have just been inaccurate reporting. I don't recall which news source said which. But it was reported by LE that he dropped the baby off. So I think that's probably right. The VI said he dropped the baby off at her home but LE did not verify the location. Imo
You keep saying "he dropped the baby off". He was picking the baby up.

The fact that we haven’t heard from his family makes me feel like they don’t like KB. Definitely MOO.
I think the fact that it appears she was not having Thanksgiving dinner with her fiance and child and his family pretty much shows that as well.

The reward money statement is somewhat confusing. The Woodland Police Department will pay up to 25,000$ to someone who provides the location or safe return of Kelsey. If someone provides information that leads to the location of Kelsey, they may only get 1,000$? Why were the words "or safe return" included, it would be enough to get the reward if you provide the location.

Still no word as to if PK was leasing any government land and if that was open to searching by the pubic.

I apologize if this has been discussed (I can't keep up!)- do we know if there is a no-fly zone enacted in the area of the search warrant? I don't recall any aerial videos from yesterday or today. TIA
great question

Although her mother says that she was having some kind of Thanksgiving with he and the baby.

Mom had PF's phone number so she must have had some type of relationship with him. IMO

But people do things all the time without being noticed. On a holiday weekend when families are all traveling and hosting, would someone really notice an extra car pulling up and picking someone up? They might. But...I hear cars around my house all the time and I don’t check the window every time to see where they go or where they stop or who they talk to.

I agree.
Probably the neighbours around me, on all sides, have no idea where/when/with whom I have gone out with, nor I, about them.
Also, as you state BessDrew, when on holidays, with activity about, little notice is made of nearby neighbours.
MOO.

If the locals, clients and potential customers of PF, and people (even strangers) who care about Kelsey want to put pressure on PF to sit down with LE and answer their questions ... STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH HIS COMPANY/HIM AND ENCOURAGE EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO DO THE SAME.
Wow! This is America. We are sentencing him before he has been arrested and tried?

When LE is ready to sit down and have him answer questions, he will not have a choice. If nothing else, they will arrest him. They know all kinds of mind games to play.

We have been given very little information at this point. I remember how many of my opinions changed from the time Watts was first arrested and from when they dumped the information. All that information made so many things different (in that case worse) from the barebone facts that we received from the media. We know even less here, including whether or not he is guilty. This is a small community and I am pretty sure that those people have a fair better picture of his character than what we have been allowed to see. In small towns, everybody knows everything about everybody. I would imagine if those people think he is guilty they have already pulled their business, and if they believe he is innocent, they are probably rallying around him.

Has any effort been put into locating KB and PFs online dating platform?

KB or PF could have returned and left excellent clues there.

These online social sites are addictive ... I wonder if both pulled away once they met?

And if not ... maybe we could mine the data

Thoughts?

Echos your point

I think they're suggesting pressuring him to talk to LE by refusing to do business with him. Not punishing him for harming Kelsey.

I don't know that I would suggest something like that but IMO someone who is not guilty should be able to sit down with police. Even with their attorney present.

I just feel like the truth will set you free.

Well, if he is not guilty, just to think that someone else might be keeping the mother of your child prisoner, or harming her...should be enough for him to talk.
If he is not guilty and someone is, PF's daughter might be in danger.

If PF is culpable, and it could be an accident, and likely, was, the truth will set you free. Otherwise, your whole life will be marred. You will feel a haunted man. You will not be a good father for your kid.

I wonder if PF himself doesn't mind talking, and it is his family's pressure that keeps him from it. They might be afraid for themselves, for own careers.

On the recent photos, PF looks a haunted man. Tired and scared.

I wonder what her community’s activities were like for women with a young baby and what PF’s community was like.

They could have been a couple with a fractured relationship that simply went to work and shared childcare duties. There’s not much time to be with friends when you work full-time and have a one year old baby. She may have talked to friends via phone or text more than seen them.

I wonder what her job as a flight instructor entailed. I don’t believe it’s been confirmed if she was full-time or part-time? I wonder what her hobbies were after work, if PF had the daughter.

I was thinking the same. Usually serious people would keep one paid (i.e. Eharmony) and one free (Tinder), though.

In the interview with the Mother, she said that KB worked long hours and was very busy. Sometimes she was hard to get in contact with busy of her schedule.

I always think of Gary Condit in cases like this...remember how he tried to dodge investigators after Chandra Levy disappeared and lied about having an affair with her? He was pretty much tried and convicted in the court of public opinion, and his career was ruined, and then it turned out he really didn't have anything to do with it. He wasn't a very nice person, and he shouldn't have been having an affair, but he paid a very hefty price.

Interesting ... thank you

Besides Chris Watts, this story reminds me of Josh Powell (Susan Cox Powell/Charlie and Braden).

It's likely PF had friends... his roping buddies & friends/neighbors that helped him work cattle, but I have to wonder if KB had many friends since she was relatively new to the area & her place of work was so far away.
