Sure, Clint, that would be a huge win....if by "win," you mean complete and utter travesty of justice.

Gee, Clint, if PF didn't murder KB, why would you feel bad for the Berreths if PF is found NG?

We haven’t heard anything about it, but I wouldn’t be surprised if she was required to take one as part of her deal.

I just realized that CC is the ONLY person in this case who knew both PF and KK previously. His choice of who to support is pretty obvious IMO

I think he was a long time friend of PF's, and only met Kelsey once, if he's the guy I'm thinking of.
It might be the other guy, though, but I can't remember his name. The one who went with him to the bank.

I want that man on the stand. I don’t think the defense would call him in the first place, because it opens the door to a devastating cross examination that would focus on the lies PF told CC.

Lies that CC repeated to local and national outlets.

Things like Kelsey only having visitation, and her taking off in the past.

PF was laying the groundwork for a while.

Edited: I went back to watch it again and yes it is a box of juice! Is she chewing gum or talking to someone? That bottle of water looks cold! Was it handed to her out of a cooler? Yikes, I'm imagining all sorts of things. I wonder if the worker recalls if anyone else was in the car with her?

He saw PF multiple times a year, over a span of several years.

KK lived in Idaho, and he apparently knew her through PF.

If he was going to side with one over the other, then siding with PF isn’t surprising. It would be shocking the other way though.

Admittedly, I’m vague as to any comments he made regarding KK, or what the extent of his relationship with her was.

GoJacks is right...it's the apple juice box. I can see the rectangular side (made the vid full screen) and the darker color on top matches the green strip at the top of the apple juice box. so gross....just evil gross.

But really either way, we now know that she happily cleaned up KBs blood and teeth and then had a picnic before the bonfire with KBs baby daughter. I have no real words for that.

The pasture in Westcliffe. The Nash pasture is above the Arkansas River North side. Westcliffe is above the Arkansas River South side. PF traveled the route regularly and more than likely took KB along to check cattle and feed. He may have done the whole route the night before she was murdered.
Remember that the time of year (November) has ice forming up on the rivers. I don’t believe he could have burned the entire body to ash but he could have placed the remains under ice where it would decompose before thaw.

JoDee Garretson, Berreth's cousin, said her family is obviously hoping the court holds Frazee accountable for his alleged role in the crime.

Beyond that, though, she said the family wants custody of the couple's 2-year-old daughter for good.

"Certainly, there's a desire for Kelsey to receive some amount of justice and whatever little amount there may be. But really, her daughter's future is really at stake," Garretson said.

Slater said law enforcement found no evidence to support Frazee's claims, and now, the family wants to quash that storyline.

"I think that some vindication and validation for who Kelsey was, and that none of this was her fault, is deserved," Garretson said.

I don't remember CC saying he met Krystal. Google doesn't either. MOO

The claim that PF pastured at Westcliffe was made by CB, who openly said she didn't know if that was correct. There is no evidence which would confirm it. Westcliffe is 1 hour 39 minutes away from Florissant, and 1 hour 53 minutes away from Woodland Park.
PF said in his text message that his cattle were pastured at Lake George, and he was going there in the evening to cake them. The pings of the evening of the 23rd confirm that to be true and have him traveling no more than 11 miles from his home, leaving plenty of time to talk to KB and for her to make a tummy medicine run. JMO

So CC knows KK? Not sure how that matters really. Not sure how that means CC supports PF over KK. It's not PF vs. KK. This is The People of the state of Colorado vs. Patrick Frazee.

Those few in PF's corner have spread lies about KB from the beginning. IMO that speaks volumes.
