This is probably a dumb question but I've been wondering ever since SF plead the 5th... Does anyone think PF's defense might try to imply that SF was the one who actually murdered KB and plotted with KK to clean up the crime scene? I'm not saying I believe that happened (not by a long shot). But can the defense spin SF as an extremely manipulative mother who didn't like the mother of PF's child (KB) and thought he should be with his former girlfriend KK instead? Or an overbearing grandmother who wanted KB out of the picture entirely so that they wouldn't have to share custody of Baby K with KB? PF's defense could explain away the texting while in the same house by saying his mother was texting on KB's phone after the murder and fooling him. She also would have access to PF's phone to use to call KK and his truck to use to transport the body. One big issue (of many issues) with this type of defense is that SF may lack the physical ability to carry out the murder and removal of KB's body. She also was not seen on camera while PF was caught on camera at KB's house. And her other son, the cop, should be able to testify as to SF's location on Thanksgiving day... unless he also decides to plead the 5th

. PF was also caught in many lies that I don't think the jury will be able to overlook. I'm just thinking that we have been so focused on whether the defense will blame KK for the murder (and I don't see enough evidence pointing to KK as the actual murderer)... did we overlook a possible defense in blaming SF instead? If SF takes the 5th for the trial it will look like she helped in the murder/coverup. But it can also be spun as "SF is the real murderer and that is why she plead the 5th". Would PF dare to let his lawyers pull a Casey Anthoneyesque defense like that? Someone tell me I'm crazy and there is no way this would fly (I can take it, really

). Because I really believe PF murdered KB and I want to see him put away for it.
MOO.
