I think that KK might be saved from being totally hated by the jury, if the jury believes that PF convinced her of the child abuse. It's the only way she could be slightly a sympathetic witness, if she was trying to protect a baby.

I don't know. If I was a juror, I'd be thinking why not call child protection services to initiate an investigation, not murder the young woman. After all, KK is a registered nurse trained to help people -- not murder them.

And if you believed sister, not only was PF an innocent, adoring father and son, her mom was fragile, barely mobile, and being taken advantage of (by KB).

I don't recall her expressing any concern for baby K, a toddler with a missing mother.

In other words, nothing in her posts alluding to their true character (i.e., angry tempered brother and nasty women capable of throwing a pregnant woman out and banishing a toddler to the deck).

I remember his sister's posts on here and another social media site. She's a real piece of work...And by "work" I mean a different word TOS will not permit.

At the risk of going all conspiracy-theory here, would you be surprised if Patrick just used Kelsey to get a baby?

Would he have continued to meet women online and have babies with them to populate Mama's ranch?

Would they too disappear?

Since the brother and sister weren't interested in working for the family business, maybe this was going to be Patrick's way of keeping it all going for Mama?

It gives me the creeps to even consider and it has the makings of a Twilight Zone episode but I'm not sure it's too big a stretch to believe it!

Makes me wonder if PF has other children! If so, how is the mother/mothers of those offspring?

I realize this is old news but if some guy told me I had a mess to clean up after he murdered his child’s mother... OMGOSH... I still just can’t believe anyone would do that.


Patrick Frazee murder trial: Opening statements

Bear with me, if my memory is often wrong and people in here are great to correct me.

When all of this first came out, it was either someone who posted here or in the media that Patrick said at one point or someone did, that she had gone to help move her grandmother, or her grandmother was sick, who lived in Idaho.

Very interesting that we learned during the first day, that Kelsey's brother was moving to Idaho, and that is where the phone ping. Very very interesting wherever that information came about grandmother and Idaho came from. Where did that come from, wondering Minds want to know.

Forgive me if this was a dream, but I remember it very clearly but I can't remember where it was from. Someone was setting up a reason for her missing was to go visit her grandmother IN IDAHO.

ETA now that I think back on it, could have been the sister who was posting here whose post may have been removed? Knowing that the mother was in Idaho, the phone tracking to Idaho where her mother was with her brother moving at that very time!

I did not know until yesterday that her mother was moving her brother to Idaho that very week when she went missing (murdered).

So convenient that her phone went to Idaho towards where her mother was too perhaps as * she was going to see her mother and brother* was excuse? Pfft. That didn't work Patrick..

I thought that the sister was the one who posted about her drug addiction, that she has ran away before and left PF in charge of the baby, that she wasn't reliable, she was a liar, she was seeing some guy at her job and maybe she ran off with him. She went full throttle on here and elsewhere, saying the same things, spreading all BS. She also asked for her posts to be removed on here later on- maybe just as PF was about to get arrested or right after?

I gotta admit, I’m kind of annoyed. We got more information from @GoJacks than we did from any reporter in that courtroom.

We heard details that they missed, and more detail on the things they discussed. Here are most of his posts, for those who may have missed them.

Oh no, please don't say that gitana1. I respect your opinion so much. But I'm going to try to think positively on that observation about the jury looking like farmers and disagree. KB may be from "out of town" but she is also the daughter of hay farmers and was raised on a farm. If the jury is all farmers then I feel like the jury was handpicked by the prosecution for a reason. By the end of CB's testimony they will see KB as their own daughter. They will also be able to see through PF's lies to KB on things pertaining to farm life. In one of CB's TV interviews she made it sound like PF had been stalling KB on getting married due to finances and his excuse was something about the cattle prices being poor. I don't recall the exact wording used but it seemed like either PF was lying about the cattle market or he lied in the first place about how much cattle he owned. Farmers and ranchers should know better than anyone if PF is full of it. MOO.

I mean I think that’s all that’s there. It’s farm country. I hope that the fact she is from farmers can somehow come out. It could make a difference but they may assume she’s not like them unless that’s expressed.

Was it on bonfire day? Was the actual Wizard of Oz movie on at all on that day? If this is true did she actually do what I'm thinking she did? If so..well...what a horrible terrible person and I hope the prosecution puts her on the stand and asks her wtf she she was talking about there? Cuz I wanna hear about her ridiculous response to that or hear her take the 5th on that one in front of the jury.

Yes...I agree.
I probably didn't explain what I meant well. Yes, KB may have been able to move away. But it wouldn't have been easy at all since PF would have challenged it. (and I meant all the way back home with her parents.)
That's why I don't think she was thinking of leaving.

But it's understandable why the court might place a child with the other parent if one decides they want to move several states away. After a divorce/split plenty of people feel the need to make a fresh start and want to move away from their ex with their kids. But that isn't necessarily what's in the best interest of the child when it's two normal parents involved.

But I was comparing two different scenarios after that. I meant in a situation where moving wasn't on the table at all and PF tried to petition to gain primary physical custody of baby K, he probably wouldn't have been successful in that pursuit. I think he knew that which is where motive comes into play.

When KB was kicked out for being pregnant, I wish she'd moved home. But PF was probably gaslighting her to get her to stay.

Yeah. That would’ve been great. We may not be here today if she had. Poor soul.

I note that there’s still somewhat of a bias toward moms when the kids are of “tender years” even in states where the law doesn’t provide that.

CO abolished that doctrine specifically but as I thought, the residual bias exists.

That being said he may have had an equal chance because he spent a lot of time caring for the baby.

Maybe PF simply wanted to avoid a court battle that he knew would arise if he told KB that he didn’t intend to get married. Maybe even if there was no battle he wasn’t about to share HIS child with her. I mean looking at that family it’s not hard to see there’s a problem there. KB seems like a sweet gal and here they were calling her a hooker, kicking her out of the house and she couldn’t be in the house when the sister was there?

Deep red flags.
