He wouldn't have been concerned about where blood went since he wasn't going to clean it up.

The fact that so much was under the hardwood floors makes me think he dismembered her in the living room.

I still suspect the bathroom blood was from him cleaning himself up though I guess we'll know much more when we hear where blood was on the ceiling.

Then why the tote?

Why the discolored hay/cadaver dog hit at Nash?

He could have just as easily been spotted on camera moving multiple trash bags to his vehicle, as he could have been spotted making 2 trips with a tote.

A tote we know he had.

Verizon store on Dec 11 was his second trip to the store. I believe his exchange with CBI and brother at burger stand was prior to second trip. Hold on....

ETA: I believe this exchange took place between Dec 4, 2018, same date as KK replaced her phone (see arrest #42).

11:30 a.m.

Slater said he called Frazee, who said he was with his brother Sean running errands in Colorado Springs. Slater said CBI agents met him at the Five Guys restaurant in Colorado Springs where they took Frazee’s phone. Slater said Frazee wanted to talk with a lawyer before talking with law enforcement.

Blog: Patrick Frazee appears in court for preliminary hearing

The paranoia exhibited by Patrick when he wanted the Verizon employee to go outside is another bizarre twist.

Who did he think was listening?

He could have cut her body into pieces that he placed in garbage bags and just carried one by one to the truck. They could have been out of the camera's range.
Creepy thing is: Since the video recording him at KB's with only his back showing...the first thing that came to my mind was: what's the only thing he carries back and fort 11 times?

Answer: car seat

I'm sure that's not what happened but it did cross my mind!

From what we have heard thus far, I have to say that the prosecution is doing a stellar job. Absolutely STELLAR.

Yes, yes, I know. We haven't heard from the two defense witnesses yet.

EXACTLY!
and the oh I can't remember when we "exchanged" the kid ...even though he was at the door at least 11 times.
:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
LE was able to verify the exchange took place when he said it did, if I remember correctly.
It was the other ten times he forgot to mention.

Oh boy. From your article

“When he came in, he seemed very nervous, and kind of sketchy, paranoid and was looking around a lot,” Felis said. “One of the first things he told me, one of the first things he said to me was ‘don’t believe what they’re saying about me.’ I said ‘I don’t know who you are, I treat all my customers the same.’”

LOL

And meanwhile at the Verizon store:

Felis said Frazee seemed “particularly concerned” about the security of his cellphone account, and asked if it was possible to gather information from a phone that was destroyed. Felis said Frazee kept asking about the “other phone on his account” and tried to change the PIN on that device so he could access its data.

“That rang every alarm in my head,” Felis said. “After he asked that question I excused myself to the restroom and looked up the last news report with his name.”

Wow
Talk about a light bulb moment!

I agree.

I know its spilled milk about being able to watch the trial live. But if we could have been able to, another huge advantage is being able to see the "non-verbal communication" that a defendant and others can sometimes show us during a trial.

During the infamous Jodi Arias trial, it was interesting to watch her expressions and her non-verbal communication as she reacted to other's testimony.

Here is an interesting link that talks about non verbal communication and how a large percentage of our daily communication is non-verbal.

Body Language Classes, Research, and Consulting | Nonverbal Group | NYC

I so agree that watching people is important; I remember Janine Driver on HLN interpreting Arias' behavior several times. So interesting. I do, however, not miss the Arias "hair curtain." For some reason that so annoyed me. All her subtle hand signals--she was a piece of work, for sure.

Correct. Everything fit, up until he returned to the house.

Honest mistake I’m sure.

So if she pleads the 5th again, then what? Pros can offer immunity?

If SF invokes her 5th Amendment right, the jury will still hear the questions she is avoiding which will leave jurors with something to think about. SF is not on trial here -- I don't think she needs immunity. No rush.. No statute of limitation for murder.

What’s wild, is the bank teller and the Verizon employee had pretty much the exact same reaction.

First, May is trying to show that PF demonstrated consciousness of guilt. Next, he’ll prove that he is guilty.

Wow. 11 times? How did he have the time to even eat dinner with his family? Or was he in and out of the condo before and after, moving her and some of her personal things like her purse, etc? Also, bringing the baby out would take one trip, anyway.

In his live broadcast, Sam mentioned some of those times, including 4:20, 4:24, 4:27 and 4:30.

Hmmmmmmm 10 minutes of being caught at the door?

I'm trying to remember - does anyone know when Kelsey was seen on camera coming back to her house? Sam says PF is seen at the house at 12:37, was she home by then? Or is it possible he payed a visit to her house while he knew she was out... (I dunno, planting things like clothes, a bat, candles...)?

KB was a petite lady -- PF could have stuffed her inside baby K's transport bag to carry her to the truck.

What makes you suspect KB was dismembered? What evidence has there been to suggest that?

I am stunned!!

Didn’t he say they exchanged the baby in the alley? I may be getting his lies mixed up.

A tote we know he had.

I wonder if perhaps he held the bags by his side since he could only be seen by the cameras from the waist down because of the fence.

If questioned he could just say he was taking out garbage.

Maybe he set things down next to Kelsey's car where the cadaver dogs alerted?

So he drove to Nash Ranch and put everything in the tote, storing it on the hay bale.

Lots of leakage from the bags, maybe as he transferred them on top of the bale?

I'm just not criminal enough nor stupid enough to work this out!

I hope he has that same sinister face he had when closing the gate in the reporter’s face while glaring.

He’s such a murderer.

I swear PF watched Chris Watts a little and thought he'd learned a thang or two about opening his mouth. But that face at that gate. And at the lawyer's office getting into his truck. The way PF slung that little girl around like a puppy. Shudder.

KB was seen departing Safeway at 12:27pm.

PF was seen at Walmart with baby K between 12:54 - 13:17 hours (PF alleges he collected baby K from KB in the alley behind Condo).

At approx 13:24 hours, PF is seen entering KB's condo.
