I'm thinking Patrick equated "pilot" to "rich girl" when he spotted Kelsey online.

Bet you're right on the hookers.
Surely Mr. "Western Courtesy" didn't bring
hookers home to the Franch, do ya think?
Maybe MaF is used to it.

I'm wondering if all the discouragement of courtroom reporting, pictures, etc., wasn't because of pf, but because of someone else who testified....

For what reason? Many cases have the witnesses request that their faces not be shown in court, and it is usually granted.

Wow! Motive.

We also heard CBI Agent Gregg Slater review other evidence pointing possible motive. That includes letter showing #PatrickFrazee was in default in a $72k loan. He had been paying #KelseyBerreth $700/mo in child support but made last payment in June 2019. @csgazette

ETA: 2019 is a typo. It should read 2018
Lance Benzel on Twitter
So he starting plotting to kill her soon after he made the last child support payment!
What a dummy.
Do we know what the loan was for?

Wow, he actually wrote "approximately" in a note to himself? Very strange.

It sounds like his explanation to his family for being late was that he was checking on cattle.
I wonder if someone else will testify to that.

Imo
Those are the best checked cattle in the history of ranching....all day, all night, holidays too.

You would think the Franch was the Ponderosa!

Cowboy hats probably. :p

Not again! I've been following the Karissa and little Billy Fretwel case on here, Wolf is accused of killing them both over $900 in child support. Then he tossed them in the woods. Poor KB her life only worth $700 according to that monster! Moo.

And horse/cattle/livestock trailers. They're not gonna wreck themselves, y'know, and need to be repaired or replaced.

Thanks.

Im amazed at the pace of the trial. It really is moving fast and Im really surprised PF has not tried to plead guilty in this case for maybe a small reduction in sentencing. Like 99 years instead of 199 years would be fine with me. :)

I dont see how PF or his defense expected any chance of winning this case with all that is coming out. The defense would have known about all this evidence during discovery so how in the heck did he think his defense has a chance.

I suppose we have to let his Defense take a turn first but gosh I dont see any way he will be able to counter this damning evidence.
Well, I am still holding my breath because I don't know yet how capable these defense attorneys are. And I don't know who is on the jury...o_O

They will likely say things like ' just because we never saw images of Kelsey leaving the apartment doesn't mean she didn't leave on her own, safe and sound.' Hence the problems with the camera and the images missed, etc.

They do have very large seemingly insurmountable problems...but I remember watching videos of Casey Anthony dancing in a wet t-shirt contest, hours after her baby went missing. And weeks later the jury let her walk in an inexplicable decision.

Feeder stock , and soon after he was arrested he had a complete liquidation sale of all his cattle. Be interesting to know the date of the letter , if it was after the sale or before? Did he still owe 72K ?

I suppose PF still thinks they can't prove he killed her without a body.

No idea what the lawyer is thinking.

Imo

At this stage of the game, even if he had half-considered giving in and saying it was a turble ax-dent, he might think it was worth playing it out in court just to get to give his nemesis the evil eye.

They also touched on a handwritten note from Frazee that appears to be an alibi for Nov. 22. View the top paragraph of this email for what that note said. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee

As we reported in the days leading up to Frazee’s arrest, Slater said cell phone records were key. Upon seizing Frazee’s phone, they saw he made a call to a number later identified belonging to Krystal Kenney around the time police say he left Berreth’s home. @KOAA

When they determined the phone number Frazee called was in Idaho, combined with knowledge Berreth’s phone last pinged in Idaho, Slater says they focused on foul play & Frazee being a suspect. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee

Yes, and when Pf's name is brought up, I'm sure the first thing everyone is thinking is about how courteous he is. I'm sure he's even more courteous than the most courteous Southern gentleman, even.
Yah, super courteous. I think my first memory of him was when he came aggressively charging at the press who wanted to ask him about his missing girlfriend--and he yelled at them to get the F off his property.

So when people say he didn't understand how cell phone technology worked, they weren't kidding.

Did KK ever have to take a polygraph?

We don’t know, and likely will never know. It does seem to be common practice to administer one to a cooperating witness though.

I think it’s very probable that she was required to take one.

If you own as little as 50 acres and you don't own your own sprayer, it is not uncommon to hire a crop duster. With that said , IMO the Berreths had a large amount of land when they sold.

After today I’m very curious about those bank deposits and the withdrawal.

Sorry I can't answer what I was thinking. It might be against the rules here.
