ETA: It's believed PF dad passed around Sept 2018 but death was not confirmed in msm until Colorado Springs Gazette reported dad was deceased (in article published earlier this spring).

I wonder if PF's dad left assets specifically for each of his grandchildren? That could be a motive for PF to want full custody of Baby K. MOO.

Beaut that CB wasn't questioned by Defence.
Probably because, later when the Prosecution questions her on Rebuff, she would make clear what a pig, PF was to Kelsey.

Sounds like Patrick had a few things to gain through the murder. Ensuring Kelsey didn't hurt the inheritance case (not that I think she would have involved herself, IMO) AND having custody of his daughter.

Now that would be a bombshell (said in Nancy Grace voice) if his father did his will in per stripes, and skipped Patrick and it went to his offsprings.

.....whoa, I'm having another thought.... if his father did to Patricks offsprings and skipped him totally.

Doubtful it is his brother... he's got too much knowledge and as LE, he would be very precarious as to harm if on the stand. I'm realllllllllllllllllly interested in the prosecution putting him on the stand though.

I think there probably was a money component in all this.
The more he makes/inherits, the more he might have had to pay Kelsey for child support. If she had any health problems, she might have not been able to work as much. And since she was kicked out of the Franch, that multiples expenses.
Side note: Somehow Kelsey's value became ZERO to him.

Why in the world would the lawyer think KB would help her at all? If KB was sent to the porch when the sister visited it makes zero sense that even if she hated PF at that time that she’d give anything to his sister.

This just shows another level of stupidly evil. I can’t even think of another term to use. Stupidly evil.

Could PF have told his family he was broken up with KB a long time ago but all the while was stringing KB along, making her think they were still engaged and keeping her away from his family? That may be why EF thought KB would help with a court case against PF-- if she thought they were not a couple and KB may be a bitter ex-girlfriend. I believe PF lied to everyone. MOO.
