She is lame. She's a horrible person. Horrible people can be in emotionally abusive relationships and be manipulated by narcs just like anyone else. I think everyone has to let go of black and white thinking. Yes, she is getting off way too easy for her part. But we shouldn't allow that to deflect away from all the evidence that points to PF as the actual murderer. That's exactly what he wanted!
<modsnip - bickering>

I feel we have TWO narcs here, not just one. I have never changed my stance on this. Both of them are narcs.

A few notes: - Clint Berreth took the stand. He says he saw the blood while sitting on the toilet. Says it wasn’t noticeable from just standing there. - Clint has texts showing Kelsey received a text from Erin Frazee’s lawyer wanting dirt on Patrick. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth

Clint says he understood there was a fight for Patrick’s late father’s assets. Ok have to head back in now @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee #KrystalKenney

Just like Sam to drop a few crumbs, and leaving the pigeons starving... :p

Here for day two and I am camped out on the couch with a box of tissues and a horrible upper respiratory infection. Thank you everyone for the updates.

Oh my, what is this all about?

Erin's lawyer contacted Kelsey? What the hell for? She wasn't married to the nutbag.

Ima skip any introductions and leap right in.

Who wants to bet little KB has an inheritance from grandpa that the Frazee with custody of her gets their hands on it?
Not sure. Usually inheritance doesn't skip generations, but it could if that's in the Will. Either way, she could be in line as an heir. Wives can get money too in my state. Hmmm. More food for thought as far as his not marrying...

Many here agree with you, myself included, but a deal is a deal, as they say. She'll never get what she truly deserves from the judicial system. But, she's dining at the Karma Kafe for the rest of her days, "where everyone is served, what they deserve." JMHO

Yes, we all expect KK, in life, will get what she deserves.
Hope, in time, we hear about these happenings down the track.
A horrid life, I expect.
MOO.

That poster we discussed last thread, the one strongly believed to be EF, made a statement that was up until now, inexplicable.

Finally it makes sense.

“Kelsey was a battered woman who didn’t speak up to protect her nephew, or her own common law mother in law.”

With the added context of an ongoing estate battle, we have clarity.

I believe that EF was accusing PF of physically abusing Kelsey, EF’s son, and SF.

She had an axe to grind, so her credibility is seriously in question. I hope to God the prosecution knows about this though, hopefully through documents in the estate case.

This would also explain Cheryl’s testimony that Kelsey told her that she had to wait on the porch while EF was present at the Frazee residence.

EF may have been angry that Kelsey didn’t cooperate with her lawyer.

This is pretty important.

I hope they get EF on the stand.

I’m almost in tears, the pieces are falling into place. Poor KB. Justice can’t come fast enough.

Could PF have told his family he was broken up with KB a long time ago but all the while was stringing KB along, making her think they were still engaged and keeping her away from his family? That may be why EF thought KB would help with a court case against PF-- if she thought they were not a couple and KB may be a bitter ex-girlfriend. I believe PF lied to everyone. MOO.

That makes the most sense to me

If he wanted to, he could have found a way to get Kelsey a ring. I think he's a cheapskate. imo

It would/could make custody mighty important too. Things that make you go hmmmm.

I just saw this:

Lance Benzel‏ @lancebenzel
The Woodland Park cop who took his statement testified that he showed no concern about #KelseyBerreth’s welfare and was hazy on date of last child exchange. Those were 2 things that struck her about his comments. @csgazette

Yeah, there’s the possibility this is true. If it is true, it adds another motive.

Yes, it feels like one. big. giant. jigsaw puzzle coming together. That's what it must feel like for detectives, LE, etc.

Aw ...tell me more, please tell me more...
I'm going to assume the babygate relevance is because that was one item KK pointed out to authorities as having KB's blood "she left behind" on it.

Order of testimony so far:
  1. CB
  2. CB2
  3. Doss Aviation employee - KB's supervisor
Broom on the bed?

12 hours at the WPPD, bless their hearts. :(

MOO
BBM Krystal didn't know where to park her vehicle. She didn't want anyone to notice it in the driveway.

Lunch-time recess. A few things stand out:
- Prosecutors are using questions to show a change in texting behavior from Kelsey Berreth’s phone after Nov. 22.
- One of Kelsey’s supervisors testified he noticed her texts used different punctuation than normal.
@KOAA #KelseyBerreth

Then with WPPD Corporal Currin on the stand, they played her body camera-recorded phone call with Frazee from Dec. 3 before the court. It’s about 15 minutes long. They played it in his preliminary hearing too. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee

Though being respectful (often saying yes ma’am), Frazee shows no real concern for Berreth’s well-being. He says they had a heart-to-heart the week prior & she decided their arrangement wasn’t working. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee

Back to the texts really quickly, Kelsey’s supervisor Raymond Siebring said it’s not out of the ordinary for her to text him requesting a day off if she’s sick. A week off, though, seemed odd. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee

BBM:

The Clash! Love that band.

And how apropos.

We're witnessing an epic Clash right here between Good and Evil.

Well, we're actually not witnessing it, on account of Judge Scott Sells' Decorum Orders, but still:

Good V. Evil.
The Clash.
You get the point.

JMO.

Love your post! So true... Good vs. Evil.... The two families are on complete opposite ends of the spectrum. The victim and those who done it are as well. Clash of good and evil... good will stand tall at the end of this!
