I’ve said this before, but the same camera system that apparently missed Kelsey’s body being removed from the house, also failed to capture KK arriving or leaving after cleaning the crime scene.

Few people doubt the first occurred, and I don’t think anyone doubts the second occurred.

So either the system missed it altogether, or it wasn’t recovered by that digital expert.

What I don’t think, is that either of them did anything tricky to avoid that camera. That includes dismemberment.

I have just read earlier this evening in one of the msm articles that the forensic guy said on the stand today the even HE wasn't picked up every time on her camera.

Consider what they have to work with here; namely, the world's biggest moron for a client.

Here's what PF is probably telling his attorneys even as we speak:

"Listen, I brought a change of clothes with me and took a shower afterward, what more do you people want?
Do Your Job."

JMO.
OMG, you avatar and @MassGuy 's! You're both killing me!

I can't believe the stupid idiot would be dumb enough to go through the house without at least changing his damn shoes- he tracked blood upstairs and expected Krystal to have a steam cleaner with her, too, and get all of that blood up? What a jackbutt!

Seriously, folks, you can't make this stupidity up. On both of their accounts. The fact that Krystal went and even attempted to clean some of it up tells me she's one fry short of a Happy Meal (Sonic Meal?).

I can't believe what I am reading. All this evidence, and this is just day 2. I don't even think that the poor Berreth's even needed to testify- there's plenty of other evidence that would have done him in without their testimony. I just feel so bad for Cheryl and Clint, having to do that, bringing back so much pain and causing them to become emotional, while that dumb as a brick shows no emotion and is taking notes. I'd love to see what notes he's taking.

Camera spotted Frazee at Berreth's place 11 times on day of alleged killing, investigator testifies

Nov 4, 2019 ..... The Gazette / Updated 9:30pm pst

CRIPPLE CREEK • A neighbor’s surveillance camera “captured” Patrick Frazee at his fiancee’s front door 11 times on the day she was allegedly beaten to death in her living room, an investigator testified Monday.

[...]

Only the jury can decide if it’s a smoking gun, however. In each case, the man had his back to the camera — leaving 4th Judicial District Attorney’s investigator Chad Mininger to essentially assert that the person is Frazee.

The images were recorded between roughly 12:30 and 4:30 p.m. on the day Berreth, 29, went missing — lining up with claims by Frazee’s mistress, Krystal Lee Kenney, that Frazee killed Berreth before showing up for Thanksgiving dinner at his mother’s house that afternoon.

At roughly 1:30 p.m., the man investigators say is Frazee, 33, entered the home with Berreth, who was carrying poinsettias, and their infant daughter, Kaylee.

“This is the last image I ever recovered of Kelsey Berreth, period,” Mininger said. Investigators say she was never heard from after that.

And when the man leaves later that afternoon, he is seen carrying the baby, Mininger said. The person on camera is wearing a light-colored T-shirt and ballcap.

Mininger was the last of 13 witnesses to testify Monday, and he hasn’t been cross-examined, so the defense hasn’t had a chance to poke holes in his analysis. That’s likely to happen when he resumes the stand on Tuesday morning.

[...]

The footage was captured by a home surveillance system installed by a neighbor, Mininger told the jury. To preserve memory, the system deletes the videos it records after seven days. But in this case, Mininger said he managed to obtain still images from the neighbor’s cellphone — left behind in the phone’s “cached” memory by automatic notifications she received through an application.

[...]

Mininger is expected to resume his testimony about the neighbor’s surveillance pictures at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday

Is a trigger the same as a pic of someone?
I don't think so. Maybe it could be triggered by wind or even movement nearby but it didn't capture a person in the image. Imo

I wonder if the Berreths will stay for the whole trial or must go back home to BabyK.

I also wonder if they still own Kelsey's condo and are staying there.

Let's hope the press is leaving them alone.

I would think one of the networks would have tried to sign them on for an expanded interview.

Agreed!!!!
I've said it a thousand times 2 day old blood tracked all over is a beast to clean up. I have to have my dawn/peroxide mix or my biz/peroxide mix, but even at that I have to use my carpet machines. (Unless there is no carpet in that home. I just assumed there was).

Does anyone know?

I just couldn't ever stay at a home I thought my daughter was killed in...

Would it need to be available if jury wanted to go and look at it?

I assumed there were hardwood floors. There has never been any mention of blood being found on a carpet, as far as I know. Imo

That makes all the difference.
KK being a nurse she may have also brought something that "cleans" blood.

We haven't heard all the evidence--so it wouldn't surprise me.

I would bet a lot of money that not only is the house available to look at, but the jury will be taking a little field trip there.

The prosecution will probably want them to actually see the crime scene.

Unless I imagined it there were either hardwood floors or laminate planks that were removed and had blood under them.

I wouldn't be surprised if the upstairs was carpeted.
