This is the equivalent of a “smoking gun.”

He backed himself into a corner by writing his alibi out, and every relevant part of it can be proven to be a lie.

He wasn’t feeding cattle, he was committing murder. He’s literally caught on camera multiple times in direct conflict with his “alibi.”

The only person who can outdo PF, is PF. He’s outdone himself here.

I am thrilled with SF2’s testimony, and he seems to have ‘done the right thing’. However what could the avoidance of this line of questioning by the DA indicate?

By avoiding discussion of PF’s typical behaviour, we get no sense of SF2’s reaction to PF being 2 hours late. This means no reference to his mother’s behaviour during those 2 hours. Eg. was she mad? Calling PF every 20 minutes? Agitated? Calm? Wryly smiling?

Right after his father passed away. Amazing, isn't it?

Just what did this fool want custody for, knowing full well he was going to get kicked off the ranch with his mother eventually to sell it? Was he using Baby K as a way to stop the siblings from making him sell the ranch, because his daughter needed a place to live? I wouldn't put it past this idiot to try for custody for this reason.

It actually scares me, to be honest, just the thought of Baby K in his custody. His temper, his treatment of animals, and most of all, his treatment of Kelsey makes me think he wouldn't hesitate to abuse his own daughter down the road.

I think they are going to say that he broke up with Kelsey, she was upset and told him to take the baby so she could rest. Then she got drunk and passed out. He called his girlfriend to tell her he had broken up with KB, and then his girlfriend traveled from Idaho, snuck into the condo and killed the drunk ex girlfriend.

And PF told those lies to try and cover for his girlfriend. The End.

If he called KK on the 22nd and she didn't get there until the 24th KB wouldn't still be in the condo passed out.

Anyway, they are claiming KK killed her somewhere else besides the condo but where that place is, nobody knows.

“I don’t know that we’ve been on bad terms, we just haven’t been close,” Sean Frazee said of his brother.

Sean Frazee was not asked by either prosecutors or his brother’s public defenders whether his brother acted differently during Thanksgiving dinner at their mother’s Florissant home, and Sean Frazee did not offer up any such analysis.

Sean Frazee said he arrived at the Florissant ranch about 2:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving. Patrick Frazee and did not arrive at the house until about 5 p.m., after the family had already eaten, he said. Patrick brought his and Berreth’s daughter, Kaylee, with him, Sean Frazee said.

Patrick Frazee previously had told his brother that he and Kelsey Berreth had separated, and on Dec. 3 Patrick Frazee told his brother that Berreth’s mother had reported her missing, Sean Frazee said.

“He explained to me that her grandmother was sick and that she may have been visiting her sick grandmother,” Sean Frazee said.

Sean Frazee was concerned, he said, but didn’t know what to think because he didn’t know Berreth.

“We were really praying that she would be found healthy and alive somewhere,” he said.

Good find thank you/ the issue I see is that SF owned the ranch outright - if she died without a Will the siblings may be able to claim something since he lived there but I really don’t think so - I just don’t think the fight over the fathers estate concerned the ranch property at all - which begs the question - what made up his estate that they could possibly fight over ? Does a will need to be filed in CO? In my state it does within 10 days of death - then anyone can go to the clerks office and get a copy if they pay the fee

I was thinking that as well. None of the Frazee clan seem to be oozing with emotion and it wouldn't surprise me to think PF showed up to dinner acting exactly like his normal 'blobby' self, which to any normal person sounds cray cray.

Yah, don't think it will work for most of the jurors. Just trying to guess at the 'shape' of their defense narrative.

They are going to grab onto the state's assertion that not ALL comings and goings are on surveillance footage. So they can possibly get the jury to agree that NOT seeing Kelsey leave is not solid proof that she was deceased when PF was seen leaving with the baby.

It just goes to the dangerous terrain of reasonable doubt.

And it does change the timeline. If they can convince the jury that she was drunk and depressed, she might have sat alone in her condo for 48 hours, without communicating.

And even if he said she was the one who broke up, they can still say it was mutual, but she was having mental issues, etc. I don't think many people would believe that. But it just takes one.
