Per KK's testimony, the border collie dog he 'gave her' he asked for it back. She said No, it's my dog and he said well then you have to pay for it. She said she'd send a check and when she didn't, he told her he would come and kill the dog.

With all the times PF talked about killing dogs and killing others, its not a far leap at all for the jury to be convinced he killed KB.

It really does make me wonder if he has killed someone else even before killing KB. And no telling how many animals he decided to kill because they werent behaving like he wanted them too.

The prison doors are open and he needs to be escorted there as soon as possible.

Kenney described how she has loved Frazee for years, since meeting him at a Teller County Fair dance in 2006. Frazee called her the day before she got married (to someone else) and pleaded with her not to go through with it. She did, but later cheated on husband with Frazee.

And he also aligns himself with those who can benefit him. He told people KB was a bad mother in order to gain their cooperation. I think he “rekindled” with KK in order to groom her for killing KB. I think that he met with his bro in Colorado City Dec 4 because it was a good time to be out of town and to have your LE brother as a shield.

Put simply, he is a user.

Telling a story that happened, but also defining the character of PF in the eyes of the jury. It adds up...

So he threatened to kill the dog, asked her if she was a baby killer or not, had an affair with her off and on, asked her not to get married the day before her wedding... what else? Waiting patiently for the details about her trip and arrival in CO for the "clean up".

They are likely trying to establish the kind of hold PF had over her, to show how manipulative, cruel, and controlling he was.

If PF's other ex- girlfriend is going to testify, she can verify that when she describes how controlling and abusive he was, after coming on strong at first as a romantic.

I think she also witnessed him either beating or killing a dog or maybe it was a different animal.
Or maybe it was her mother who mentioned all that.

Anyway, maybe one or the other will testify to demonstrate a pattern in how he treated the women he supposedly loved.

I think if you’re publicly in relationship and are raising a child with someone, a secret third party woman is rightly identified as a “mistress”.

Per Ashley Franco Video:

KK sent a text with a picture of a positive pregnancy test to PF after she found out she was pregnant in March 2016. He never replied back or even acknowledged it. After a while KK called PF and asked "what do you think", and she said he was furious. PF said the baby would be a '' and people would know about them. She decided to terminate the pregnancy.

A Supreme Court ruling in 2018 ruled that CDRs are so accurate, they’re essentially a tracking device and thus require a search warrant, Hoyland said.

The state entered multiple Verizon records as evidence. They are the records for the three phones he analyzed, which belonged to Berreth, Frazee and Kenney.

He developed a PowerPoint for his analysis and presented it to the court on Wednesday.
