The first one wasn’t a blow to the head as much as it was a blow to the face/mouth that knocked teeth out. Very possible that it did not knock her out, though you’d think it would be hard to speak. I would hope the first blow did enough that she was unawares after that. But knowing PF as we do... do you think he would do it that way? I don’t.

I saw a show on ID channel the other night where a young man killed his friend's mother by beating her with a ball bat while she was watching tv. The coroner ruled that she has suffered 6 to 7 blows.

Thank you MG. You've done an excellent job monitoring and relaying KK's testimony. I think her testimony was important and I hope it helped to persuade the jury. I still have no sympathy for her and won't even try to understand her attraction to PF, but that's not important. What is important is the effect on the jury. Imo, SF2's testimony yesterday is still the real bombshell so far. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

Yeah, there’s really two levels.

You have the evidentiary one, which delivered a bombshell yesterday (late for Thanksgiving, debunked alibi notes, surveillance footage, etc).

Then you have an emotional one, which had a stunningly powerful moment today.

Put them together, you have a guilty man that those jurors are going to hate.

Would you want to live with your MIL? I wouldn't. Especially if she called me a hooker. I take what the previous girlfriend said with a grain of salt because she was in prison and was his ex.

From the videos, I thought PF was abusive with his dogs but others more knowledgeable about dog training insisted he was not.

She has no reason to be desperate. Her deal is done. Making up stuff about the last words serves no purpose. Sorry, but you’re just wrong on this. Just because KK made horrible choices doesn’t mean she’s lying under oath now. Take her words at face value - the prosecution certainly is.

ITA she has her deal she’s been well instructed in testifying IMO - some just can’t face facts IMO best to move on to the intelligent, thoughtful, considerate posts from fellow sleuthers who get it

I guess just because it doesn't make any sense. She is say9ng how shocked she was when she saw the bloody crime scene and she couldn't believe he was capable of this.

But then she hurries to Sonic to pick up their dinner, including a juice box for the baby. It is just so crazy.

Who in their right mind wouldn't call LE immediately? I get that without her there might not even be a case and we need her testimony, but KKL might be just as evil and vile as PF is. All of it makes my heart hurt.

We can't assume all of these things. It was never even said that the first blow was to the head, or even with the bat. Perhaps he did something else to her that hurt her first. This is a sick individual we're talking about here.

He seemed to think of torture as a game (emotional, included) - so perhaps he hurt her in another way first. I guess we'll find out more when we hear more about the trial.

I never got clobbered but I learned where to stand when playing 1st base. It turns out you need to leave the hitter room to run over the 1st base as you are trying to catch the throw from the second baseman.

What you fail to mention is that her lies to the FBI were BEFORE her deal. No doubt she has taken multiple polygraph tests to prove to them that her testimony now is not deceptive. They would have required that she do so. And even if she does thrive on drama and being the center of attention (I have no idea if true or not), those things don’t have to involve lying.

Adrianne Jones , victim of the Texas Cadets Murders took some blows from a weight to her head and managed to escape and run a short distance before she ran into a barbed wire fence, she was begging for her life and David Graham finally had to shoot her. So I believe Kelsey may have taken more than one blow. JMHO as awful as that would have been.
