I actually think this may have been one of the smarter things he did (intentionally or not, lol!). If he was seen in person or on camera this way he's seen wearing the same clothes. And, blood is much easier to get out of clothing if you wash it immediately.
Very true. But he could have saved himself some time, seeing that ALL his t-shirts look the same :). I wonder what he did about his bloody shoes?

Did you need me to find the tweet about KB looking up the recipe at 2:20? This afternoon we were trying to narrow down time of death based on that and now with the laundry I think we can assume it was between 2:20 and 3:15 IMO factoring in the wash cycle time and dryer time

If you can point me in the general direction. I could have very easily missed it. Thanks :)

From this link: Frazee trial: Kenney testifies, details murder plot

Kenney said that Frazee never showed his daughter in the photos of the alleged abuse taken by Berreth, only ones he had taken. She said he then asked her if she was willing to do anything to protect the innocent and started opening up about the alleged abuse by Berreth of their daughter.

She told the court she told him to report it to child protective services, which he said he had done but claimed he wasn’t taken seriously.
Thank you, I had not seen this.

So someone who has even a shred of sympathy for Krystal, anyone, tell me this.
She cleans a horrific murder scene, then she goes to Sonic and buys food for herself, Patrick and Kaylee, then he tells her along the way that Kelsey’s last words were “Please stop!”, then she flies to Las Vegas and partied with her friends. Now how is the jury supposed to have sympathy for her? How does that testimony help the prosecution if the jury hates her? I’m sick to my stomach to think this person breathes our air. And I want Patrick put away for life. But how is it she isn’t punished for her role? Karma? BS. She is worse than I thought.
I understand now a little more clearly the psychological abuse PF inflicted on KK as I've been through that before but never in a million years will I understand why she did not stop this horrible crime when she could have. I have no sympathy for her.

Yes washed clothes @ condo

Took bat in wrapped in his sweatshirt.
But when?
Was it carrying it, was that one of the pictures that the Arlo didn't take.

I’m imagining this now - the mother of his child is laying on the floor having said “please stop” very likely bloody and there is blood everywhere from the beating he gave her and he strips and washes his clothes and does what? Checks on the baby ? And sits around waiting for the laundry to be done -wearing what? IMO He really has no soul - no remorse - nothing - is he a sociopath and was this his first murder ? I’m beginning to wonder

It is amazing to me he felt such confidence to stick around such a bloody crime scene for hours. This man is heartless and cocky as heck...not to mention a complete waste of human life in every sense. It never ceases to amaze me how some people are so sure they will get away with murder when they are the first person who would be suspected statistically.

Some interesting things. SF was only brought up once in KK's testimony when I was there.

Asked where baby was, KK said inside with SF. Viehman asked if she saw SF, she said not at this point. This was before they headed to Nash Ranch.

THIS is the interesting part.

KK said that when they got back from Nash Ranch PF backed right up to a water trough which was full of old wood pallets.
Viehman asks do you remember this trough being there earlier in the day.
KK says no, she believed the trough to have been moved.

It wasn't elaborated on further. but who moved this, if so?????
just something I found interesting.

Looks like ___'s reason to plead the 5th, huh? Participation in desecrating a body?

I'm so thankful you bring us tidbits like this, GoJacks.

I believe the prosecution knows every word KK plans to say and this was brought in for a reason.

The testimony helps the prosecution because it exposes PF for what he is.

An absolute monster.

And while the jury may hate her (as we do) what matters is that PF is on trial. She’s providing damning testimony, and hate for her doesn’t mean that what she says is untrue.

No PF, no murder.

No KK, no murder case (or a much weaker one).
You misunderstood. I never said what she said is untrue. PF needs to be convicted. But I was just thinking, the defense will have a field day tomorrow with Krystal and no one is going to feel sorry for her.

I’m actually hoping the prosecution gets all they can from Krystal because the defense is going to shred her. Maybe that’s all the karma she will ever get but she deserves it. As long as PF goes away for life, let them tear her apart.

Wait -- I believe the prosecutor dropped some possibles when questioning SP2 that PF had some casual labor at the ranch i.e., (the white guys that went to scrap yard with PF -- Evraz Steel located in CSprgs).

PF's mindset isn't really rare. What's "rare, is the extreme that he took it to. I've met hundreds of people, who believe their way is the better, or only way...the only difference between egotistical people and murderous egotistical people is...Well..Murder.

Ok I need a lint expert. Would it be possible that if PF did not empty the lint trap any lint/fibers left after he washed his clothes would be helpful? Just a thought I had.

It's also worth a thought - as much as most hate her - to realize she's going to do some time. Less, yes - but with that, she's giving up information that will destroy her family. Her long-term affairs, daily calls, and pregnancies, abortion/s. It isn't easy to sympathize with her but there is no doubt this is easy for her, either.

It would have made sense to show how easily manipulated she was - that seems pretty clear to me. She was PF's tool, his slave. She would do anything for him.

While it makes us despise her, we should try to understand that type, as well.

No, I'm not feeling sorry for her at all - but do feel it's worth understanding her type of personality.

In a very secondary way - IN NO WAY A COMPARISON to KB - she was also a victim.

(I know, I'll be hated for this post - I'm ducking under the desktop to avoid the rotten tomatoes right now!)
I agree. And, I take this into consideration as well. I doubt KK would ever do something like this again. If PF gets off, he most certainly would, starting with KK. JMHO

I work with abuse situations everyday. Murder is abuse. Killing a child's mother is abuse. Threatening to kill someone's dog or child is abuse. Threatening that children go missing is abuse. If you do not see a very strong pattern of abuse here, you are missing the strong reality.

I typically do not reply to comments that do not require comment but I see trauma and abuse every single day and this is it.
Truer words were never spoken.

Yeah, there’s really two levels.

You have the evidentiary one, which delivered a bombshell yesterday (late for Thanksgiving, debunked alibi notes, surveillance footage, etc).

Then you have an emotional one, which had a stunningly powerful moment today.

“Please stop.”

Put them together, you have a guilty man that those jurors are going to hate.

Yes. I made this post before I got to the rest of today's testimony. The 'please stop' blew me away. I can only imagine it had the same effect on the jurors. It just couldn't be much worse. If every person on the jury isn't convinced of his guilt and what a murderous monster he is, something's wrong. It's remarkable how it's all falling into place, just like it should.

Seriously -- like was he lounging around watching football?

Is he a Cowboys fan?:eek:

Could’ve been her husbands .

She is very manipulative. IMO.

Couldn’t really prove who the father was at this point. But it sure does make PF sound like an A-hole. And make her seem more like a victim.
Pretty convenient, now that she is in some deep s$&!

Fried in the fire, I'm betting.

I've got to believe he burned his clothes, washed or not.

I'm not a genius on blood evidence but I've watched Forensics Files enough to know washed clothes still show evidence of blood.

Maybe we're going to see exactly what Patrick was wearing.
