maybe a plea?

PF hasn't been brought in?? Is he sick from the testimony yesterday?
Probably is just now hitting home that they GOT HIM right where they want him.
And maybe his atty. has already suggested he
beg for a plea deal.

The descriptions of the condo, the clean up, the conversations she had with him - OMG. I think I would have needed to be excused if I was a juror - and the final testimony "please stop". Wow.

I agree. I was just thinking about how hard hearing all those details must have been for jurors who knew nothing about this case. It was difficult for me and I already knew most of this information.

CO - CO - Kelsey Berreth, 29, Woodland Park, Media, Maps and Timelines *NO DISCUSSION*
thank you so much @PommyMommy for all you do - I just went back through the media thread reviewing her testimony from yesterday and there was much I missed due to the tweets being incomplete IMO. The descriptions of the condo, the clean up, the conversations she had with him - OMG. I think I would have needed to be excused if I was a juror - and the final testimony "please stop". Wow.
You're very welcome, oviedo. I thank you also for your many, many contributions here and in other cases as well. It takes a village! :) MOO

Let's hope the delay is cause PF is in his cell
puking up his guts out of fear that he's going away for life.
OR
Guards are trying to unknot the sheets from
around his neck and sorta pretending to
try to revive him.
Just moo

I 'liked' this but don't like it. It has crossed my mind about him trying to do something stupid like kill himself. Easy way out.

PF hasn't been brought in?? Is he sick from the testimony yesterday?

Part of me says hopefully he's swinging from his bedsheet in his cell, but I might enjoy him spending the rest of his natural life in prison more.

Interesting that the proceedings have been delayed. KK is there, but PF is not, according to MSM tweets. The DA announced the delay without offering a reason.

Could this mean PFs team wants to negotiate a deal to stop further testimony? Or is this a normal multi-day trial thing?

Nope. Court is delayed for reason(s) unknown.
Wonder if he’s gunna pull a cw and plea
That was my first thought! It would surprise me but I think most of us were pretty surprised when CW pled too. MOO

maybe a plea?
might be too late unless one was offered earlier
and he's changed his mind.
Isn't the point of a plea is to save taxpayers money in proceeding to trial?

IMO Her credibility is in question. Not that I think PF is innocent, but I just don't believe most of what this co-conspirator has said. I believe she is making PF look as bad as possible so that her huge part in this is downplayed and she can walk away with her sweet deal.

Regarding the concrete facts of the case, KK's credible.

Every bit of that rings true, to my ears, at least.

And there's corroborating evidence to support most of her account, which lends even further credibility to her account r/t specific movements, actions, items, etc.

KK is much less believable when she's talking about the intangibles, i.e., her internal thoughts, feelings, and motivations behind her actions.

There's no way to know with absolute certainty what thoughts and feelings drove KK's actions. Those things can't be proven or disproven in a court of law. They can only be raised as questions.

I'm sure the defense is raising those questions with her even as we speak.

I believe KK's account of the "Hard Facts. "

I do not believe KK's explanations regarding her motivations in helping PF and/or not reporting him

Having said that, why KK did what she did to protect PF is completely irrelevant when it comes to the question of PF's guilt.

He's guilty, regardless.

From Pommy's timeline:
"Dec 14 KK was contacted by an FBI agent while at a national rodeo event in Las Vegas. She said she wasn't surprised because her husband called her the night before saying the FBI came to his dad's house looking for her."

Could this be the elusive dad that didn't see anything unusual about KK on Thanksgiving? He's the only one so far that was contacted by LE, IMO
Can't take credit for that, Dave. That is @Tippy Lynn's amazingly wonderful timeline. ;)

I don't think we know that he was the only one contacted. I doubt that. MOO

I agree, and I stand by what I have said all along- we have not one, but two narcs here. Two.

Krystal went out and had a hell of a good time with her friends out to Vegas, after she cleaned up a deceased woman's condo, a deceased woman to which she knew was eventually going to be murdered, if her three attempts didn't do the job. She partook in this willingly. She drove all of those hours up and back, willing to do this.

Riddle me this, folks- if she was so afraid of Patrick, why didn't she do what he asked her to do, and take the tote with Kelsey's body in it? She wasn't afraid to say no to him on several occasions!

She went out and party heartied after! She never came forward on her own! She never called LE, or the Berreth family- anyone, to tell them what Patrick did.

Afraid of him? Really?

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that Patrick didn't say all of those things to her, but damn, she willingly did all of this and would probably be still driving down to Colorado visiting her dream lover, if they both hadn't been caught.

I think the only reason why Krystal is in tears on the stand is because her actions and the evidence against her has now ruined her life amongst her own family, friends, work, and community. No one around her trusts her anymore. Why would they?

I imagine she probably was afraid. Afraid of him being nasty to her. Afraid that he would go for days without calling her, again. And ultimately afraid of him leaving her. Again.

IMO She thought this deed was the way to keep him forever.

Krystal Lee is expected back on the stand this morning, testifying in the #KelseyBerreth murder trial. Yesterday, she talked about her years-long, on-again-off-again relationship with the defendant, Patrick Frazee & later, her role in helping cover up the alleged crime. @9News

I would highly advice to PF to Take a plea if I were his lawyer. But if I were the DA I would say only if you tell where Kelsey is.

Hello from Day 5 of #PatrickFrazee trial. We were supposed to start at 8:45 am, but we’re now told won’t start until 10:30. Unclear what is causing delay. Frazee hasn’t been brought in, and we haven’t seen the jury either. Here’s a recap of yesterday: Kelsey Berreth murder case: Mistress Krystal Lee Kenney takes stand in Patrick Frazee murder trial

Agree. I believe kk's testimony ONLY because her testimony is backed up with evidence. And I find it very annoying when people say they are sorry but don't shed tears til the get caught and on trial. We could make a list of those that did that...infamous CAnthomy, Watts.
