Once again, didn’t bash her. Relayed information that had been relayed to him and didn’t know at the time (Dec 2018, nearly a year ago) that it was BS. This was within days of the arrest - prior to a preliminary hearing, prior to the arrest warrant affidavit being public. He had seen zero evidence just like most of the general public. And the accused has a presumption of innocence until proven guilty.
Just as he had Zero evidence against Kelsey. But still put out the ugly lies said against her. He had no qualms about that. No consideration for Kelsey, her family, and above all Baby K.

The more I think about it, the more I believe Patrick pretended he and Kelsey were going to have a recommitment of their relationship and spend Thanksgiving at home with their baby, romance to follow.

She moved there to live the dream life of having a family and now she was finally going to get it, which makes him so much more despicable.

I don't know what Kelsey was thinking and I can't fathom how she may have thought she'd have or wanted a future with him. She saw him in action, horribly abuse a dog. It's more understandable that she tried to brush off his verbal abuse toward her (because, unfortunately, people do that in relationships) but such vicious animal abuse, no way. I just don't get it.

well for some reason I have four axes. Not sure how that happened. I don't really think they are all mine...two maybe...
I'm never inviting you for Thanksgiving dinner now.
Just in case...

He apparently used baseball bats on his cattle, as witnesses were going to testify.

The judge rejected it though during the pre-trial hearing. This detail obviously lends credence to the veracity of what those witnesses would have said.

Do we know why it was rejected? It seems like it would show his comfort/experience with inflicting pain and severe injury with the same weapon KL indicated. There's plenty of evidence to convict him. But just wondering why that piece was thrown out?

If there is no DNA, then how can they say for sure that the tooth is a human tooth and not an animal one?

By the anatomy of the tooth. I assume we'll have a dental expert testifying at some point.

NOV 8, 2019
Frazee trial: FBI agents discuss discovery of partial tooth
[...]

At the end of the photo presentation, Reed asked if these movements were consistent with what Kenney had told authorities about where she went on Nov. 24, 2018. Adams said it did.

The prosecution then played a lengthy video showing the comings and goings of Frazee and Kenney from that the afternoon of Nov. 24. The video shows the following:
  • 4:17 p.m.: A black Volkswagen entered the Conoco parking lot and drove out of view to a parking area
  • 4:32 p.m.: A driver pulled into the gas station in a red truck. Adams identified the person as Frazee. He was wearing a sweatshirt, pants and had his hood over a baseball hat
  • 4:34 p.m.: Frazee started pumping gas into the truck and then went inside the Conoco. A few minutes later, he returned and filled up the six-gallon gas can and then put it in the back of the truck
  • 4:39 p.m.: Frazee drove away from the gas pump to the parking area at the Conoco. There is no black tote in the back of the truth. Adams said at this point, he believes Frazee parked next to Kenney and they were having a discussion.
  • 4:48 p.m.: Frazee’s truck left the parking area and turned east on US 24 toward Nash Ranch. Adams said he believes Frazee was driving with Kenney in the passenger seat. Adams said he believes they were heading to Nash Ranch.
  • 6:57 p.m.: Frazee’s truck pulled into the Conoco from the Florissant side of US 24 and went straight to the parking area.
  • 6:59 p.m.: A black Volkswagen leaves the parking lot of the Conoco and headed east on US 24. Adams said according to Kenney’s testimony, she drove his car down to the Conoco to get her borrowed car, which still had the trash bags from the alleged murder cleanup at Berreth’s condo, and drove it to Nash Ranch.
  • 9:37 p.m.: A black Volkswagen returned to the Conoco from the Florissant side of US 24 and goes to the parking lot. Kenney previously testified that she and Frazee were both in the car and they returned for him to get his truck.
  • 9:40 p.m.: The black Volkswagen was seen leaving the Conoco parking lot and turns left to head west on US 24. The red pickup followed a few seconds later, but turned right onto US 24.
Adams confirmed that investigators found a Conoco receipt in Frazee’s home that matched the time he was seen on surveillance at the gas station.

I just had another sad thought (like we need more). You guys think she bought that Poinsettia to gift Ol' Ma when she went for dinner. sigh.
Yes. Absolutely.

I think I just accidentally messed up the new thread  Working on fixing it now. Sorry!

Wouldn't it be sweet irony that it was that exact tooth they found?
kk will probably try and take credit, at some point, claiming she wiggled it in the dirt to leave another one of her masterful "clues" for LE. o_O:rolleyes::eek:

  • #1,972
Didn't KK also destroy KB's cell phone? If it's only kept for a week, I'm wondering how LE got the ping information for KB's phone for Nov. 22 when the phones were "traveling together."

JMO
Network engineers that's how.
MOO.

He didn’t know Kelsey. He felt like he knew PF. He wasn’t lying, so therefore there was nothing to “have qualms about.” The guy was answering questions, not going down some mental checklist of who in the world might possibly be hurt if things that he was told turned out not to be true, something he couldn’t possibly have known at the time.

Your username is a misspelling, btw. On purpose?

I think it’s a fragment, and dental records require several teeth in order to make a comparison.

So jurors will be required to use logic, if there’s no DNA.

Thank you! Please, please let there be dna. I think the jury will believe it anyway! So much evidence already confirmed. Just wow!

Ok, take 2

thread #62

So sorry for all the confusion. I really shouldn’t be trusted when it comes to technology and tiny buttons on my phone.

A crack in the tote is not necessary, and I think it’s also highly unlikely (it looks sturdy as hell).

I think the logical answer is that blood dripped down the sides when he placed Kelsey’s body inside, or he sat the tote in blood when he brought it inside the house after Kelsey’s murder.

So blood on that tote not only makes perfect sense, but I’d be surprised if there wasn’t any on there.

PF returning to Nash a third time (between placement and pickup), isn’t supported by cell records. The other two times were. Logically is also makes little sense.

As for the alleged missing bullet, I don’t anticipate ever getting an answer. I think it’s highly unlikely KK fired at the tote, as that would draw attention.

Someone else could have done that (fired it) during the period of time the gun sat in MG’s car, between the time she last checked its condition (the gun’s), and when she discovered a round missing.

I’ve always believed that the gun is a red herring/nothingburger.

Thank you for clearing my mind of those terrible thoughts! I honestly thought he went back to Nash Ranch after he placed the tote there and was there a couple of hours. Not sure where I got that!

I do media threads all the time but have never added to an existing forum - don't want to mess it up since we have trial. @sillybilly will do it- I think (hope)

Just make a post with links like you do in any other thread, only *NO DISCUSSION*
