She didn't 't have to be coerced into complying with all these grotesque acts, she was right there with him, planning!

That was my thinking up until she began testifying. I thought she saw Kelsey as a rival, and was happy to see her gone.

Now I’m not so sure.

PF wanting Kelsey out of the way, would have signaled that she and PF were done forever. KK didn’t have a challenger anymore.

When PF first started talking about the alleged abuse of baby K, and moved into the solicitation, KK actually approached a work colleague, basically looking for an out.

She wanted the childcare system to handle the problem, and was reluctant to move forward with his request.

This advice proved fruitless, as PF had already claimed that DCF wouldn’t take his allegations seriously.

So it’s not like KK just jumped at the opportunity to rid herself of Kelsey. As we also know, she expressed reservations to friends of hers, to include that wonderful lawyer couple.

So I’m not as high on the idea that KK wanted Kelsey gone as much as PF did.

Once... just a little splash of gasoline on a pile of leaves/branches almost burnt off my arm that I had used to flick the lighter. Big expl0sive fire. Singed all the way up to my ear with just the area my tee-shirt was covering my upper arm. 2nd degree burns. I am thinking diesel fuel also.

Thank goodness, I haven't enough junk to burn, as my place is tiny.
However, I would have used fuel to burn rubbish and possibly caused a mess.
We learn a great deal here.

Yep. And Kelsey had a child with PF,and was in a relationship with him. That must really have burned her. She divorced her hubby after all, had an abortion for PF after all. Her motivation for helping him I believe is not out of fear. But one upmanship.

It's really hard for kids when they lose a mom/parent for whatever reason. This has got to be even harder.

Seems like she knew women wandered in and out of his life, if anything you'd think she'd want the baby gone.

KK testified he used gas, gas soaked logs and motor oil. He was looking for intense hea to destroy the remains.

I've seen some mind-blowing recent cases where young people are seemingly unable to distinguish between right and wrong (IMO). (ie Slenderman, that gal who buried her baby, & those 2 cases in Alaska where a handful of high schoolers casually shot to death one of their pals) but KK is an adult. Just basic no-no's that we just assume regulate normal people. I just can't imagine the obsession she must have felt for him. It's so weird, like he just stays at home in his little marlboro man niche, and the women flock to him.

I was a jury member on a criminal trial where a 4 year old was beaten into permanent blindness and paralysis. When the neurosurgeon from Children's Hospital described the injuries, the whole jury would have to have been excused if crying were not allowed. It was awful.

But you don't realize the initial explosion... it would be like a bomb going off. A pool of gas and gas-soaked logs would more than do the trick.

I am sure there are videos of gas related explosions... I will look around.
