Defense ran through questions very quickly. He started with her plea deal. Evidence tampering lowest level charge in Colorado. She didn't plead guilty for cleaning up blood. She didn't plead guilty to sending texts from KB's phone.
Defense ran through questions fast. Didn't even really wait for answers. Seemed to try to be putting pressure on her. KK was emotional. Went through the three solicitation attempts. Defense kept asking her if she knew what the sentences would be for all those charges. She kept saying no. He is hitting on the fact that her plea deal is considerably favorable to her given her role in this. She hasn't been in jail. Hasn't been ordered to stay in Colorado.
He pointed out she first talked to police on December 20. She claimed she wanted KB's family to know what happened, she never stepped forward until December 20.
I know. Shorthand would certainly come in handy for times like this. Much faster, too, than trying to type on little phones. JMO Give me shorthand any day- faster and you have all the details in front of you.Are jurors allowed to ask questions during the trial?
I wish there were a reporter who knew the lost art of shorthand. Then we'd have ALL of it, every day.
Lol knowing what we now know I might have paid my own court reporter to sit there but the judge would probably have a fit - they aren’t that expensive (hourly rate here) it’s the transcription that costs a lot IMOI know. Yeah, didn't Krystal borrow her car (to which her tag and registration was not current), the same car that had Stein's gun in it, to which when Krystal brought it back, she noticed that a bullet had been fired or was it missing?I believe Stein's interview indicated she knew what the creature had done because, remember, she claimed she told the creature not to go to Colorado?

Sam says that PF told the boys who cleaned up about placing the remnants left from the burning in the river..
i wonder if these were the guys who went to the dump with him? He’s done.
The two young men also testified that they helped #PatrickFrazee dispose of a metal trough that prosecutors say Frazee used to burn #KelseyBerreth's body. Frazee never told them anything other than wood and deer or elk antlers were burned in the fire.
