KK blames PF for everything which is no surprise. But why would PF request KK get a burner phone when he was contacting her via the ranch's landline? Her entire testimony seems to be total deflection and embellishment. I think the jury is going to have a very hard time trying to figure out what is true and what isn't.

I look forward to LE testimony about how much blood evidence the chemical analysis uncovered in the condo.

Well one of the burner phones was for KK to text KB and try to set up a coffee date as her "Cassie Johnson" alter ego:

Frazee’s attorney asked her how many burner phones she had, to which she said she had two. Prosecutors asked her what she did with the second. She responded that she used it to text Berreth to set up the coffee meeting. She said she burned it after she left on Oct. 21.

Long time lurker and way behind and trying to catch up, but absolutely stuck on PF not feeling well this morning...suck it up buttercup. They delayed proceedings for this?? Did sweet Kelsey get any kind of consideration from PF?? Am just appalled. Drag his sorry, sick, twisted, murderous behind in on time. Let the jury see him "sick" because he knows his goose is rightfully cooked...

Smelling my own goose cooking would certainly turn my stomach. Poor guy.

Oh, he’s already done, and it’s only day 5.

They do have the DP, but it’s pointless in the state of Colorado. No one has been put to death in over 2 decades, and no one will be executed in the future.

We have it. Doesn't ever get used.

Even if they were trying for the death penalty and he got sentenced to death don't think the state of CO would ever execute him.

In the long run probably better for family.

The only thing the Rockstalls could testify to was hearsay for PF solicitation. I doubt they are on the witness list. MOO

Again, this could be her lawyer giving her hints on how to present herself better to the jury. LE, attorneys, WS, and others know the truth. Just another tactic.

I'm an RN too. I have never had mandatory education related to being a mandatory reporter that stated one should repeatedly call.

Sorry, I didn't word that very well. I should have said ...

During training/incidents, questions and frustration arise, when DCPS does not respond in a way we feel appropriate. Trainer or supervisors usually/should be providing and encouraging the Next Step Process...report to supervisors, LE, DCPS and pursue the next level in chain of command.
Lack of action, should not negate responsibly to protect.

ETA... Most training or orientation is covered in risk management.

Yes, in theory it didn't need a bottom at all as its purpose was just to provide a perimeter around what was being burned to enclose the fire.

Listening to the amount of time that fire burned was hard and how PF seemed to stay on top of things by watching the fire too.

Sam says that PF told the boys who cleaned up about placing the remnants left from the burning in the river..

OMG, those poor boys! Even though they had absolutely no way of knowing what the remnants were, that is going to upset and haunt them for the rest of their lives.

Just think, Krystal could have prevented these boys from such a traumatic revelation.

I am a bit surprised to learn that they mentioned that PF told them that the "remnants" need to be discarded in the river. At least we somewhat know why LE never searched for the physical remains/body. That was a big question in the beginning when the dumps turned up nada. moo

I was going to ask this question....what river or rivers are close by that the remain could have been dumped in?

I thought early in reporting, it was said LE was observed searching a river. That KK told LE about PF dumping the body in a river. Does anyone remember this?

I wonder if PF told the young ‘men’ which river he used.

I think we have a lot of bombshells coming out in the next days. LE kept it all very quiet, no leaks. Good for them!

Yes. It is a lucrative business just as selling bull semen is a lucrative business. I learned that back in the 70s when I hitched a ride home from college with a high school friend who was in veterinary school. For three hours, I shared the backseat with a container of bull semen. The guy's family ran a dairy farm.

I don't know much about life on a ranch, raising animals. The "hooker" comment really floored me and so did the comment about KB required to stay outside if PF's sister was visiting. That's beyond cruel and I hope SF is asked about it and I hope she answers truthfully.

It was not elaborated upon whether or not they DID actually do so. JUST that PF purposed that, that is where the "remnants" that did not fully burn should (or was going to) go. I hope we learn more tomorrow.
