Also: Footage was shown at the Conoco gas station in Florissant. It included video of #PatrickFrazee filling up a six-gallon, faded red gas can with gasoline. Prosecutors say he later used that gas to fuel the fire that he lit to burn #KelseyBerreth's body.

I have a sneaky suspicion that Patrick is not going to be feeling well quite a lot from here on out! This case is being brilliantly presented. There is just so much corroboration for KK’s testimony. They are laying a beautiful foundation and house, sans the cracks! Looks like the defense just does not have much to work with - my guess is PK is not much help as he continues to lie and know nothing.

It gives me chills to think he likely would have heard of the Watts case before he did this (same state) and thought he improved on the process for making your significant other go missing. It takes a special kind of evil combined with abject stupidity and an inability to accurately see the consequences to go out and commit a crime like this when you statistically will be suspect number 1. I am sure he thought he was home free when there would be no body and no weapon to be found. Thank goodness we now have the technology and science to make these items no longer necessary to convict.

This evidence could not be more damning if they had him on voicemail confessing! Speaking of which, I wonder if they contemplated trying to get KK to talk to PF by phone and record.

Krystal Lee’s father also took the stand. Testified that he spent Thanksgiving 2018 with his daughter (at her home, hosting a lot of family). That was 11/22/18. Said he also saw Krystal the next evening, 11/23/18.

So how exactly did KK know the body was in the tote? Why wasn’t she more specific about that in her testimony? Did she ask? Did PF tell her? Why wasn’t she more clearly asked about it by the lawyers? I see no way the two of them did not discuss this the entire weekend. It’s weird to me.

I've always wanted to know how KK perceived PF's handling of the tote. How HEAVY was it?? Easy enough to swing around a tote with a few bloody cloths and toys in it. Not quite the same with a 110lb. body. Takes a little more "muscle". Maybe somebody should ask her that question. JMHO

And the comments were similar to what CC said to the media. It was gross. Reminded me of the same type of messages on the Watts thread about Shannan. Very upsetting. I've tried to find the ones about Kelsey and can't. I assume they were removed. I am hoping there is Justice for Kelsey!!

Why would the head security officer of a large hospital know who was at work? Not questioning his/her word, just seems odd to me. JMOL

Most medical facilities use Kronos, an employee management and tracking system, using photo ID, electronic key cards.

You scan when you enter/leave the hospital. Certain secured areas, ie..ER, OR, ICUS, Nursey etc, require scanning before entry. Badge scanning is required before you can access patient records, give meds, or chart. It is able to track entire movement thru facility and campus.

The employer selects the type of tracking functions or package.
Smaller hospitals may only use for entry to hospital and secure areas.Larger hospitals track every move.

A really "sweet" system and meet regulatory guidelines for security, HIPPA and data can/is used to terminate and prosecute employees/vendors.

Most, including small facilities require outside physician, vendors and delivery personnel to apply and be granted a Kronos badge.

Its Big Brother at its finest. Provides, security, payroll information, HR tracking, and will even keep track of all training classes competed and employee and vendor inoculation requirements (TB, HBV, flu shoots).

Not only used by Hospitals but many small and large corporations.

He stated what he observed. And we also don’t get to know the context of the questions he was answering. He may have been asked a leading question like, “Did you see PF with the baby? What were his interactions with her like?”

I’m in journalism myself and know all too well that a story ends up being shaped as much by how questions are framed as by how they are answered.

And sometimes people twist themselves into pretzels trying to turn a bad guy into a good guy.

Anyone who spoke negative words to the press about Kelsey when her parents were suffering doesn't deserve to have his meanness rehabilitated.

Your memory is correct. I believe the poster you're thinking of alleged she was part of PF's immediate family but was never verified, and their posts removed.

Claiming the mother of your child abused your child and took off before without notice leaving the child with you would be used in a family court against the person as a negative because both would show Kelsey to be of low character. Therefore factually, it is disparaging in that sense.

The fact that neither are true make the intent of his statements clear.

I tried to get clarification on how much time Kelsey worked out of town and how much PF had the actual care of the baby in his control. No telling what he told others about this arrangement. It seems, and I'm not sure, that this man didn't know Kelsey and was just repeating what PF had told him. Someone on here stated he made those statements early into the investigation. His opinion may be different now, who knows. I hate when I get into a case late and don't know all the in's and out's. And there seems to have been plenty of discussion on this one that I've missed.
