There is my big question again! KK traded vehicles in the WalMart parking lot in Jerome that day at 3:00 pm. It's a 34 minute round trip, not counting getting in and out of cars, according to Google Maps and Directions. KK was checked in through security from 5:25 am to 4:45 pm. Did she just boogey out of work without checking her card through security, or does she have a stunt double? Don't really expect to get an answer, although I'm sure I will some. JMO

Is there a photo at Walmart or is that just testimony? If just testimony of her friend, timing could be wrong. If Walmart has photo then hospital security may have a problem. Either way, I doubt anyone is purposely lying, nor will it make PF innocent.

I don’t understand why PF had To wait 2 days for KK. Why he didn’t just burn the tote without her. I guess he had to wait for someone who hated her as much as him. Sad.

Because he was, as all of his actions have proven, a lazy SOB. Plus, to implicate her in the crime (perhaps he was planning on blaming her entirely - all along!)

I actually don't KK hated KB at all. I think she simply was doing what her cult-leader - PF - told her to do, to a robotic and sickening degree. That doesn't excuse her actions in the least, but after a decade under his influence, I don't think she even had her own personality. (I'm a little surprised they didn't make a bigger deal of this, though they did refer to it a bit.)

Camera footage from the Sonic Drive-In showed Krystal Lee, who has previously used the last name Kenney, getting an order of food around 1 p.m. on Nov. 24. That fits with earlier testimony that she got food after cleaning the "mess" at #KelseyBerreth's apartment.

We heard from Julie Nash this AM, of the Nash Ranch. That’s where prosecutors say Patrick Frazee stored Kelsey’s in a tote inside a barn before he later burned it. Nash says only a few people had access to the barn, including Patrick, who leased some of the land for cattle.

Lots of people commute to jobs, work long hours, overtime, or travel for their jobs. That does not make the “babysitter” the custodial parent. He also supposedly worked. I think that we can assume he occasionally took the baby with him, but I do not believe it was a regular occurrence. I think that most employers would not appreciate or condone a baby in the work environment of a farrier. Kelsey provided the roof and nurturing care for her baby.

I was asking a simple question that hasn't been answered yet. It is my understanding Kelsey worked a long distance out of town and PF watched the baby. I'm still trying to find out how much of the time he watched her. Thats all.

All this talk around CC and his insinuations about Kelsey remind me that there was someone posting to the Kelsey thread in the very early days that said disparaging comments about her. And the comments were similar to what CC said to the media. It was gross. Reminded me of the same type of messages on the Watts thread about Shannan. Very upsetting. I've tried to find the ones about Kelsey and can't. I assume they were removed. I am hoping there is Justice for Kelsey!!

Its a fair question. From the tweet below I am not taking it that there was not other times her card was used during the day unless that is stated somewhere else. I am taking it that he said "starting about" and "until". So maybe there were other records during the day where her card was used during the day.

Even if those were the only two times on record, it could be like you surmised that maybe she left her ID card at her desk and left during the day. Because maybe she knew another door that was always left open during the daytime or went with someone else that had their own ID card.

Nor does it matter. Her entire trip from Idaho to Colorado was tracked, and the car KK borrowed is caught on camera at atleast two locations (Conoco, and Sonic).

No way can the defense refute that, and I don’t expect them to try. They are going to shift the timeline to the right, as there is no other option.

That alibi is rock solid.

Interesting tidbit... work with a super smart Psychiatrist today. I am still floored that PF is going through trial in light of all this evidence... Hmm, I don't think that it's been said. I thought she was paring down her hours. Obviously, she had baby on Thanksgiving. That's all I know and that's not much.

I tried to get clarification on how much time Kelsey worked out of town and how much PF had the actual care of the baby in his control. No telling what he told others about this arrangement. It seems, and I'm not sure, that this man didn't know Kelsey and was just repeating what PF had told him. Someone on here stated he made those statements early into the investigation. His opinion may be different now, who knows. I hate when I get into a case late and don't know all the in's and out's. And there seems to have been plenty of discussion on this one that I've missed.

If I remember correctly, Kelsey had the baby on weekends and whenever she was not working in the months before the murder.

They did not have a court ordered schedule of visitation so it was probably flexible and changeable depending on their schedules.

PF had the advantage of taking the baby to work with him, although this was probably not in her best interest.
It seems she was often handed off to whoever could watch her when it wasn't convenient for PF.
I'm pretty sure Clines wife babysat for her a few times.

So Cline and his wife only saw the baby with PF, and never saw Kelsey with them.

PF could have told them anything he wanted them to believe since they had no way of knowing the arrangement they had.

It seems that they believed him, without ever having met Kelsey.

Who knows what the prosecution could offer Patrick if they're even willing to negotiate at this point?

I would expect Patrick to be on the move, rarely staying in one prison as word spreads among his fellow inmates that he killed a child's mother while she was nearby.

Protecting him is going to be difficult.

Maybe they can offer him a lifetime supply of Zane Grey Westerns?

I keep hearing stories of how bad prisons are for men who kill children, etc. but if memory serves me correctly, Chris Watts is alive and well and won’t go away. He loves attention. I just never hear stories of these creeps having karma served upon them.

I don't think that's been answered yet, unfortunately - at least, not that I've seen.
One part of it that was answered, though, is that when he had responsibility for the baby, he often passed her off to various babysitters.
