Bloody footprints on the stairs, by the bed, on the candles....

All this time I assumed he murdered her in the living room. Did those first blows happen upstairs? Whose footprints were on the stairs? Just his? Why would he put bloody candles back?????

Could the candle game have occurred in her bedroom? Then she ran from him? She thought they were a family.... she may have busied the baby so they could have some grown up time....and while she did that, he put the bat in place.... we may never know but could it be that she ran bleeding down the steps, to try to protect her baby. If so, it would explain the bloody mess. Abject rage at that point. How long did that terror last?

Then he calls in his mistress, demands she cleans it up as if it's her fault, and then it looks like he gives her instructions to bring him lunch. He's obscene. How can there be ANYONE who would come to his defense? I'll bet you KK still has feelings for him. What a sorry soul she is.

It was a long holiday weekend. So, if she used Adderall, nobody would suspect her. She may have been willing to take a chance with the random drug testing lottery.

Apparently, she was willing to clean up a crime scene without giving her nursing license a second thought.

Exactly! Yet, I did not think PF’s look was good, either - he came across to the press as completely uninterested in helping and even rude/mean. Regardless of what the press might be putting you through, it is not a good look for a statistical prime suspect. For Watts, I don’t think he had much choice but to speak to the press or look completely guilty (entire family including small children missing), but he should have (as should have PF) simply read a preprepared statement saying all the right things with the right amount of emotion and asked politely for privacy. But then again, cold blooded murderers are unlikely to be able to pull off the right amount of emotion and caring I suppose.

PF did not start off on the right foot with the public in my view, either....but yes, it was certainly more of a mystery at first than CW’s pathetic pressers gave away.

Right???? It's like someone needs to write a book "How to handle the press when you've murdered X"...Watts was TOO present; Frazee not present enough. I think Frazee tries to pull off that strong silent type persona. Probably just because he proves his ignorance whenever he opens his mouth. Oh, I am a snark today, aren't I?

I'm sorry that my post was not clear. What I meant was there was no visual evidence obtained by investigators of PF bringing the tote inside the condo, or carrying it back to the truck. (i.e., not captured on neighbors surveillance camera, and no eyewitnesses).

I do believe PF brought the tote inside, and don't think he concealed KB's body in something else, and slipped her into the tote outside.

I agree and I've learned to be thankful we cannot understand them.

Obviously they both had a severe lack of empathy towards KB and her family. We for sure know PF does not have much empathy for others just from hearing about his non-reaction to horrible testimony during the trial and I suspect KK shares that awful trait with him.

The reason this is so important is because so many of us wonder how these monsters can do such horrible things. When there is a lack of empathy towards others, it is one of the things that allows these monsters to do what they do.

Us normal folks could never do what they do because we care too much about others. For them, they just dont care because they have no real feelings for them. Only themselves.

This has nothing to do with being admissible in court. It has to do with vetting a cooperating witness’ alibi.

This is standard practice in cases like this, as you want to make sure you’re being told the truth before you agree to a deal.

Excellent point! I had JUST copied the "blood upstairs" paragraph to ask the same question. Why were the bloody candles upstairs? All I can picture is him chasing her around with a bat. The candle scent game gone horribly wrong for Kelsey, who was thinking WHO is this new man? Wanting to play silly scent games? Kelsey panicking about him trying to kill her with the baby in the back of her mind. Oh, I do not want to go there....Brain! Stop!

The CBI has polygraph experts on staff. We learned this in the Watts case, which also occurred in Colorado.

So Colorado absolutely has polygraph machines. I don’t know where you’re getting this from.

You know, when I watch the local news, twitter, facebook, here....I'm amazed at the differences in what people report. It's like Oh, You, soandso, you caught this fact and no one else caught that. That happened a few times during KK's testimony days and that's when I realized, these folks are taking down notes from testimony and that's all they have. So I was thankful there's so many of them because I believe we're getting a pretty good overall picture. THEN I see one guy/gal get it completely wrong because 3 other people reported the same thing and that one person reported something different. We'll certainly appreciate the court record release when it's all over, I'm sure!!!!

I'm so thankful for our very own GoJacks and Sam Kraemer at KOAA from whom we get accurate facts straight from the horses' (and dogs') mouths. Nothing borrowed. It's nice.

In thinking about KK's long history of burning the road to Colorado beginning weekends in 2006, and most recently 2018, without complaints of fatigue, I wouldn't be surprised if she had a legitimate prescription for Adderall, Dexedrine, or other stimulants.
